The staff is always friendly and efficient. Marci takes great care of my two youngest boys, just as she did their older brothers. I would recommend her to anyone needing pediatric dental care!

This office is the best. Office staff is courteous and competent, hygienists are great, Dr. Pitcher is excellent-competent, gentle, always takes the time to explain everything. I've been taking my kids to her for over twenty years and have only ever had positive experiences.

We had a phenomenal experience at Pitcher Dental! The office is beautiful and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Pitcher exceeded all expectations. Not only was she professional and skilled, but she made me and my young son feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire visit!

Amazing! This staff is wonderful from making an initial appointment through the entire process. My little guy needed some dental work done that our family dentist was not comfortable doing. He gave us a list of pediatric dentists to choose from. I did my research and read the reviews. I am so happy I chose to bring him here. The environment is very welcoming.

It was quite the drive for us but totally worth it. Dr. Pitcher and her entire staff were wonderful with him. Working with a small child is hard at this age when they do not understand what is happening. Understandably, we were not allowed in the room during the actual procedure but they kept us informed every step of the way as to what was happening. I would definitely return without hesitation. I absolutely love Dr. Pitcher, her staff and the work space she and her team create and maintain. As a parent I am treated with such kindness, respect and attention. At the same time my daughter with a complex and painful dental history, trusts the team and doesn't fight her appointments. It took some time for the Pitcher team to accomplish this trust but they never wavered in their kindness and acceptance of her during the process. Thank you!

Everything from building, the toys/things to touch/look at for my kiddo, two waiting rooms, accommodating and understanding staff as well as supportive Dentist and hygienist during my 18 months first dentist appointment made the experience perfect and so age appropriate. Dr. Pitcher went over how she can support our girls if there is a dental emergency in order to avoid an ER visit. I'm Also, a wall of prizes was a great treat after the appointment :. I'm looking forward to our next visit!

Dr Pitcher and her staff are the best! They make kids (and their parents!) feel at ease and actually enjoy trips to the dentist. Additionally, we have had several dental emergencies and Dr Pitcher has gone above and beyond to ensure my son was seen quickly, and the problem taken care of immediately. I couldn't ask for a better dentist for my kids!

So thankful for this practice! Dr. M-Pitcher is phenomenal! Absolutely phenomenal! We didn't start out with a pediatric dentist - big mistake. The switch to Dr. M-Pitcher roughly 10 years ago - priceless! She's thorough and genuine. She gives it to you straight with the best interest of the patient in mind, and takes the time to explain everything. The staff - from the time we walk in to the time we walk out are so patient and friendly, and makes us all feel so comfortable.

Wonderful pediatric dentist. All the staff make my son feel comfortable. Dr. Pitcher is very knowledgeable of my son's rare genetic dental condition and is very proactive on what dental plan is best for him. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Pitcher Pediatric is the best! I have three children who have gone to Dr Pitcher starting when we moved to Pittsford 16 years ago. They have always graciously accommodated our scheduling challenges and provided truly thoughtful, caring service for the few painful visits we had to make (tooth extractions are probably hard to make "enjoyable", but at least Dr Pitcher and staff made sure we were all as prepared and comfortable as possible).

Dr. Pitcher is hands down the best pediatric dentist. My daughter was a very high anxiety patient when we first started going to Dr. Pitcher (based on a recommendation). She wouldn't even let our old dentist count her teeth or polish them or anything! Dr. Pitcher had a way of talking with her and building that trust. She has come leaps and bounds since that 8 year old girl. Now a 14 year old with braces! Never would have happened without her. Thank you so much, Dr. Pitcher!

The entire staff at Pitcher pediatric is phenomenal! I am beyond impressed with their expertise and with making kids feel comfortable having dental work. My 4 yr old needed a couple cavities filled and was nervous at my dentist. After being recommended to Dr. Pitcher by my dentist, I can see why he said she is the best! Everyone was extremely caring and managed to make my daughter think she was having fun during her fillings.

They are definitely good at what they do! Dr. Pitcher also took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. I fully recommend Pitcher pediatrics dental if you need a pediatric dentist for your child!
