The staff are great, informative and help with various plans, financing and appointments. Dr. Lewcock is great and thorough on every visit, often answering questions and providing guidance when needed. I look forward to my cleanings and invisalign updates. Cant wait to do other smile related procedures :D

My husband had an appointment at old settlers dental Round rock dentist. when he came home, he said he had the worst experience he's ever had at a dentist office. He is most easy going non complaining person. He was treated so poorly. People are rude there. They just waste your time by photography. very bad service. Worst staff ever. Won't recommend for anyone.

I would have given 0 if there was one. I went for preventive Check up. They confirmed there will be no cost on me. I provided them X ray and didn't get any cleaning done. I asked them in advance to confirm with my insurance. After a month of my visit then sent me a bill. They were so rude when I asked them to clarify why they sent the bill even after confirmation of no cost to me.

They have become greedy. Front desk made so many excuses and refused to clarify the things. They all tell different rules. They are doing a lot of cheating. When we say we will review about this. Front desk woman Michael was very rude and said do whatever you want to do. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They buy reviews don't go on their fake reviews.

Dr. Zavalas is great. Gentle. Talks you through every step. And ensures you are comfortable and pain free. Highly recommend him!

The office staff here is phenomenal! I am truly thankful that I found Dr. Zavala several years ago. My most recent visit occurred after my second Retainer also broke. I remembered from the last time when my other one broke how important it is to get it replaced quickly before my teeth begin to move around and ruin all of the hard work done to get them straightened.

When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with a beautiful soul named Crystal. She could hear the panic and worry in my voice and she quickly calmed me down and told me not to worry and that they would take care of me, and that they certainly did. Crystal explained to me that all that may need to be done would be something quite simple and that she would verify things and get back with me to let me know.

One thing to understand is that they really weren't even open for normal business as when I called it was still part of the Christmas holiday and they were only in the office taking care of some administrative duties. Crystal called me back quickly to inform me that I could come in and get seen with Espy. When I got to the office I was met and welcomed in by Crystal and Brittany and then by Espy. Espy took me back, explained to me that all she needed to do was to get a quick scan of my teeth so she could get me set up with another Retainer.

She was quick, gentle and explained every step of the way, in addition to consistently checking on me to make sure I was ok which I was. Espy is so friendly and easy going and she maintains an admirable level of professionalism at the same time. It's difficult for me to express the caring and the kindness of all of these ladies. This meant so much to me and the importance of being able to get in and be seen so quickly in what was a dental urgency to me meant even more.

The actions of everyone here speaks volumes as does their dedication to service. Dr. Zavala gave me my lovely smile and he has passed on his expertise in caring for his patients to the rest of his staff. The atmosphere here is warm and I felt welcomed, wanted as a patient and cared about. Kudos to Crystal, Espy and Brittany! [and you too Dr. Zavala :!]

The office assured me that we would not have to pay out-of-pocket for services, but then charged us over $100 for their services after already collecting $140. They refused to negotiate a lower cost. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.

Old settlers dental is happily my new dentist! I went to another dentist that was going to charge me thousands of dollars but here they are able to do all the same work for under $300! The office staff was very courteous and the Dentist was kind and gentle! Highly recommend!

Scheduling an appointment is easy with their online tools and quick response. The office is very nice and the staff certainly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. This is the first dental office I've been a patient at that I don't have one single complaint. I'm very happy my family and I are patients here.

Welcomed by a professional, friendly staff who explained exactly what would occur during my first visit as a new patient. Was delighted with the visit and will return in three months for another cleaning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lewcock and the fabulous staff at Old Settlers Dental. I was a new patient and had a very difficult problem with my front teeth. I had fallen several years ago and damaged my front teeth. After reviewing my case Dr. Lewcock explained very clearly the plan of action to fix my teeth. He and the staff were with me every step of the way.
