Been coming here for a few years and have never had a single bad experience. The ladies and gentleman up front that check you in provide amazing customer service and look so happy be there. All of their workers, hygienists, dentists, etc are amazing in everything that they do!

I took my 84-year-old mom there today when she had a terrible toothache. She was nervous as she hadn't been to a dentist in over 25 years after a bad experience. She left so happy, I couldn't believe it. She said everyone there was so nice, from the front desk receptionist to the dentist's assistant. The dentist himself, Dr. Ripps, was friendly and attentive and put her mind at ease.

He talked to her throughout the procedure (tooth extraction), and continuously asked if she was doing okay. She left so happy and now is actually planning to go back for a regular checkup. Kudos Sahara Dental!

I'm new to the city and only have trusted one dentist my whole life but this was a great experience. They got me right in and took care of problems emergency dentist couldn't even find. They're are ALL so friendly and welcoming.

I moved to Vegas almost 5 years ago and this has been my dental office the entire time. The team here is top notch in the service they provide and they all work to always ensure they provide a welcoming environment from the time you set foot in the door. I've had cleanings, a root canal and a couple implants done here and they never cease to amaze me with the quality of work they provide. Love this team!

You know I'm not from Las Vegas whatsoever, this was the first dental place I decided to go to for my exposed nerve and when I say THESE WOMEN ARE THE NICEST MOST UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE IVE EVER MET. truth be told I love the dentist but I never felt more at home in my life. So quick and easy and work with you however they can. 10 stars if I could!

Everyone here was super accommodating and made my experience at the dentist comfortable. The staff had great energy and everyone seemed so professional, well-trained, and skilled in their area. I also appreciated the little wait time and call-ahead to get my insurance confirmed.

As a healthcare professional, it is refreshing to see high quality, holistic care delivered with compassion. My experience with their team deserves the rating I have given. Check in/check out/treatment plan with cost expectations was outstanding. As busy as they are, each member of the team conveyed empathy, integrity, and understands the importance of relationship building with patients.

Their patient centered approach alleviates anxiety and fosters trust. I recommend this organization and if you have felt slighted in the past, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business back. Just had my first check up with the new hygienist (Susie) and it was the most comfortable cleaning I've had in a long time. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Overall highly recommend making a visit at Sahara Dental center!

Jennifer the manager I believe is absolutely amazing. She really gave her best to my boyfriend who hadn't been to the dentist in years and made him still feel the most comfortable she could. Would recommend this office over anyone

If I could give this place a zero star I would. My husband is a Veteran, and it took me 2 months of getting everything setup on the VAs end to get my husbands teeth clean for Dr. Welch to tell me he don't feel comfortable sedating my husband to clean his teeth. The day he did the initial consult is when he should have told me he don't feel comfortable doing my husband dental work. lI'm so disappointed in this Doctor. All my hard work and waiting has gone down the drain. Mrs. Childress

The Dr. I had was so caring and wonderful! He saw me late on a Sunday night and was really smart and personable. His staff is great too! I highly recommend him as best in Vegas for emergency dental services of all kinds. If you have an urgent matter, give their office a call before anyone else. Trust me, I had dialed around a lot before I found him and I'm new to the area! He also referred me to Dr. Moxley, an oral surgeon on Sunset, who got me in immediately! No four week wait thanks to him. I appreciate it Doc!

We are grateful to have had a good experience at Sahara Dental Center. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They are also patient and knowledgeable with conveying information to better our dental hygiene. We look forward to receiving ongoing treatments.

I went in to this office to have work done on my son. He needed the extraction of a baby tooth, a filling and a space maintainer placed. The initial visit was fine, the office was clean and the staff was nice.

I've been putting off doing this review and was trying to let the bad experience go. But since they keep calling asking me to schedule my next appointment and not respecting my request to be removed from their call back list and have told them I have since moved to a new dental office. Here ya go. I had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled three hours before claiming "I am not sure how you were scheduled this time, but your hygienist doesn't work these hours".

If you want customers to follow your policy of more than 24 hours notice, you should provide the same. I took off work to attend my appointment. They do not give the same respect that they expect from their customers. I get things come up, but on that note your customers shift schedule and lose the little pto or hours/wages we have earned to be there.

Poor orgazation, and now little respect as they email and call repeatedly asking for a reschedule (this is 5 months ongoing), when I have spoken with the receptionist and been clear I am no longer their patient. And since their emails ask us to leave reviews, here you go!

Ana Bravo is the ONE REASON why I will return to your establishment. Feel so welcome and like I'm apart of a family. Plus she gives me good advice about caring for the health of my teeth. Thank you again.

