Sound Orthodontics is wonderful! Every staff member I've encountered has been great, and I'm loving the progress on my teeth. As an adult, the invisalign solution they offer is a great fit for me and my lifestyle. I'm seeing quick results and completely attribute it to the expertise of the doctors at Sound Orthodontics!

As I'm going to Sound Orthodontics to fix a bite problem that I got from using a different company's retainers, I have confidence that Dr. Jack and his staff will solve the problem. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful during my visit there.

Really nice people! Clean office and accomidating. I showed up an hour early, since I put down the wrong time, but they made it work.

I am over halfway through my treatment and I am loving it so far! I have seen amazing results. I really do recommend Sound Orthodontic if you are seeking a smile change!

I got Invisalign here for TMJ / jaw pain issues, but they were not able to resolve it despite over 2 years of treatment. Worse yet, they said I was "done" and sent me on my way, referring me to a TMJ specialist. Instead, I just went to my dentist (that I trust strongly), and they said I still needed an additional 3-4 months of refinements.

All staff is friendly and efficient. I have Invisalign and it's working great.

I was referred to Sound Ortho by my daughter as my grandson goes there. I have a crooked jaw and hoped braces could help. They were so friendly and efficient-they took pix and X-rays. But because I have arthritis in my jaw braces wouldn't work long term. Nevertheless I was so impressed with the staff, their expertise and honesty. And the initial exam was free. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! Both of my kids have had their braces done here and I had braces as an adult and was also taken care of here. I highly recommend coming here! There are great financing options and I really feel like everyone at this office truly cares about you and your family.

The service was incredible! I love the bios that play on the screens in the office. It really makes me feel like I'm part of the family. The orthodontist took her time to talk me through my options, and the hygienists/technicians were knowledgeable and efficient.

I am thrilled I got a second opinion. I am in my 30s and have movement from braces years ago. I wanted something Invisalign or retainers not brackets. A previous orthodontist quoted me 2 years and over 6k for some small changes. Dr. jack was amazing he listened to what I was looking for and my needs. We can up with a plan that was a fraction of the cost and duration. The staff was so nice and clean. I am super excited and happy to save so much.

We love this place. I would strongly recommend Sound Orthodontics. Both of my boys have received treatment here. The staff is always kind, caring and enthusiastic. My daughter just got her braces off and her teeth look amazing. We loved working with Dr. Hou and all of his wonderful staff. Most of our appointments we saw Tina and Jenn and they were always very friendly, helpful, and informative. Kristi at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful. Throughout my two years of Sound Orthodontist's servitude the staff have been friendly and helpful. Sound Orthodontist has made the process of straighten my totally not 'on fleek' teeth into a fun and relaxing event. They accommodate customers with sunglasses, TVs you can watch during your appointment, free prizes, and a little surprise after you have completed your braces phase. If you want to straighten your teeth in a professional, clean, and comforting environment, Sound Orthodontist is for you!

Great staff, my wire had came off towards the back of my molar on Sunday, i called and left a message, on Monday morning they called back and set a time to get fixed. One thing i wish they gave me the option to brush and floss my teeth without the wire every time i go in for my tightening but I'm sure next time if i just ask they'll let me.

He takes the time to explain exactly what he expects the results to be and he delivers! I loved that Dr. Hou is so invested in the total care of each of his patients, and that his entire team is caring, gentle and kind. My daughter just completed her orthodontic care at Sound Orthodontics.

She feels like she was well cared for and she loves her new smile! Kristi, at the front desk, is super helpful when it comes to getting your appointments scheduled and she will email and text you appointment reminders. I had a huge underbite and after getting my braces done here and getting surgery done to correct my underbite I could not be happier with my smile. They were very good with keeping on top of the appointment times I never had to wait very long when I got there. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to get braces. Dr. Hou and Dr. Frederick did a great job with my smile and the staff were all really friendly.

I want to say that Sound orthodontics was truly a HAPPY SMILING FACE PLACE All personnel were so professional, pleasant and so well knowledgable on the questions we had before my son received his braces. As a parent you have concerns and every time I had a concerns a staff member would explain clearly. From the front deck personnel to the denist assistant to the captain(doctor) of the system it was truly PLEASANT and you can feel honesty. Have to appreciate there passion to help keep the smiles BIG. Thanks so much

I have been getting ortho consults for myself and my 8 year old son. I felt the most welcomed at this office and I felt the most confident that if I choose to have the work done they will be competent enough to do it. I have had several other consults in the area and they are the lower to middle range and they offer a better payment plan. One office I went into wanted to charge $300 to set up a file and then a $1100 down payment.

These guys just want $750 down for the braces I will need. I have been told by several orthos the treatment will be 18 months to 2 years, which is spot on with what they said as well. I am going to seek a cosmetic dentist's consult for veneers to see if that might be better since I have two severely rotated teeth. I really want them to look better today IDC if the teeth are pulled and have implants put in I am that frustrated with them. 2 years is a long time. If I do go through with braces though this would be where I'd go.

This orthodontist office is AMAZING. From the welcome you get from Kristi, to all the amazing women that assist Dr. Hou, to Dr. Hou himself, the service is impeccable. I feel welcome, cared for and listened to in all respects. My son had some anxiety with getting braces and they calmed his fears and made the process easy. Kristi is ridiculously easy to work with from the get go with scheduling to insurance questions. Hands down the greatest experience we could ask for.

I go to Sound Orthodontics in Renton for an invisalign treatment with Dr. Hou. Everyone at the office has been great. Extremely friendly and welcoming. The office is bright and friendly. Dr. Hou took the time to explain all my options and made sure all my questions were answered. I'm about 7 months in to my set of trays. Dr. Hou and his assistants made this a great experience. I highly recommend him and his whole team.

I cannot say enough about everyone at Sound Orthodontics! Everyone is friendly, happy and professional. I never feel like just another client. Two sons have been through the braces process with Dr. Hou. Kristy at the front desk is amazing. She remembers everyone who comes in. All of the assistants are stellar! Highly recommend this place!

Getting my braces off : 2 1/2 hours to remove these suckers; put in a permanent retainer on my lower teeth and did the molds for my removable retainers. The staff and dental assistants are one of the nicest girls I've had work on my teeth for the last 2 1/2 plus years. Im extremely satisfied with the work Dr. Hou did to straighten my teeth and I highly recommend him to everyone.

We got a referral from A Kids Place as my daughter was pushing her teeth with her tongue. Dr. Hou and his staff is amazing. We loved seeing Kristi at the front desk. She always made us feel welcome and the office is nice and clean complete with video game, computer and coffee station. My daughter's problem was fixed with the appliance Dr. Hou suggested within about 6 months. Waiting was never an issue. Once in the chair they were always very very efficient. We will definitely come back when the kids are ready for braces.

I love Dr. Hou and his staff! Kristi is the heart of the front office and you always feel like family walking in the door. She greets you with a huge smile and knows you by name. Stephanie is the treatment coordinator and I don't think she is ever in a bad mood. She has an infectious smile and is so easy to talk to. Dr. Hou is incredibly professional.

He takes time to explain everything and is very warm. The ladies that work chair side take the time to make sure that you really feel comfortable. My son started his braces here and definitely would have finished here if we hadn't moved out of the area. Highly recommend!

Talk about a wonderful practice! Not only is the service and staff top notch you can watch your favorite show in the lobby and surf the web. Dr Hou is so friendly and my visits have always been pain free!
