Been giving this place multiple chances, but I might have to switch dentist at this point. They expect you to come in at certain times. And then have me wait an hour after I asked to get off early! Prices are ridiculous too!

These people are a mess. The receptionist in the front are rude and unfriendly. I took my son in having the best insurance and they are billing me instead of my insurance and putting me in collections. I have two sons this has never happened in any dental office that I've been to. It seems like they have a continuous turn over of receptionist who don't know how to bill properly. Poorly Under trained staff.

This office is wonderful! Dr Leng is thorough and explains every thing in detail. The front office goes over all copays and are so sweet. I am so glad I found this office.

I have been going to this office since 2005. The quality of service has deteriorate in the last 3 years. Their item line service and pricing 15% higher than dental office with in the Fontana and Rancho area.

I have been coming here since I was really young and have always felt very welcomed by the staff all of them are really nice and engaging! Recently been coming in a lot for one of my teeth, but Dr. Yuen always makes it a nice experience whenever I come in

I'm very happy with Dr. Yuen she took the time to explain the procedure I was having and what to expect afterwards. I also like the fact that she gives you a complete list with what she expect you to do and not do I am very happy with my treatment. And her. Also with Vanessa Chavez and all of her help thanks

Run from this place terribly over priced how does a root canal cost 2,600.00 + and a implant 7,000.00 they are trippin I had 3 implants put in for 5,200.00 a year ago at Hyland dental in riverside great job to oh fyi they have 2 other sister dental offices in fontana just as expensive and try to up sale up with fearful / expensive scenario that could happen. they must work for commission again run and run fast.there are so many other dental that are way more reasonably priced.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Never have appointments available and don't even call you to cancel your appt. missed an hour of work for no reason! Front desk staff is horrible! Please DON'T GO HERE! Ridiculous! All dentist are freelance and are never available Save yourself the time and $$$. plus their prices all over the place. my family of 6 all go and we had the same cleaning services, extraction, ortho, etc. and all prices were quoted differently! They didn't know we were all related. They look like fools!

I loved this place for years but now loving it more. Front desk girl Venessa, a very welcoming soul with beautiful personality. I just have consult with ortho Jermeay, he is the honest ortho I have so far encounter with it. He will listen to you and tell you exactly what u need or not. It's hard to find such people and places. My 100 % recommended place. Thank you everyone.

Dr. Patidar and her team are awesome. She educates and explains the reasons for her recommendations and treatments. Graciela is detail oriented and takes extra care with everything she does. The front office staff is very helpful. They definitely help to take away the fear of going to the dentist

Not sure if they were being honest or not but I was told I needed an extraction and an implant or bridge for one of my molars that broke. Prices for this procedures tend to be pricey. I got a second opinion from a recommend Dental clinic to see my options. I was told that an extraction wasn't necessary and that a crown would be sufficient enough for my needs.

Not sure if this clinic (Triangle Dental Group) thought the most expensive treatment was necessary but it seems based on this experience that they're out to get as much money as possible from clients. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place. Got my crown done and it's been great so far. Not a good experience with this clinic. Looks elsewhere.

Triangle dental group is amazing. I've had multiple procedures done there and the staff was very professional and very nice and considerate of you as a patient. You are greeted with friendly smiles at the front desk as you walk in and the office manager "Kristen" is very helpful and very sweet! I give them five stars! I will continue to use them for my future dental procedures!

I first came to the Triangle Dental Group back in March of this year because I needed a lot of work to be done. I knew before coming in, the work I needed to be done was going to be expensive & mostly likely was unable to afford it due to my situation. The staff: Christine the office manager, Jennifer Membreno, Vanessa Chavez advised me that day that they give back to the community every year & provide free dental work to a few people in need.

They explained how people become candidates & how the selecting process goes. Im one of those very fortunate people to have been selected. Im still in awe but extremely thankful & appreciative. The work Dr Patidar, the Dr's assistant Grace & the Dental Hygienist Holly did, went beyond giving to the community. Words can't express the thanks & amazing work you've done! Dr Patidar, Dr's assistant Grace, Dental Hygienist Holly, Office Manager Christine, Jennifer M., Vanessa C. are amazing women for giving out their services to the community.

They treated me with respect & they're extremely courteous with their clients! I am extremely lucky & again, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! (Emphasis added) This is the place to take your kids & also have your dental work done!

The entire team is just fantastic everyone is kind and most helpful with everything. I've been going to Triangle Dental for years now and alway receive the same amazing service thank you all for everything you do!

Despite other reviews, all staff I have encountered during my son's dental visits have been professional, understanding and accommodating. My son is afraid of the dentist at times and the staff here are amazing with him. The pediatrics dentist have all been kind and understanding and have found ways to interact with him to where he is not afraid and let's them proceed with any needed dental care in the moment. I will continue dental care here due to the superb demeanor I have encountered on every visit. Keep up the great work Triangle Dental!