Great place as far as a family dentist. I absolutely love Ana Bravo. My son is always looking for her when he goes. She makes sure he's comfortable. Knowing that he doesn't care for the dentist (neither do I lol). She's very warming and a great dentist assistant. Great job and keep up your hard work Ana. Anna Bravo is the absolute best, just by her conversation with helping me stop being so nervous and calmed me down. She is marvelous in the field she has choosing. I will recommend anyone to Sahara dental center just because of her and her Representation

I never enjoyed the dentist i always dreaded going but i've had the best dental experience here and i was amazed at how the dentist can be a nice experience. the staff is so nice and they make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend if you've had bad dentist in the past.

One of the best dentist I've been to. I really like Ana Bravo. She makes sure I'm very comfortable when I go in for my routine check up and to get my braces tightened

I absolutely love the customer service at this dental office. Everyone is so helpful, patient and kind. Especially mariam she helped me apply for my payment plan so i wouldn't have to spend so much money upfront.

Helen is the rudest most unprofessional manager who does not listen, cuts off patient without a chance of being heard. after a year of medical procedures and finally getting clearance for service, her response to me is that i missed 2 appointments on a row last year.over a year ago, she felt the need to explain procedures, when i disagree with her even missing an appointment that could not even happen due to medical. she is rude, hung up not scheduling an appointment or letting me speak to someone who does not have an authority complex, or need of control and belittle as well as disregard anything trying to be said. helen, you are in the wrong business dealing with customers, if you are so stuck on appointments you feel missed over a year ago. over a year ago. that i disagree with, yet you say was facts, funny when there would be nothing to be seen for until i had the surgery.but ms helen you think you know it all. try a little customer service training, n maybe lossen up a little on your high mighty attitude.

I have been with dentist office for over 7 years! They are amazing so friendly and I just LOVE the receptionist Jennifer! Sahara dental makes you feel like you're apart of their dental family! They actually care about their patients, my doctor always ask about my class and how my school year is going! The fact that they actually remember me touches my heart!

This is the place you want to go hassle free, no extra fees that aren't spoken of. The staff is always welcoming! I was nervous at first but once I sat down in the back ready to just get it over with. Ana came in with a great vibe and just made me feel more at ease. The nervous went away and made me more relaxed! Thanks Ana for that!. Soon after she left Dr. Legaspi came in and made me feel relaxed and calm as well. Went to work and when it was done I was so glad and excited I went in. I came out with a whole new smile! Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and for being so professional!

If you want a negative dental experience go to Sahara dental center. This place operates on greed. I have never had a more violent dental experience. This place takes advantage of people who don't know better about their dental health. I just met the rudest dental hygienist who acted like flossing my teeth at the end of a cleaning was optional.

They spend more time taking x-rays of my teeth and lecturing me about problems that didn't need solutions than they took cleaning my teeth. They do not care about people's health they only care about lining their wallets at others expenses.

Been here 3 times and every time I get there, there's people sitting in the waiting room but they always tell me to go wait outside for them to call me when they are ready. I don't get why some people can wait inside and some can't? I get the covid rules but why do they only let certain people wait inside and not others. I even asked the receptionist one time that why couldn't I wait inside when there was people waiting inside when I got there and she just said "no there wasn't" lol.

The 3 times I've been there there's been people waiting there and I have to go outside. Another thing I don't like is that they don't let me go in with my child. I don't like leaving my children alone with strangers. I really tried hard to like this place but I don't like how rude the receptions is. I need to find a better dentist for my kids.

They have a big problem with the staff taking decision that belongs to the dentist. I was in an emergency situation with an infection and instead of rescheduling due to pain and also without asking the dentist they just keep me on the same schedule. I ask them to please ask the dentist and they says yes and will call me back but they never did. That was totally frustrating and makes me feel like they just focus on the incoming money without any importance of the customer.

No one minimum help or support for my case. Also the person that provides the prices is kind of prepotente at the time she schedule and give the fees, really bad experience at that place. I do NOT recommend this place at all seems like they have too much customers and the quality of services drops down.

So, I had my deep cleaning tdone today and the hygienist did a great job. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. She even check my blood pressure which I've never had done at a dental office before. To my surprise my blood pressure is high. So, I will follow up with my doctor. After.many months of neglect I finally got my teeth cleaned and they feel great. The ladies at the front desk and staff are very hospitable. Thanks, for getting back on track. See you in 3.

Professional staff. Doctor K is the best. Highly recommended if you want an excellent treatment.

This is my first time having my extraction for my wisdom teeth and I was quite nervous but Dr. Legaspi and the rest of the dental clinic staff made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Dr. Legaspi was very gentle and quick during the procedure. The pricing was reasonable and affordable if you're on a budget too. The service overall is the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. Personally, I would recommend them to all my family and friends. If I were you I'd booked an appointment right now to see them

I went in as a new patient and was pretty nervous. I never enjoyed the dentist office but going in there I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Jennifer, the manager, was so professional and i can tell she enjoys making every one feel at home. I came in for a deep cleaning and my hygienist, Melissa, was one of the nicest ppl I've ever met. Love this dentist best staff in the front office are awesome n the my DR Sheiva Kenshmiri she is great and the my doc who do the cleansing are Great I do recommend them always explaining what they will do to you.

