I was looking for an orthodontist for quite a while. I went to four to five places before I visited Orthodontics on the Plateau. I approached my appointment with some trepidation. My first visit and consultation was an amazing experience and put my mind at ease. Dr. Trujillo and his awesome staff explained everything regarding fees and payments, exuding no pressure, and answered every question I had. Dr. Trujilo explained what was possible during my Invisalign journey.
I appreciated the exceptional detail and honesty about what was possible to correct my smile with Invisalign. Well-credentialed people are often smart but don't always have the ability to relate comfortably with others. Dr. Trujillo is the full package hard-working, intelligent, and kind. His skills extend to hiring friendly, competent, consistent, and thoughtful staff who all work in sync to create a positive and comfortable atmosphere. I've enjoyed going in for each visit to see everyone and my update on new progress. Dr. Trujilo and his staff did not miss a beat when COVID-19 hit and were thorough and professional. Dr. Trujillo and his team is amazing! I only have best and more better words to say about Orthodontics on the Plateau. They treat you like family and are always ready to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. On the treatment side - Dr Trujillo was very open to discussing best plan initially and kept me up-to-date with the timelines on ongoing basis. The staff and reception folks are amazing, so welcoming and accommodating with rescheduling requests. Overall - very very happy with my new smile :

Dr. Trujillo and his team really astonished us with their great service. The methods were very efficient, yet still detailed. We loved how everyone working with us was so friendly and professional. Jennie was so helpful, and she really made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Trujillo is one of the very few board certified orthodontists in the area, which makes him the leader in his field.
The treatment plan and financials were explained very thoroughly. As per any health concerns, we noticed the staff paying great attention to cleanliness and sanitation. Scanners, chairs, screens, and all materials used were wiped down, and hand sanitizer was always available. After how thorough they were, we are confident about taking the next step in my daughter's orthodontic treatment.

We love Dr. Trujillo and his staff. Our son has a complicated dental problem so we were sent to Orthodontics on the Plateau by our pediatric dentist. Dr. Trujillo ordered more testing and then went above and beyond walking us through our treatment options. He was clear and kind and we never felt overwhelmed or out of our depth. We're in for years of routine visits and I feel totally confident that our son is getting the best, most thorough care he could.

We love this office! Dr Trujillo and his staff truly go above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome and comfortable in their office. We had an excellent experience with my son's braces, they were very thorough and explained everything to me so that I understood every step of the process. They even provide little care packages to their patients when they get their braces on, and a gift bag when they get their braces off!
One of the front office staff, Jenny, even sent me a gift card when our family was going though a rough time around the holidays! I would highly recommend Orthodontics on the Plateau!

Dr Trujillo and staff are wonderful - So pleasant and friendly whenever we come in. They take very good care of my son who was apprehensive at first and now has no problem when he has an appointment. All procedures and fees are clearly explained. Dr Trujillo clearly is very knowledgeable and great working with children and their parents.
