Services
Dr. Katie Chang is a Louisiana native but has since made Houston her home. After graduating with a degree in Neuroscience from Tulane University, she went on to study at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She graduated at the top of her class with awards in functional occlusion and TMD.

They are always friendly and always professional. The girls up front will help you in any way they can, Deanna is my personal favorite but they are all super. Dr Ron Handley is kind, very good at his job and most important to me, he explains what you need or what he is doing so you are never left wondering. Honestly, if I could give them a perfect 10 stars, I would! I 100% trust this dentist and absolutely loved my Hygienist, Leona! I have been searching for a local dentist and boy did I ever hit pay dirt with Dr. Handley and team! I went in for a cleaning and x-rays. I had been told by another dentist that I needed a deep clean. I was terrified because I had heard they are quite painful and must be done over two sessions. Thankfully, I declined and started my search for a second opinion. Leona, the Hygienist, started with the mouth cancer screening which I highly recommend.
It was thorough and worth the $15 extra. As she was doing the screening and every procedure thereafter, she explained step-by-step what she was doing and why. She was professional and gentle throughout the appointment! It turns out, I did NOT need a deep cleaning as the prior dentist had suggested. This established trust immediately. Dr. Handley then came in to do the his part of the exam.
He was also professional, gentle, compassionate. He was not there to "sell" me crowns or other services I didn't need. He suggested I might consider replacing a crown that was not fitting me correctly and I agreed. I was surprised when I got the estimate as it was much lower than anticipated. From start to finish, I was highly impressed with this Team of professionals.
The receptionist greeted me immediately with a smile. And I've already commented on the Dentist and Hygienist. Then the lady who checked me out and set up my future appointments was thorough and professional in every way. So glad Dr. Handley was recommended!

Handley dental is the best dentist I have ever been to. My wife and I have been patients there for almost 10 years. Dr Handley is the most skillful dentist we have ever used. His staff is friendly and really amazing. Tanya and Torry especially! But everyone is great there. This is a dentist I never fret about going to. The facilities are both cutting edge and welcoming and comfortable.
We know that we will receive the best possible care every time we go. They are organized and courteous and cool. And we know that the pain management is so good that you literally never worry about procedures. Really can't say enough. Just a great group.

I absolutely love Handley Dental. Dr. Handley is extremely knowledgeable and is very balanced in his recommendation of dental procedures. Every member of the staff is professional and personable from the front desk to the dental hygienists. I am so glad a practice with this standard of care is available in Cypress.

My family has being going to Handley Dental for 10+ years and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Tonia has been doing cleanings for all of us since day one. She's very skilled at her job but also kind, calming and compassionate. She really puts you at ease. Both Dr. Handley and Dr. Chang are excellent and the office staff are prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them!

I haven't been to the dentist in 20+ years. Not because I'm afraid, just because I didn't feel like I needed one. Well, now I do and I couldn't be happier with my choices. Dr Handley and Chang are amazing. They weren't just concerned with my oral health. They were concerned about my medical as well. I have found my dentists. We'd all be lucky to have these great dentists and staff in our lives.

Dr. Handley is top notch. He and his staff are always so nice and professional. I don't particularly care for going to the dentist in general, but I trust Dr. Handley. He has never tried to talk to me into "extra" dental work. He explains everything and is very thorough. If you need a good dentist that truly cares about his patients, give Dr. Handley a try. You won't regret it.

Dr. Handley and his entire team are amazing! He has been our family dentist for about 14 years. Special thanks to my hygienist Leone who has been taking care of me for all these years and has made every visit there a pleasant one. they are all very easygoing and make you feel like you are family and not just a number or patient. I have been going to this dental office for over five years now, and I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Handley. It is a very well run office, and there's usually very little wait time, they have great dental hygienists and they don't push unnecessary procedures on you. Dr. Handley is very Personable and kind and is good at explaining what and why certain procedures need to be done. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Honestly so happy I found this place! Dr. Katie Chang is AMAZING. I get super anxious about people messing around my face and mouth. Dr. Chang is the first dentist I have felt completely comfortable with! Love her. I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone. Also the music passes the vibe check. I just got some fillings to some of my childhood 90s favorites!

I am so happy to have been referred to Handley Dental they got me in right away when I was experiencing a problem. I was referred to an excellent endodonist by them. Once my treatment was completed I returned for the crowns to be made.the staff and doctor were awesome! I highly recommend this dental office.

No dentist will ever compare. I just moved to LA from Houston, and I'm scared to death of trying to find a dentist even half as good as Dr. Handley. The staff there rocks, and he is extremely gentle, thorough, and affordable. Best of all - I never felt pain. I had avoided dental work for over ten years out of fear, and I needed a lot done. I'm so glad I got all of the major work done while still in H-Town. I'll be extremely lucky if I can find someone I trust the way I do Dr. Handley. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't considering planning visits to my parents around the times I'm due for cleanings and work. Yes, he is that awesome.
