They forgot to cut my aligners once so I had drive back and then wait another day to pick them up. A few weeks later I get some new sets and the same mistake again this time I realize sooner and turn around they cut them the same day and apologized this time. When I arrived home I realized that they had still messed up and only cut one side of the aligners meaning they did the same mistake 3 times

I was referred here for adult braces by my dentist. The service was fantastic at all levels and the results were beyond my highest expectations. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for adult braces or braces for their children to choose Dr Kadar. He uses top notch technology. He gives you the right amount of information to keep you informed on your progresses and not overwhelmed by the journey. It will be well worth the wait!

I had braces and a permanent retainer placed by Dr. Kadar back in 2007 or so. 14 years later and my teeth still look great! The reason I'm writing a review so many years later is that one of my teeth recently detached from the permanent retainer, and since I no longer live in the area I've spoken with a few different orthodontists to fix it. They have all commented on how high-quality the retainer placement must have been for it to have lasted for so long without any issues. That's truly a testament to Dr. Kadar's work! Repair is quick and inexpensive, so don't let that deter you from getting a permanent retainer - I am so grateful I did.

So disappointed with this office. Beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside. Lack of customer service and patience. I was here, lets say 2/3 weeks ago for a check up and the girl that helped me was very impatient and rude. I forget her name but I think she wore glasses, short, and brown hair. I think her name started with a H or D, I cant recall. Moral of the story, I had a terrible experience at this practice.

I've been a patient for like 10 years now and ever since Dr. Kadar and his staff has always been great! I had an accident this Saturday and needed emergency help with my front tooth. They were able to get me in quickly, the staff were all caring, everyone went above and beyond to help me and was very gentle with the treatment. Thank you Dr. Kadar!

Excellent orthodontist! Dr. Kadar truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain the treatment plans and works hard for the best results! Staff is very friendly! On top of it all the office is absolutely beautiful!

Dr Kadar did my braces, they were taken off in 2017! His staff is amazing and he truly transformed my smile. He was always upfront and honest about situations. Dr Kadar personally looks at each of his clients progress and truly cares, he's a fun guy and super friendly with the younger ones.

Very unprofessional service. They called my daughter a disappointment and made her cry at her last appointment. She is a teenager and we all know how forgetful teens can be, especially about wearing retainers. They could have been understanding and helped her figure out ways to remember to wear them but instead they decided to go for personal attacks. I will not be recommending this place to any other moms in search of orthodontic work for their children.

I came here for a same-day appointment after a dental cleaning, which they were kind enough to squeeze me in for. I arrived over an hour early to do paperwork and kill time because I had nothing to do in the interim. The online system for new patient information entry was super fast. They were able to take me back over an hour early and get every single thing done that I needed in an incredibly short amount of time.

I thought I'd have to come back once or twice but I'm all set. The office is gorgeous, clean, impeccably decorated, comfortable, and large with a waiting area larger than anything I've seen. Dr. Kadar, Amanda, and everyone at the reception/payment area were friendly & knowledgeable, and they have great customer service skills. I recommend this business and experience to anyone. Hope not to have to come back, but if I ever need an orthodontist appointment I will absolutely make the trip again.

I am currently a patient of Dr Kadar, from the moment i walked in to his office i felt welcomed. I told him i was getting married and i wanted my teeth straight by my wedding date and he made it possible. He also remembered my wedding was coming up and sent me the most beautiful roses. Dr. Kadar and his team really cares about his patients. I would recommend to anyone. I now have a more beautiful smile!

I transferred my case from Texas to this place. The new building is beautiful and looks like a wooden cabin inside and out. The staff has always been helpful to me and so has the orthodontist. Never had a complaint. Customer service is good. If I pointed something out they will fix it with no problem. I told them I was moving and they were even suggesting ways to send me my retainers if I wasn't happy once I moved. So customer service was really great too me. Their technology is high tech too.

Best Orthodontist around. Amazing Staff, Building and Doctors. I have never been treated so good, not to mention amazing work. 18+ years of a perfect smile.

Doctors and staff have been wonderful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The office is always clean and they have fun thing going on from contests to different fundraisers. My daughter is always excited to go for her appointments and earn her reward points! We really appreciate that this somewhat uncomfortable process of having braces and a palate expander has been an easy transition for our 9 year old. I would absolutely recommend Kadar Orthodontics!

All three of my oldest children have gone to Dr. Kadar. Any issues I have had with braces they got my children right in right away. The staff has always been friendly. Very clean, the new Cabin is amazing. They offer a beautiful summer party at a camp ground, incentives for kids to keep good care of braces, monthly drawings. Keep us the great work!

Dr Kadar is not only a great, reputable orthodontist, but his employees are all wonderful and the office is amazing, modern and extremely clean! We had a great initial visit where we met everyone and sat down Dr Kadar where he explained everything thoroughly and the billing people explained the different options for us. It was a wonderful surprise to see we would receive a professional courtesy discount because I'm a Registered Nurse.

My only complaint is a partner he has there. He worked on my daughter once and the entire time he was socializing with the assistant. I thought that was very rude. Luckily, we've mostly dealt with Dr Kadar directly. Kadar is patient, kind and has a good sense of humor. He allows his patients, especially the kids, to be comfortable around him and during any procedures.

We never feel like we're just "another patient" to him. He also has extra things for fun for the kids to earn "points" to earn prizes. Great experience so far and I highly recommend him!

Kadar always was a special place, but the new Kadar Cabin is simply AWESOME! Outstanding job designing a beautiful, comfortable, cozy environment for patients and families. This is definitely not something you will see in other Orthodontic offices! My daughter just got her braces off in September and we couldn't be happier with the result! Thank you thank Dr. Kadar and staff for excellent customer experience!

Serious. This is one of the finest run businesses in our fine world. I got braces aprox. 5 years ago and was amazed at every visit through my experience. Great, very well trained staff that are real people and so nice. Every step of the way is really great. The receptionists, the waiting room, the "chair" room, its all a wonderful experience. I am thinking about getting braces to make my teeth crooked just to go through the whole experience again.not really but you get the point.

If you are looking into braces for yourself (I got mine when I was 50 years old) or for your kids, this is the place.look no further. I now live in DE but still drive to NJ for all my after care (I have permanent retainers which Im glad Dr Kadar talked me into).
