I was getting my tooth prepared for a crown. I'm on blood thinners. They were on top of it and wouldn't give up, they got it done. It took 3 hours but most of that was trying to get me to stop bleeding. They were trying everything and figured out a way to get it done. I was very impressed and won't go anywhere else. Been going here for years and they keep amazing me with their customer service.
If you want every aspect of your visit to be taken care of professionals with amazing customer service, you need to come here. They will never be the cheapest, but the cheapest are never the best. Keep doing exactly what you are doing.

They have always taken care of my needs and have always been so kind to me I don't mind going there even though I dislike having to go to the dentist they make the experience much better for me I like everyone that's there I'm treated with such respect it makes me feel special and they do pretty darn good work

The Broadway Family team is the best I've ever experienced. Everyone who works there is so kind, caring, and welcoming. They have a deep focus on best practices and educating their patients. This is my 12 year of being a patient! I used to have so much anxiety about going to these appointments and would dread them for weeks beforehand. Now I enjoy getting to visit with the staff and catching up!

Ron & I really feel we are well cared for by the doctors and dental hygienists at Broadway Family Dentistry. They provide excellent care and are very skilled and knowledgeable at their professions. They are kind and patient with those of us who have dental care phobia! However, we are very discouraged by the forms of payment required. People are still struggling with their finances-the high cost of groceries and gasoline. Dental health care is also very important and a necessity to overall good health.
But when you are required to pay hundreds of dollars, even close to a thousand dollars for a single dental visit, even before the bill for services is submitted to insurance-that's very difficult to understand.

The Employee's and the Doctor are all absolutely great. My husband and I have never been disappointed with any of the services from the Medical staff checking us in or the physician treatment of taking care of our teeth. I recommend that if you need a Dentist call Broadway Family &Cosmetics and make a Appointment.

May very well have been the best dental experience I've ever had! If not, it was definitely the best I've had in at least a decade. I've moved all over the country and had plenty of decent and even a couple of great dentists in the past, but this group easily soared up to the top of the list with the great ones. The staff were all pleasant; the hygienist was gentle, thorough, and described everything she was doing so there was no pain or any surprises; and the painless dental exam was the most complete I've ever had and left me feeling I was in very capable hands for any future concerns. The kids enjoyed their experience as well, so that's 15 stars from us!
