I highly recommend Omdent that values patients and provides high quality dental service for them. Dr. Wagenhein-Ciesielski is a wonderful doctor, so precise, professional and always gives you honest advice. She is so dedicated and I feel that her work is passion and whole world for her. My whole family comes to Omdent since 2005 and I would never change this office for another place.

I live in far northwest suburbs and I know that it is worth to travel so long because our teeth are in good hands. My kids love cleaning their teeth and other dental procedures here because doctors and assistants are very nice, kind and have friendly attitude to small children. All fillings, crowns, veneers are made of high quality materials and I did not have any situation that work is not done properly.

The office staff helps with all insurance complexities so you feel that you are really cared. Teeth cleaning service is done so precisely and it takes sometimes 50 minutes to make sure all teeth are clean and shiny. The staff cares about your health during pandemic and use all precautions to keep you safe. I highly recommend Omdent for adults and kids. You and your teeth really do matter in this place. This place is terrible. I waited over an hour for my appointment and then was told that there was no one there to help me out and I should reschedule.

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE DON'T GO THERE. For the owner only money counts. NOBODY went over the detailed charges prior to my service. I only learned of the amounts after I was charged.

I had an implant placed by Dr. Vickery and then a crown (over implant) done by Dr. Wagenhejm. The result is great - the implant feels like my own tooth and the crown looks so natural. The whole process took around 3 months, but it was worth it. For the last couple of years I have been going there just for cleanings and check-ups. Hopefully, I am not going to loose any more of my teeth, but if it ever happens, I will definitely do my next implant at OmDent. I am generally very satisfied with the service and keep recommending OmDent to all my friends!

My whole family goes to OMDENT for years, we were always fallowing Dr. Krystyna Wagenheim whenever she worked. I love the her precision and knowledge. I love the people that work in the office and on top of that the office is extremely clean. Love it.

I have been there 4 times and everytime I had to wait about 15-20 min for my turn. Overall the office is clean and professional but expensive.
