Dutta graduated from dental school in India, but since then decided to pursue a different career within the same industry. She has over 20 years worth of experience and dental knowledge, 10 of which involved her being an office manager.
Susan Cherian, DDS, general dentist, is excited to offer beautiful smiles to her neighbors in West Windsor, East Windsor, and the surrounding communities. Dr. Cherian earned her dental degree from NYU, after which she served a residency at Jersey City Medical Center. She is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Middlesex and Mercer County Dental Societies.

I can't thank Rebecca and Alise enough for the way they have cared and treated me. I had a problem with my throat for a long time was even referred to E.N.T. but it was only after having an appointment with Rebecca the problem solved. Never heard a load of rubbish.maybe because of my colour. Went to book an appointment n was. told tht i cnt registered.cause when I had called previous it was short notice.rasbombo cladd. n tht I can not bookked nomore. I am from Bermuda tht wont happen where i am from. To learn its own.bunch of rubbish. I hadto work so instead called my job to cancel. tht i cnt make it cause i had to work. someone will accept me.

Bad costumer service and the result that I had after taking my braces off it was the same or worst and also they have destroyed my teeth by filling them wrong (they are causing me a lot of pain) however after I took off the braces the whitening was included on the price but when I have called to make an appointment they said that I have to pay. I highly don't suggest this practice as they are bad people and it is a waste of money.

Bad service, must wait for the simple filling 1-2 month, but then on the appointment which last 1 minute and you been waiting for the long time, left your work earlier, you will find out that they can't fix it now, as you need to book again for the next available slot after 1-2 months to get fixed/filling if something left from your teeth after this time, however never seen busy as max 2 patients or none in waiting area.
They are not interested to fix your teeths, priority is to make as much damage as possible so they can offer you implant, that's what for they working! I'm few years with this practice and it was few times filling fell down after one day. Terrible management and services, time wasters. Avoid and found someone else if you care about your teeths.

Hi I phoned your surgery last week as I belive you are taking on new members in October, I am currently at Deans dentist which is brilliant but I have difficulty getting their. Any way I wanted to praise you on your staff that handle my call Shirley Jones, I specifically asked for her full name as to do this email, I was so impressed with her manorisms the way she spoke to me and made me feel important gave me ample advice about the dentist, I give you praise for a job well done and brilliant Windsor practice for not using automated lines like we do at the Nhs, it was lovely to speak to a real human and a lovely one at that. Patient here for 8 years. Discharged myself after being refused treatment and a referral for surgery that was advised. Dentist went back on his previous diagnosis and refused to explain why. Complained to head office = appointment for referral discussion provided within 30 mins. GDC code of conduct breached. Terrible experience after being there 8 years. Admin staff are fantastic though. No confidence in this practice anymore.

Operating fraudulently, haven't seen the dentist over 2 years, they are claiming they took me off register due to non payment! Receptionist Won't tell me what the payment was for?! Because there's no such thing. Rude and unhelpful. My sister also clearly needed braces but they refused to refer to orthodontist for several years (waiting until she turns 18 and no longer qualifies for them on the nhs) she had to change dentists to get referred. Just want to make money, Don't have patients best interests at heart.

DISGRACEFUL. 300 parking ticket now its been taken to county court for forgetting to put in my details on arrival to my 10 min appointment. Contacted, emailed and they were absolutely not interested in helping me. Why install a private parking company to man your car park and then your genuine customers be treated in this way?! you should be ashamed.
Its put me off you 100% and the fact me and my family cannot get in anyway for any services unless its an absolute emergency. Have had to go somewhere else for cleans to keep on top of our dental stuff. Dont bother signing up to this dentist.

Such a rude receptionist. I had a list of questions I wanted to ask. The receptionist sounded like she hated her job and didn't want to hear my other questions. I had to hurriedly say "I have more questions, would you mind I ask you?" before she would hang up. I'm sure the dentists are qualified, but horrendous receptionist. Hence, I'm not going for this clinic.
