After attending here for about a year, I can definitely say my experience wasn't extremely bad. They did a wonderful job giving me a filling. they did great at my cleanings too. I think what did it for me was the rescheduling. I can admit both 1st and 2nd time was my fault, I didn't call 48 hours in advance and they gave me a warning for both times and expressed that if I do the 3rd time, then they will kick me out of this dentist. (They didn't really say that, they just said warning but that's what really means).

On May 25th of 2022 I had a 3rd rescheduled appt due for a filling. my son and I got sick and he was actually exposed to covid, I might have to since it was his friend family that had it. I didn't want to take any chances so I called them literally the morning before (which I knew was already barely 24 hr let alone not even 48 hour advance) but I had to call to inform them since I didn't want to risk coming in.

They told me they will see what they can do, I was hoping they can accommodate this and they said they will contact me back. About an hour or so later I got a call back, told them my situation again and they said in a stern voice like I was some child that I made too many rescheduling, they warn me already and that I can no longer come back to that place.

Basically they made me kick rocks for this courtesy call for me being sick and instead of them being sympathetic, I had a stern rude voice that treated me like a child that ended the business badly with kicking me to the curb for treating me irresponsible. This 3rd time wasn't intentional and I was fully aware but I was more concerned to the fact I was sick with symptoms.

I even said, "so, U want me to go to my appt sick then with symptoms?" They said no, but you can no longer come here for your teeth cleaning, fine some where else! SMH So I said, "well, okay, bye?!" I was shocked and stunned as well as lost for words.

We've been coming to this dentist for years and I am just now nothing the bad reviews so I want to counter act those. Prepandemic I used medi-cal for myself and kids at this office. Always had great service. Pediatric dentist then was amazing, I think it was Dr. Olga? Only stopped going because of covid. Now I have ppo coverage and was more than ready for a check up and cleaning.

The whole experience was super positive. Clean, fast, and friendly service. Great cleaning! Very thorough. Coming back in two weeks for an implant consult. I absolutely love this offices hours. Late evening during the week and open Saturdays. Lastly, I want to mention how helpful the office staff is. I called looking to schedule for the soonest Saturday appointment, got me on the books about 6 weeks out, totally understandable for a Saturday spot.

They advised me to call in the next day after 11 to see if there were any cancellations. Sure enough there was and they got me in for a Monday night 6pm appointment. SCORE! again not sure why all the negative reviews. I've been to many dentist offices and this one is top notch.

TRASH SERVICE! SUPER UNETHICAL! I have worked in dental before, this place is a joke, the systematics and customer service are awful! might as well check in with a vet because you will be treated like an animal. If zero stars were a rating, they would take the crown. The receptionist do the bare minimum, total rubbish. The slug of a receptionist who answered my call, laughed at my face when I said " Is that why you guys haven't called me back?" when inquiring about my application submission for the new patient intake.

When this is a dental emergency and have already been to ER about about an abscess tooth, which if she understood medicine properly, she'd know that it can possibly lead to death. So I don't understand how that is funny? and why she had the audacity to laugh? where are they hiring these dental assistants from? hood-rat-r-us? Horrible ethics and extreme lack of professionalism.

I wouldn't be surprised if a HIPPA or OSHA complaint were filed against this so called "Dental Office." It's evident that their only concern is monetary, and not the dental health their local population. Probably no one will complain because of the location and the nice folk around here who don't know 5 star dental service, but this office may need to clean-house at least the front desk staff. I advise everyone not to deal with this clinic which is a failure and is very bad at all and liars only take money and did not provide any evasive treatment

If you are looking for great customer service, friendly dentists, people who treat you like an adult with respect DO NOT COME HERE! They use to be the best around but have definitely gone hill in the last year or so! I use to recommend people constantly not anymore! They will leave you in the waiting room while the discuss lunch options. Make you feel like you low like you are garbage.