This place is sooooo crooked, they always go to the most expensesive treatment and make it sound like it is your only option. My wife went they wanted to charge 1,000 for a repair, they made it seem to be her only option, she went to her old dentist they did the repair for less than $200. Times are tough they should discuss the cheaper option and work their way up.

I don't think it is right for you the let you patients wait outside when it is over 90 degrees HOT outside. And tell me what are those distanced chairs you placed inside for? We told you that we were fully vaccinated and yet you insist to let us out! You should be more considerate to your patients. You should re-evaluate your regulations. We don't deserve this kind of treatment!

This place is HORRIBLE, stay away. They need to get rid of the entire front desk staff. Over charged me after having me sign off on one bill I agreed too, months later it's more money to pay which now they're saying the insurance didn't cover but at the time of services they told me the insurance covered it. These people are insurance scammers. I'm personally having them investigated and once I spoke to them about their mistake and that I'm having everything investigated they quickly sent my account to collections.

Stay away. I don't think it's the dentist. The issue is the staff at the front desks. Customer service is terrible. Had to call 8 times to get my bill for my fsa out took 6 days to get my bill. They are also very rude. My son is 4yrs old and treat him like he insulted them. I'm finishing my treatment, I hope they don't mess up the billing for that again, then I'm done. I advise you to take your business somewhere else. The front desk staffs are terrible. Stay away from this place.

ZERO STARS. Stay away from this dentist. They will over charge you and lie to you. Always ask for a breakdown of the prices and DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE. They don't file insurance claims to try and get as much money as they can from you!

This place will overcharge regularly, it's not until you investigate with insurance that they will correct their errors. If they can get away with it they will. Office manager should be double checking what codes they use to bill customers. Seems to me they are always trying to upsell and doing procedures that aren't needed. STAY AWAY!

I highly recommend them. There super clean and super nice. I had some procedures done and I completely love the team they have there. Throughout the entire service they talk to you and ask questions to see how you are doing. Dr Leng is amazing at what he does. He makes you feel comfortable. The whole team is amazing.

Terrible. Charged my elderly mom way beyond what she can afford and mom wasn't made aware of it. If possible ask for a pre authorization form so you know how much you will pay out of pocket.

Great service thank you Dr. Leng, Kristen, Robyn, Dr. Yang and her assistants got a crown and root canal the same day. Usually feel everything when I go to the dentist but I felt nothing today. Would give a billion stars if I could.

Triangle Dental is the best dental service in the Inland Empire! Their staff is professional and friendly. The offices are fresh, bright, and modern, and the equipment is state of the art. The receptionists, hygienists, dentists and assistants: everybody here is top-notch and patient-focused. They take my insurance, and if there is a balance, they have flexible payment options. I'm so happy to have found such an awesome team to insure my smile is the healthiest and best looking it can be!

O stars. I've been in the dental field for 13 years and The fact that the front office cant create a treatment plan and the dentist that is not aware of medical releases with 80-year-old patients after recommending oral surgery is a big red flag. I cannot believe I had to tell them what to put on the treatment plan after consulting with the dentist and I also had to remind her about the medical release.

I asked the dentist if they asked my grandpa about his medical history and she says "I'm not sure". What?! Are you kidding me. How will you do treatment on an 80-year-old patient who has been in the hospital? who runs this place?! Also what are the odds that my grandpa showed me a 2 thousand dollar treatment plan that they initially gave him and when I take him it goes to $5000?! do NOT trust this office.

What happened to this place? Used to be good when they first opened.now years later they try to up sell you on everything. The back staff seem cool, but front office needs work and organizatThey call other members of your family to report an appointment which is a violation. They say they call to remind you of your appointment but called a wrong number and voicemail is full.

And they seem to lose track of when you prepay for services and don't have record of it! Won't be back. And stop calling my number about appointments! You guys are in violation of HIPPA laws!

I chose this place since it's close to home. They did a good job, my only concern is their rates are high. I have insurance at 80% coverage. I had X-rays and deep cleaning and my out of pocket costs $ 249.00.

I brought my two kids in to see Dr Bhullar, the pediatric dentist for their first dental visit! Crystal was very helpful at check in, and Queen the assistant did a great job with them, making sure my son understood everything going on and was very friendly. Dr bhullar was very nice and made sure they were comfortable. My daughter is only two and was very scared, but he was so quick and friendly with her. The whole visit went smoothly and took less than an hour. Thank you TDG and the pediatric team!

I've had nothing put positive experiences here. From the manager, to the front office staff, to my dentist, to the periodontist as well as my hygienist. They are all on point. And they also send out friendly text or email reminders for upcoming appointments. They are all very organized and knowledgeable in their areas. They will break things done to the basics and ensure you understand everything that is going on.

If you're looking for a Dental group that truly enjoys what they do, look no further. They can and will meet your needs. The have the latest technology as well as Saturday appointments. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
