The office is very nice and well kept. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was nice and did a very good job at cleaning my teeth and Dr. Chung did my exam and was very nice. 10 out of 10 would recommend people visit Palm Court Dental for their dental needs. I have sent many family and friends there with all positive outcomes.

We have been going to Palm Court Dental for over 3 years now. The staff and the dentist are the best. After several bad experiences with dentists in the past, we have finally found the best dentist. My 11 year old daughter looks forward to her dentist appointments because they are very caring, and professional and the atmosphere is very calm. I highly recommend Dr. Chung!

Dr. Chung is amazing! I had 2 broken fillings replaced today & it was a painless visit. He has so much patience, he talks you through the procedure, asks if you have any questions & answers them. I had a difficult time numbing an area of my mouth but he gave me the injections I needed until I was comfortable to resume the procedure. His assistant Marlin I believe, was also great! Her focus & attention was on what I needed and what he would ask for. Best Dentist I've ever been treated at & will definitely continue coming for all of my needs.

Such excellent detail to my teeth cleaning and getting any plaque off. Also, loved the new digital way to do my X-rays. No more pain with that plastic piece bending into my mouth in an awkward way. Thank Palm Court dental.

I love Palm Court Dental! I have been coming for a few years now and have the best experience each and every time! And now my kids come as well. I went in for an emergency dentist appointment and the entire staff was amazing. They were very polite and considerate of my pain and limitations. They worked very fast, the environment was very clean, and they made me feel extremely comfortable and the prices weren't too bad either. Great experience, will definitely recommend to all, and plan to get all of my dental work done here.

Palm Court Dental is the best place to go for dental work. Everybody there is nice and caring. Dr. Chung is very professional and very knowledgeable and experienced with his expertise. I've been a patient for the last 7-8 years at Palm Court and I'm actually someone that loves going to the dentist but more so since the people here are so kind. The plus side is they have tv's with Netflix and massage chairs for when you are having work done or your teeth cleaned. I was able to get my husband to switch from his dentist that he had been going to since he was 3-4 years old.

We also have both of our two toddlers go here as well. Everyone is so helpful and patient when one of my kids isn't willing to cooperate. Hillary is at the front desk and is amazing with answering all my questions or helping me schedule my next appointment for someone in our family. Nicole is the BEST hygienist out there and the only one I allow to touch these pearly whites. (: Although I was extremely sad that Dr. Vavra retired and is living his best retirement life with his wife Angie, his replacement Dr. Chung and is awesome! He's always polite and professional but can MAGICALLY fill a filling in record time.

If your lucky and have an appointment during girl scout season you can get your teeth cleaned or fillings filled and wake out with a box of thin mints. It's definitely a win win! Everyone is awesome and they're truly like a second family. I always feel more than welcomed when I walk through those doors (they're also next to a Target too which is an adults playground!)

This dental office is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and kind. The dentist is really good. I received my cleaning today and he's gentle and communicative. I felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend this dental office.

Nicole is an excellent dental hygienist. I needed deep cleaning and she is very skilled at her job. I've had traumatic experiences in the past but I have been coming to Palm Court for over 20 years. I would highly recommend this dental staff. They conduct themselves in a professional and cheerful manner. They always make you feel welcomed. They care not only about your dental needs, but provide a gentle hand no matter what your age is.

Dr. Chung is by far the best dentist I've ever had and I've had many dentists in the last 20 years. He and the staff in the office are extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. The treatment I received was painless and he was very patient despite the many problems he had to fix in my mouth. I found Dr. Chung through word of mouth and I highly recommend him to anyone in the area (and out of the area too as I drove 45 minutes to get here)

I'm a previous patient for over 15 years ago and I'm glad to return. The staff was very warm and friendly. The office atmosphere is clean and inviting. The equipment is modern and updated. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything that had to be done for my treatment. This was a very positive appointment.

I don't really write reviews that often but with the amazing service they provided for me it's the least I can do. I have Delta insurance and I paid minimal out of pocket but what I really loved about the place is the fast service. I would schedule my appointment and within 3 minutes I'm already talking to the dentist and starting my procedure. They make you feel at home and part of the team explaining what needs to be done and how much it will be overall.

Personally I paid every procedure the day of but they did let me know that they have payment plans. I am definitely bringing my daughter as she gets older to be seen by Palm Court Dental.

