Best experience in my life. I was apprehensive about dental work but they put me at easy with their attentiveness towards my comfort. Even got a little thank you package for deciding to start using their services. Nothing like a hand signed thank you card by everyone in the office to really cement that small town dental office feel. Thanks to everyone involved!

I hadn't been to the dentist in at least 10 years because of bad experiences when I was growing up. I finally went with the encouragement from my niece who's a dental hygienist. It was absolutely pain free, everyone there was very nice and put me at ease. Being able to watch what you want on Netflix during the appointment helped me relax by giving me something else to focus on. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else now!

The dental staff is amazing. I will say that. It's the billing that is whacky. I have utilized them in the past and they ran insurance to make sure things were covered. Well I had brought my daughter in to get quoted for teeth extraction for her to get her braces placed. They asked if my insurance was up to date, in which I thought it was but turns out our coverage was cancelled unbeknownst to me.
They did a cleaning, fluoride and x-rays even though the orthodontist sent recent X-rays over. All of which services that didn't need to be done because I was there about tooth extractions. So now I have a hefty bill and if they would have checked into my insurance prior, this debt would be avoided because i would have postponed until the dental insurance situation was fixed.

As someone who gets a bit anxious when going to the dentist, I can't speak enough about all of the staff. From the minute I walked through the door they all were friendly and thorough, telling me what they were going to be doing. I will gladly recommend them whenever I can. Great job Glacier Dental! Keep up the good work.

I had a great experience during my first visit here at Glacier Dental. From the moment I walked into the door, the front desk girl was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. My dental hygienist, Ashley was very thorough in explaining and doing everything as she went along. she answered all my questions and was very personable! The dentist, was very friendly/ approachable and took his time without feeling rushed. He explained what was going on with my teeth and answered all my questions as well. Overall great experience and recommended them to my husband too!

Hayley went above and beyond in servicing me! She not only explained to me my oral health, but when I inquired how oral health impacts overall health, specifically questions related to some of my loved ones, she was very helpful in identifying areas of concerns and action steps! I could feel her professional passion in dentistry and healthcare! Further, I not only felt comfortable and safe, but I felt pampered. Taking care of our oral health is a form of self-care.
I'm so privileged to have the care team at Glacier Dental. Finally, the updated waiting area is very comforting; it feels like a living space in someone's home. And, as always, I LOVE the windows and scenic view in both the waiting area and service space. This adds a great deal of comfort and peace to the overall experience.

After my dentist recently retired I was looking for a new provider. Glacier Dental was able to get me in the very next day as a new patient with a sudden tooth issue. Friendly, thorough, and Dr. Carpenter was able to take care of my tooth right away very gently and efficiently. Wonderful care from the minute I walked through the door!

They were kind enough to make time at the appt I scheduled for a cleaning to fill all of them. No! I am 53 yrs old and have had tooth extractions before. The dentist I saw today did the most painful work I have ever had done. while I did a infection, I don't believe biggest reason for the excussiating pain I went through was due to the effection The dentist put the numbing cream on my gums withing 1 minute he gave me the first shot. Then he gave me 3 more shots of novocaine all at one time.
He did not wait for the medication to set in! Ever dentist before has left the room to allow the novicaine to work. But he begain yanking right away. as soon at the put the truth extracting tool around my tooth he cut my gum deeply I could even feel that right away. I had to ask him to stop working twice as tears uncontrollably rolled down my face.
It all seemed to appeare as if he was in a hurry. Seriously had I been able to with stand the pain he would have probably had me in the office for a total of maybe 10 minutes. I was crying during this whole ordeal. He told me the infection would counter act the novocaine. But quite honestly I am almost 99% sure I went through that horribly painful experience due to him not being patient for the novocaine to set in.
I can not believe how much pain I endured do to his lack of patience. I left in tears. I had to do my best to gather myself up to go to my car. Where I sat and cried from excruciating pain and shock from the whole ordeal. Before that I was asked to wait while a prescription was written out for me. I asked please call it in. Duh I am really hurting!
Then I mustard up enough calmness to drive to walgreens drive through. Where I met the lady asking for my prescription details, as I cried in pain. She rushed my order God bless her heart. All I can say I will never step foot into that dental office ever again. I am home now after taking 4 ibuprofen I have a slight throb of pain. I am not much for meds but was surprised to see I wasn't prescribed real pain pills, but at least I am not in anymore pain. Btw the dental assistant was very compassionate and even told me I could squeeze her hand and yes I did, holy hell it was a traumatically painful nightmare. I am not one to be wimpy but that truly was the worst medical experience of my life. Shame on Dr. Ik-kyn Lee I hope I don't ever experience your type of dentistry again!

I have been going to Glacier Dental since I was 17 and I love it! They have the best customer service and great doctors. Everyone is so nice, friendly and efficient. I am always in and out of there with no extra delays. They accept medicaid which I love, all my services are covered and I do not have to pay anything! They make going to the dentist fun and enjoyable.

First time I ever visited a dentist was in my 30s and I was so scared. The people here made my first dental experience so pleasant. I never felt judged and the dentists were transparent about what to expect from the procedures. I wish I did this way earlier in life but I'm glad I did it now. Best dental clinic in town!