Tooth they prepped for a crown is now throbbing.they won't pull it and are holding my partial as collateral for $300 payment for a crown that hasn't even been made yet. They told me to find another dentist to pull the tooth snd they are keeping my partial unless I pay $300 for a crown I don't need.

Great quality work, The dentist is an amazing man. First time getting a shot from him was absolutely painless. All other doctor I've dealt with I've felt a little pain at first but not here! Also beautiful staff especially front receiptionist Irene is drop dead Gorgeous! I love coming here!

Take your chances, its a crap shoot with these guys. Don't get into any financial dealing here.

The x-ray tech did an amazing job and so did the dentist who took me in and did a painless tooth extraction on my upper wisdom tooth that had a cavity.

I got a cracked tooth back in May, exposing my nerve. I made an appointment with Eureka when it happened and that wasn't scheduled until July. A week before my appointment I got a call saying that the doctor had an emergency and needs to reschedule. Even though I was in excruciating pain, they didn't care and rescheduled me until late August.

I finally get to see the doctor and we schedule a time to get my tooth pulled. And just like clock work, a week before my scheduled extraction, they called and said that the doctor has another emergency and cannot do the extraction. They have evaluated me and told me that this is an emergency and if I continue to be in a lot of pain even after my antibiotics then they need to schedule me sooner.

I called and told them I was still in a lot of pain and they said there was nothing they could do. So I obviously have been looking forward to this upcoming appointment. But now I have to continue to wait with half a tooth and a nerve exposed. This is bull***t! They do not care about the patient what so ever! I'm in so much pain and if I wanted to go be seen somewhere else it would be even further out, so I have to continue to stick with these awful people. I would say don't waste your time at all! Just go to a different place!

Very unprofessional financial staff and management. Nothing bad about dentists and assistants, but I have unpleasant moments with overcharging, spent my time to get checks from them, and have a bad explanation for why it's happened.

Gave me excellent care providing a decently solid treatment plan, and x-rays. Doctors, and staff were straight forward, but also caring resulting in a sense of safety. the only thing keeping this place from a five star review was the wait time, watched people that did not have appointments going in before me well I waited 30 to 45 minutes.

If i could give a negative star rating to this dental office I would. My son needed to be put under anesthesia to get work done. The first appointment we were able to schedule was over a month out. The office called and cancelled it and told me I had to reschedule. Again it was a month and a half out. So going on three months since referred to the pediatric specialist.

The night before the appointment we were supposed to receive a call from the anesthesiologist to go over my sons medical history. We did not get a call. Our appointment was scheduled for 9am. At 740 received a text asking if we could come earlier. Sure. Then another text saying actually come at 930. Fine. So we get there at 930 and wait. The other mom waiting whose daughter was in had an original appointment scheduled for 11 and they asked her to come earlier and effectivly they gave her our 9 o'clock appointment time.

At 12 o'clock (after waiting two and a half hours) the anesthesiologist finally comes to talk to me claiming i didnt pick up the phone the night before. I look at the number and it is a completly different number they had inputted on my sons forms. So they had left multiple phone messages on soneone elses phobe disclosing my sons private health information.

The anesthesiologist then informs me that after ALL OF THIS they cant do the work after all because my son had to use his inhaler once in the last 6 weeks. Seriously the WORST office management I have ever experienced. And at the expense of my son, who has now had to wait three months for nothing.

Worst dental experience I've ever had. The upcharges, the flat out lies they told me ( and I heard them telling other patients) made it clear they are not interested in the health of the patient, just their $$. They wanted to charge me 7000 for a bridge when I only needed a crown. The receptionist was particularly unfriendly. She told me if I didn't pay, my teeth would fall out in a few weeks. It's been 4 years and after going to a real dentist, they are just fine. Please avoid going here. I cannot believe they are still operating. I'm guessing bilking all the Medicaid patients pay the bills.