I LOVE coming to this office. From the front office to the back and the doctors, everyone is super nice! My kids (who are a little less than thrilled to go to the dentist) ALWAYS smile after leaving. It's a bonus that we always get a little care package after our cleanings! This will be my dentist office for life!

This was my first visit to this dentist. The women at the main entrance were very pleasant and helpful. The woman that took me in for x-rays and pictures explained everything she was doing, very gentle and took her time to make sure she got everything she needed. The doctor came in and went over everything with me, made sure I understood everything and was very polite.

The last woman was someone from the office that goes over the next step and didn't rush me or made me feel like I needed to decide immediately what my next step should be. She was extremely kind and helpful and worked with me on every matter. The entire staff at this office is very polite, respectful and did everything in a timely matter. I'm happy to have found this dentist and excited to continue working with them! Update: I've had a cleaning and some cavities filled since my first visit and nothing but positive energy, knowledgeable woman and respectful polite staff!

I've been going to this dentist office for years. Always impressed. They get me in and out. Another dentist, I went to, had a periodontist want to charge me $3K to fix a deep pocket in my gums. I declined that and went back to Sahara dental. Sahara dental recommended a water pic flosser and electric toothbrush. Much better than $3K!

Wonderful and consistent front office staff especially Jenn and Jess. Thank you to hygienist Becky and Dr. Keshmiri and Dr. Legaspi. I've been coming here for years and it's been a great experience.

I LOVE SAHARAH DENTAL! I had yet another great visit today. Every time I go there I feel like I'm hanging out with friends. The ladies at the front desk are amazing, the Dr's and entire staff are always welcoming me with a smile, asking about my day and treat me with the upmost respect and professionalism. As someone that has had horrible experiences in the past at other offices I truly hit the jackpot finding this office.

I never dread coming to get any work done and I have had my share! I highly reccomend this office to everyone! Top customer service and top technology. Thank you ladies and see you later for another cleaning!

This is absolutely the worst dental office! My teeth was filed down so much by Dr. Shiva Kashmiri that my new dentist thought I had a bad case of grinding my teeth. She could not get my bridge to fit so she ruined my permanent teeth instead of fixing my bridge. Then she put filing in my teeth to try to fix the damage she caused! They also had a receptionist that stole my payments. Had me on Sedation medication every time I went and put charges on my bill that even my insurance refused to pay! Stay away from from this office if you don't want problems! Worst dentist office! Beware!

Where do I even begin?! I have really bad anxieties and I was so scared. I panic all the time because I start focusing on my heart rate and I'm constantly communicating with myself in my head which just makes everything a crap storm! I had to get extractions, not just one tooth but four! I'm 27 with metal braces. No space for the teeth to move around so they had to go. I'm going to school for Dental Assisting, so I kept telling myself I know what they're going to use to loosen the teeth, what they're using to yank the teeth out, and if the root tip WAS to break they'll have to take extra steps to get it out.

It didn't make it any better my teacher and classmate told me I was going to be in a lot of pain. Who even wants to be in pain? Sure as hell not me! Sahara Dental prescribed me a calming medication to take an hour before my appointment, I took it but it didn't set in at all because I had a big lunch right before taking it. So when they took me back to numb my mouth up, I could already feel my heart racing for the gods!

My mind was in a million places. I had Dr. Legaspi who did the extractions, I'm not sure what it is but just having her hum calmed my wild mind. I knew I was ok. She talked to me during the whole procedure. Made sure I was ok every step of the way, explained what she was doing, administered more anesthetic in the areas I could still feel pain. 30 minutes later all the teeth were out!

I was laying there wondering why the heck was I even freaking out? But when you live with anxieties that's just you, you can't help it. I had a great experience for my first time getting extractions. And on the bright side, I have no pain. Nothing! Besides that weird slimy feeling of the teeth being gone, I am fine. I get to return to school tonight!

And I even got to keep all the teeth they took out lol. I just want to thank Dr. Legaspi, the DA, and the front staff for the great experience yesterday. I'm so glad we chose this office when we moved to Las Vegas last year. They're all good people!

Well, I find it really hard to find a good dental office in Las Vegas. In their website it's says : FREE SECOND OPINION! Guess what!?!? It's not! Don't spend your time calling them. Coz it's not free it's 49$ They only give free second opinion for braclet or invisilian. Yes coz it's cost 4K lol What worst is that last week they said it's gonna be a free consultation when I mentioned I have my XRays that took in the last 3 months.,,,!
