My girlfriend called to inquire about her insurance being accepted, and get pricing. A woman named Vivian responded with a very rude and judgemental statement about my girlfriend's insurance being through the state, and immediately hung up on her. Her intention was to proceed with scheduling an appointment despite out of pocket costs because of the good reputation of this practice, but she never got the chance.

I had a great first experience during my cleaning. Hygienist was super friendly, professional and thorough. She told me everything she was about to do before she did it. My only issue was finding the office. We just moved to the area and are not very familiar yet. This office somehow has two Google maps listings (showing same address), but one listing puts them over near Sutherland auto. They are in the Canal Park Building. I found office after calling but was a little late.

This is the best dentist office ever! From when you first walk in the door the front desk girls are always so friendly and awesome! I always get Erica who is absolutely AMAZING! She does such a fantastic job and she is just the best! She's always friendly and again very good at what she does! The doctor is great also! He always makes sure everything looks good etc.