So I've been going to Eureka dental since 2017, I haven't been in a few years due to having braces. But I've been back twice since and hands down best dentist in Sacramento. I have yet to have a problem, they are super nice from the front desk workers to the workers in the back. Dr Kaplan is amazing. Today I got both my 8 9 fillings redone and I must say I'm so happy with how they came out.

And I have one person to thank for that and that's Alla. I hope she sees this. She was super super super nice. Made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. She made sure I was in no pain what so ever. So Alla thank you so much again you were amazing.

Quit going to this dentist back in 2016 was tired of the added charges and co-pays. Recently went there to get my teeth cleaned halfway through the cleaning hygienist told me that she had another patient and then her assistant would come in and finish it. Set there and dentist chair for 20 to 25 minutes finally got up and walked out. Apparently nothings changed here and it's all about the money they could care less about the patient.

Had a root canal and a Crown put on by the most amazing friendly gentle in kindest dentist I've ever had in my life! then I went back today and had a cleaning and it was the most thorough cleaning and such a friendly staff I cannot say enough Great things about all of the people in this office! my kids go here and they've never walked out and unhappy which is saying a lot!

My 1st time there, staff was welcoming, caring & Dr was very nice. In/out quickly. So glad I chose to come here.

We love Dr Lozano for our kiddos and we love her dental assistant staff too. Everyone is very friendly here and they do an excellent job at easing anxiety. Appointments are often plentiful, despite them being a very busy office. Anna at the front has been wonderful in helping us get appointment times set or adjusted, very helpful! They are careful when it comes to COVID protocol (for those who are wondering).

First time here forgot to say my name is Joan I don't know who would say anything bad about this Dental Group but they're all awesome the lady at the front desk katrine she helped me fill out my paperwork and she didn't have to and the young lady who did my x-ray on my teeth her name was yelena and of course we can't forget my dentist who is really awesome his name is valerie Denison I have to look at the card in order to spell their names right but I want to say thank you for showing how much you care about your patients if anyone says where can I find a dentist I say go to your Eureka Dental thank you guys I will see you on the 24th I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned but just so you know they're awesome and if I didn't like them I wouldn't be going back

Is it a nicely ventilated and clean building? Yes! Very nice and very clean. The only reason it got 3 stars. The entire staff also look the part, in this building they are professional but lack emotion, like genuine interest, patience and concern of the patient getting their teeth done. Also I walk in and just IMMEDIATELY realize and feel uncomfortable with the lack of diversity in staff.

Absolutely no one I can see that I able to connect with. This is practically an all white facility. Others may feel comfortable in seeing that but it makes me feel vulnerable. ***Disclaimer: This is just my opinion from being in the office on my scheduled appointment date and time frame. This may or may not differ on a separate date and time but to each their own.

Best dentist and best staff ever, even if there is a little wait time sometimes it's totally worth it, very pari with you, answering all your questions starting from dentist to insurance and finance breakdowns.

Bad reviews have a pattern. Dr. you're not liable for the situation you avoided but you are liable for this review and the long list of poor reviews that represent your effort your skill set and your character as a physician This is the second time we have traveled over an hour to see the dentist, to be declined because the doctor proclaims my son looks sick.

This is the second dentist this is happened to us that there's no way on earth my son is sick every time Starting to think the doctors are receiving payments for theses apt. That or they don't know how to schedule and manage time.

I'm over-the-moon happy with this place. Dr. Olga (her first name) was everything I could have wished for. And all the other employees were great, too. So nice and friendly. There was tons of parking, the inside is lovely and has nice big (I'm big) chairs that were comfortable and the dental chair was too. They had a tv in the exam room but I didn't watch it much as everything went very quickly.

They take denti cal, which I'm thrilled about, and they assured me everything would be taken care of. I'll be getting my teeth pulled and dentures made. Dr. Olga was very personable and made me feel like she really cared and was ready to answer anything I needed to ask. And finally, I have been in misery for months and been shuffled from place to place.no one seemed to want to give me anything stronger than ibuprofen with Tylenol. But Dr. Olga gave me some prescription strength medication and amoxicillin. I really had a great experience.

