Dr B and his staff are very professional and extremely caring. When I broke my crown in my front tooth on Friday evening and could not get into my dentist or even get a return phone call from his after hour service, my wife suggested that I call her dentist-Dr. B. They got me in later that Saturday afternoon and I believe they stayed later just so they could accommodate me and put on a temporary crown so I would not have to go through the weekend looking like I got into a bar fight. I am so appreciative of their efforts and their concern I will never go anywhere else for my oral and dental care! Very professional and caring

This office did not fully disclose their insurance policy. This dental office does not participate in Delta Dental PPO plan, however when my wife and I went as new patients, the office staff stated that they accept my insurance plan and assured me that a routine exam and cleaning would be covered 100%. Well, I ended up getting a bill for an extra $168 ($84/person) for routine cleaning and extra $172 ($86/person) for filling after the claims were submitted to my insurance.
Later I found out from my insurance that they do not participate in Delta Dental PPO, but they only accept Premier plan. I should have double checked before seeing them, but the office should have also clarified that they do not accept my plan. They made it sound like my plan would be accepted and the services would be covered. Avoid this place if you have Delta Dental PPO because they won't tell you that they don't participate in this plan.

Just the best dental practice. I have going here now for almost 9 years. I was always scared to go to dentist before I found Dr B and his excellent staff. So needless to say before that I did not get regular checks and had some real problems. Now I look forward to going to the office. The staff is very caring and understanding and does not preach to you. Great people This is the place to go if u are looking for a new dentist or new to the area.

The dentist was okay, all the doctors were okay. The plan that was chosen for me was the issue. I was talked into taking out 2 perfectly good teeth & getting lingual braces, the expensive kind that go on the back of each tooth. During the first few month all my mouth did was bleed from wires poking at my tongue and checks. Other professionals have now informed me you are suppose to go to speech therapy after getting these on, never was told that.
So within a couple months of treatment I was in a horrible car accident, recovery was lengthy and I wasn't driving. When I did start driving boom, just like that another accident occurred. This office eventually told me I could no longer make an appointment because of missed appointments so after probably $3500-$4000 I was left with brackets on the back of my teeth and no orthodontist because I wasn't allowed to make an appointment at this practice.
Sad worse situation ever. Sounds dramatic but true story. I was turned away & all the money I had put into my braces was waisted & also had what were 2 perfectly fine teeth missing. After taking the brackets of myself and finally finding a different ortho treatment I had called to request my treatment plan & records and a receptionist said that wasn't allowed?
My new dentist was shocked and said "not allowed? They have to give that info to you" she requested it and received them finally. Just was a situation of being nervous and unknowledgeable so agreed to whatever was suggested at whatever price. Major $$$$$ waisted.

After leaving another dentist because of poor office administration and a dentist who didn't care enough to learn a patient's name, I searched and screened several potential dental offices. The staff at North Shore was warm, generous with their time and quickly found an opening that fit my schedule. Even better is the care from the dental hygienists and dentists. Dr. Baboulas was very sensitive to my pain and took time to explain what was going on, treatment options and possible outcomes. I am moving my whole family to the practice, that says it all.

I'm so happy I found this dentist office! I had a bad experience with my last dentist so I was very hesitant to go to another. Everyone at this office is so friendly and welcoming, I have never left a dentist office happy until I went to this one! I definitely recommend this dentist office and Dr. B to anyone looking!

I am so comfortable and pleased with this dental office. Everyone is so friendly and efficent. Dr Baubonis is an excellent dentist. He has a great chair side manor. He makes you feel very comfortable and safe. I reffered my friend to them and she feels the same way I do. PAINLESS! AWESOME! Thank You.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist!. Dr. Chris Baboulas is an excellent dentist, along with his dental assistants and front desk staff are always kind and very interactive. I been coming here for years, I'm not just a customer who gets their teeth cleaning done once every six months, I spent a great amount of money here and there is a good reason why, it's because of their great service. I highly recommend this place.

I love this dental office! All the staff are very friendly and helpful! Susan always makes me laugh with her quick wit and outgoing personality, and is always willing to answer questions or explain procedures. The office staff always go out of their way to help accommodate my appointment requests! Great office and a great staff!