Quick response when messaging them from their website! Got me scheduled after maybe 15 minutes of me contacting them through email. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Doctor was patient enough to go over each problem area and give solutions. He didn't seem judge mental or rude (like I've experienced before). They even started treatment same day since I let them know what was bothering me. Made sure I was comfortable through each step. So happy I found them!

I would definitely recommend Palm Court Dental. Not only do they have accommodating hours for appointments needed later in the evening but the staff is just so friendly and genuine. Dr. Chung is one of the best for sure, never once did I feel like he was recommending something just to up sell something. This has always been my issue in the past but Dr. Chung is genuine and transparent about his work.

My friend recommended Dr. Chung. I was hesitant at first because he's about 25 minutes away from home but I was not disappointed! Everyone is so nice and respectful. You really feel welcomed here. Dr. Chung takes the time to explain to you what the issues are and gives you options so you don't feel forced into any treatments. You won't feel like you are just another patient like you would in a big dentist office like Western Dental.

Don't understand how anyone could not be pleased with Dr. Chung and his staff at Palm Court Dental! Whenever I needed a dental cleaning or a yearly checkup with x-rays, Dr. Chung has been extremely considerate, professional, and cooperative working with my schedule and insurance plan. I feel good knowing that I can trust Dr. Chung with my teeth and feel safe in how careful and honest he is in this current environment. Trust is a big thing with dental care and safety in a Covid-19 world and I feel I can definitely trust Dr. Chung. Thanks again!

Don't let looks fool you. Dr Chung is a young doc but he sure knows what he's doing. I've had two crowns placed in. He is gentle, caring and explains everything he does. I highly recommend Dr. Chung. Come see him for all your dental needs. You will not be disappointed.

I have always been afraid of the dentist and these guys helped me get rid of my fear. The staff is friendly and know just how to take care of you when your scared. I will recommend these guys to anyway! I now can say I look forward to going to the dentist! :

I don't know where to start. this dentist office is extremely unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled today 11/7 which I had to cancel due to a emergency! So the way they communicate is via text which is fine. I went ahead and texted them on Monday 11/6 at 9:24am that I was cancelling my appointment for Tuesday 11/7 at 2pm. Whoever is texting me said that I didn't give a 24 hour notice. hmmm excuse me!

That was a 28 hour notice! They practically said our office our policy! According to them they close every other Monday and Friday. However on their website it says different, that they are open Monday-Friday. So this office is going to lose a customer over a $40 failed appointment charge! Fix your website and stop trying to loop hole people with your ridiculous fee's!

Great! The dentist takes time to explain how everything works so it makes going to the dentist less scary. Everyone in the office is nice and easy to talk to and ask questions to. Angie is very helpful with all of the insurance stuff making sure you know exactly what your insurance will and will not cover. Highly recommend them!

I have been a patient with this dental practice and felt I needed to do the same for my family. Recently in May 2016 my kids had dental appointments on a Monday and had to call in and cancel the day before due to conflicting appointments with school and medical. Just recently July 18 I received a bill for $81.20 for not giving proper 24 hours notice and to cover the costs for 2 dental assistants. Thank you Palm Court Dental and the inept billing department. Now to look for a new dentistry.

I have been going to Palm Court Dental for the past 6 years. Even though I moved. I still drive all the way Palm Court. Everyone there staff treats you like family and they are interested in what is going on in your life. The doctor is so patient and gentle, he is never in a hurry and takes his time to talk to you and find out how your life is going.

Other places I have been dentists are always in a rush and don't even talk to you. My health is important to me and I appreciate him taking the time to evaluated my health and not be in a rush. I don't think I could ever go to another office. I've never had to wait longer than 5m to be seen, they text me and call me to remind me of my appointment. I can say I always enjoy going to the dentist.

I called to schedule an appointment for a filling that fell out of my molar it was very sensitive believe me, they scheduled me the very next day so awesome. This place is very well kept and really nice and clean inside everything is up to date from the floor up I'm glad I made my decision based on their yelp reviews the staff is very nice and easy to talk to can't say enough good things about my visit it's truly the best dentist experience I've had ever. I'll definitely be going here for all my dentistry needs in the future.

Seriously the best dental experience myself and children have EVER had! Dr. Vavra and his staff are one of a kind. Monique's cleaned my toddlers teeth today and made her feel right at home, the Dr.s office staff are always interested in what's going on in our lives and remember what we have talked about. This place is a hidden Jewel and if you're thinking of taking your little ones to a child specialist dentist, you don't need to pay the extra. I have found the perfect dentist for my little one and the rest of my Family. She can't wait to go back!