This dental group is amazing. I had the best experiences, and had a lot done. Pretty and Kind ladies at the front desk, and the professionals/dentists/asistants are really good. Very grateful for all the work they did in my mouth

OUTRAGED! If you are concerned about COVID, DO NOT GO HERE! They are more worried about not hurting the feelings of the "no one will tell me to wear mask" than the ones worried about Covid. The receptionist not only wasn't wearing a mask, she was singing, spreading droplets everywhere. A lady sitting by the station where my daughter had to go next, also not wearing a mask and talking non-stop spreading droplets everywhere.

They accommodated me in a different room once I shared my concerns about the lack of mask enforcing, but they were kind of dismissive about the dangers, stating that the numbers in the county are low. I've been in other dentists for myself and kids and they were very protective and enforcing mask policies, here it was just a joke to them. I feel safer at the grocery store than in this office.

If I could put negative stars I would. (Long story short) I was referred here for a root canal and decided to fix the rest of my teeth by then as well. I made a appointment for the root canal (which was a month away even though my tooth was hurting really bad) and I asked if any of my teeth need to be fixed to do those meanwhile. They said no all your teeth are fine.

On the day of the root canal they said there are 2 teeth ( one the root canal tooth and another by it that both need to get fixed since that side is numb anyway) I told them I don't have the funds for a crown so just do a temporary filling for now and once I said that they refused to fix my other tooth. And now about a few months after the root canal this same side hurts again. The manager was not helpful so I'm gonna try and talk to the owner. Do not go here.

We love the pediatric dentist at this office she is absolutely WONDERFUL. Every visit she is so loving and warm with them, which is super important because we are wiring them for how to feel about future appointments. The assistants/hygienists are also friendly and kind hearted, they add to it being a pleasant experience for everyone. This morning Leighanne (sp?) was just so sweet and complimentary with my youngest, she really made her feel comfortable and good about being there.

My oldest child was in the care of Vicki who was also great, everything felt age appropriate. True professionals. Recommend? You bet I do! I think I might have to switch and make this office my office too (Oh but I'd want the Peds dentist, heehee).

The whole dental team has been phenomenal. Both my daughters go here and have had a pleasant experience every time. The staff is very detail oriented and great with kiddos! Definitely would reccomend to anyone!

My appointment was at 3:00. It's currently 4:01 and I'm still in the waiting room. They close at 4:00. Wtf is going on. Super unprofessional. One star is the lowest I can give them otherwise I would've given them zero stars. Update: ok so I was finally seen around 4:05. They took me back and took some X-rays of my mouth and then they told me I would need a deep cleaning.

Unfortunately the person that did the deep cleaning had gone home for the day so they told me to reschedule for a different day. Pretty much wasted an hour at that place all for nothing.

DO NOT GO HERE! At first I was going here for cleaning and they were good. But when I had Dr. Pritsky take out my wisdom took it was the biggest mistake ever! After I got my wisdom tooth out it swelled and I thought that was normal. After 3 weeks my cheeks were still swollen. I got my wisdom tooth out around late December and the swelling stopped after a few weeks. However, in March/April my left cheeks were swelling again.

I went to go visit Dr. Pritsky and I could see that he was worried, he said it has never happened before. It continued to swell for nearly a month. I took multiple different antibiotics and finished them, but at the end of every bottle it would come back. It continued to swell on and off for about 7 MONTHS and that was only because I decided to finally make my smartest decision yet and went to a different oral surgeon who had to open my incision and found that it was very infected. My new oral surgeon was able to not only fix and clean the incision up, but I had no swelling and barely any pain after. Save your money. don't go here.

Friendly staff and my Doctor is amazing. She is so good with my daughter and continuously engage with her while treatment going on. Highly recommend this place, but difficult to get an appointment.
