Dr. Manijeh Best received her doctorate degree in 1994. She completed her advanced education in a General Dentistry Residency program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. The following year, she practiced dentistry along with teaching at UNMC. Dr. Best was in private practice in Kansas City, Missouri for seven years before moving to Maine and joining our practice in 2003.
ZOOM! is a gentle, gel-activated hydrogen peroxide solution that effectively eliminates general discoloration of the teeth and buildup of substances such as coffee, tea, soda, and tobacco. This is one of the most common procedures performed at our office. Quick and affordable, composite bonding repairs a chip or crack, fills gaps between teeth, and hides discolorations. The end result is a natural-looking alternative to traditional filling materials.
Invisalign is the clear alternative to traditional braces. Patients here at Foreside Dental Healthcare in Falmouth, ME, can receive the benefits of braces without having to feel and see metal wires or brackets. Additionally, these removable clear braces are custom made for total comfort. Each set of trays should be worn for a full two weeks before switching to your next set.
Sleep apnea is essentially your body choking on itself and causing repeated episodes of partial or complete suffocation sometimes lasting a minute or more. These choking and suffocating episodes repeat constantly throughout the night causing a myriad of health complications including increased risk of stroke, heart attack and even death.

I was very lucky to get right in for an 'emergency' As always the dr was able to ease my anxiety by chatting about what was going on in my life. She's remarkable at remembering little 'homey' details that make it like family there. The procedure literally was painless and I was on my way good as new within a 1/2 hour. Gee so much fun I guess I'll go back 2 more times in the next month

Best dentist office in the greater Portland area. I switched dentists 4 times before staying with Foreside dental. I used to dread going to the dentist, but the people, and experience, make visiting Foreside Dental completely enjoyable. They truly care about their patients and their well being! The staff are wonderful I always feel special whenever I visit which is quite often.lol. no matter the occasion I am always greeted with a smile. we laugh.yes we laugh & have wonderful conversations. Most importantly I am always asked if I'm ok & how does things feel when work is being performed on my teeth. I always leave with a smile & with the feeling that they care. Foreside dental u rock

Dr. Beaulieu has been an absolute God send for me and my family. She and the team at Foreside Dental have taken amazing care of my teeth and that of my sisters - years of soda had lead to a lot of dental work but I've always felt respected and cared for and my teeth/gums have never been healthier since coming here. For anyone who's ever gone to a dentist and felt judged, rest assured that the team of Foreside Dental only supports and empowers and it's been amazing. However, that's just where my praise of Dr. Beaulieu and Foreside Dental begins.
I'm the caretaker of my sister who's a special needs young adult and thus can struggle in fillings/cleanings/sitting still. Growing up, we've needed to use mild sedative's with her but the team of Foreside Dental truly got to know my sister and instead put on her favorite music, talked with her about her favorite TV shows and was just overall patient and kind.
She has since had been back multiple times and had no issues what so ever, in fact she's excited and takes pride in how well she does at the dentist. Thank you all very much, we cannot recommend Foreside Dental and Dr. Beaulieu enough.
