Starting with Army dentistry, I have had horrid experiences with dentists. Cottage dental is the first place I have gotten novacaine without any pain whatsoever. They also straightened my teeth, and that made it so much easier to keep them clean. They are kind, gentle and do marvelous work. I recommend them without reservation.

I have highly enjoyed my experience at Cottage Dental. Everyone from the staff, to the assistants, to the dentists are extremely friendly and I have always had such pleasant visits. They are extremely transparent about personal dental matters and I always am made to feel like I can ask questions since they often give options on how to move forward.
I completed Invisalign with their team and am SO HAPPY with my results! Because of the correcting my teeth needed it took a journey, but the staff at Cottage Dental have been so patient, optimistic, and supportive throughout the completion of my trays. I am so glad to have found cottage dental. I would highly recommend (especially if you have had not the best dental experiences in the past like myself). Going to the dentist has turned into a much more positive experience!

Dr. Nguyen and the Cottage Dental staff are very professional and caring. They are always very informative and utilize the latest technology in dental care! I just want to say that I am glad to be a part of this team! I have worked with many Doctors and assistants and front admins in many places but never have I encountered great visions for the best of the patients and the whole team. I must say that we have the best Doctors in town Dr. Kim, Dr. Lehman, Dr. Paco, Dr. Pat our Endodontist (Root canal specialist) Dr. Curtis & our Periodontist (implant & gum specialist) Dr. Cho.
Plus our Dental Assistants & front admins are very professional & dependable staff indeed. The care that is provided here is how you would want to have for each and everyone of your family. This place is outstanding! They are HONEST and trustworthy. I will always come to cottage dental. I highly recommend them! It had been a year and a half since my last cleaning I thought I had a cavity for sure. Turns out I did not I just needed a good cleaning. With the anxiety I had it they probably could've sold me anything but they did not. Instead they decided to educate me on what I could do to make my teeth and jaw not pain anymore. I will always come to Cottage Dental A+ rating!

First time patient. I was a walk in and hoped they could squeeze me in. The receptionist said that they were fully booked that day. I told the receptionist I was leaving out of town the following day and she told me to wait a second and she went back and talk to the doctor. She told me if I had time to wait around he would try to squeeze me in. He did and he did a wonderful job.
The place is super clean, very professional and I also made an appointment to come back and have my teeth clean the following month. I gave them five stars because they deserve it.

My first couple visits I felt like I was being taken care of and comfortable because we all know the dentist isnt the best but that quickly changed and had me so unhappy leaving because the first couple visits we had a treatment plan then another thing and another thing and another kept getting added to the chart and the bill at the time I didnt have dental insurance so 1,800 turned into a total of just under 6,000.
Yes I know my fault for no insurance and not there fault because prices are what they are but when you scare a patient into treatment thats not right. I expressed if it could wait till I got my insurance in about a month or urgent of course they said urgent. Once I left I sat in my car and decided to get a second opinion because they wanted to add 1,300 more and the other dentist said you can hold off just be sure to get back. Cori was the front desk and she was the best part of the whole place! Sadly she no longer works there because I saw her at my consult for a root canal specialist office.
I absolutely do not recommend they build and build your bill, if you have insurance you dont think twice. Also one major point that needs to be stated is that they did 2 crowns that never sat right and HURT for 1.5 months came back said that just eat on the other side it may take 1 month 2 months 6 months depends on the patient, new dentist shaved it down in one day and no pain!

Cottage dental is great! I hate getting my teeth cleaned because I'm sensitive to the vibrations, it's like nails on a chalk board to me. it's so much easier for me when I come here because they have TVs in the room and provide me with headphones & let me go on netflix. It's a great distraction & the headphones cancel out some of the noise of the teeth cleaning.

In general, Cottage Dental is number one in ethical, honest treatment; customer service; and communication. I switched over to Cottage Dental six years ago, and it was the best decision for my teeth. The technology alone was impressive (instant photos of teeth to examine results of care), televisions on wall for entertainment (or distraction). My former dentist had been lacking in any updates since the 1980s, plus he had not truly been cleaning inside my gum lines (as was evidenced by the complete care I was now receiving from Cottage). Recently, I had a protective layer placed on the top of a front tooth (to prevent gum-line exposure) with Dr. Pat.
She was communicative about what she would be doing and was sensitive to any discomfort. I also appreciated how she helped me be proactive with my mouth: I didn't have a problem at the moment, but it was getting there. She identified it six months ago at a cleaning, and I took care of something before it actually became a pain. I am always a fan preventative care.
She and all of the dental assistants are super sweet, kind, and considerate. The assistant always remembers what I do for a living and asks about my daughter (and I only see her once every six months! I have acquaintances who are not as aware.) If nothing else can convince you, maybe this will: As a person who has had at least 30 fillings (to be fair to myself, I replaced all the silver with porcelain) and used to cry before every dental visit as a child, I now actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist. Drill drop.

I can't say enough about how good this place is. I have high anxiety, and scared of the dentist. This place was wonderful. The doctor explained everything step by step about what was going to happen before she did it. They asked me continuously if I was ok during the appointment. I don't feel like another patient. They made me feel as if I was their only patient. They care so much about you and how you are doing. I found my dentist. I am not going to anyone else! Fantastic experience, fantastic staff!

Terrible. I got crowns here and they HURT. They refuse to fix them and suggested I just get used to it. One of the crowns isn't even sealed. They said to just be sure to floss it well. Another crown is "Leaking" - I paid A LOT out of pocket for this and I have to now get all the dental work re-done. SKIP this place if for anything but cleanings. SERIOUSLY!

I have been getting my teeth taken care of at Cottage Dental for a few years now! I am a super nervous patient, but everyone there manages to make it calm and easy for me, no matter what services are needed. The people remember you and build that relationship with you that is so important! They don't push unnecessary services on you, and they give you all possible options! Fullerton! Cottage Dental is THE place for dental care!

Love cottage dental if I could love a dentist! Tiffany, Maddie, and Dr. Ortega made my visit great :) I drive pretty far to come to Cottage Dental but it's definitely worth it PARKING: There's a cute little parking lot outside! AMBIENCE: Very relaxing. There is coffee available for anybody who wants it, the bathroom is always clean! SERVICES: Cottage Dental is "gentle dental" for a reason!
The chairs are reclining and soft, and even have a massage feature now. There is a TV available for anybody who wants to watch it! The staff is great at walking you through what they are doing (i.e. scoring your teeth, polishing your teeth) and it's as comfortable as seeing the dentist can be! You always get a dental gift pack when you leave with a toothbrush, floss, and mouthwash which is a nice bonus :) I would recommend Cottage Dental to anybody who's looking for top dental care :)
