I had an upper denture made from Dr. Mulcahy that snapped in two. I realize that these things happen however I wish I would have been treated better in fixing the problem. I explained when i called that i was leaving for vacation the day after they could get me in. They had to cancel my appointment due to covid but could not give me an emergency contact or recommendations to go elsewhere?
I cancelled my trip and lost money there. Oh well. Then they again cancelled my next appointment! I had to go someplace else and get a new one made. So you got your money from me and i had to fork another 700$$ out for another! Thanks.

Please Read before going here! I went here and I have never regretted anything more in my life! For almost 4000.00$ I was told everything would be included in this price. It is not! They tell you during your almost 200.00$ exam that everything will be covered. What they don't tell you until it is to late is that you are going to need a second set and the first set is only temporary.
Your permanent set is going to cost you 500$ more. Not only that expect to be given what can only be considered aleve. When you call to let them know that the pain meds do not help they will tell you to take 1 aleve every 12 hours with what they prescribed and that even after a week what I can only say is the worst pain I have experienced in my entire life is to remain calm.
All this aside not one person listened to me when I described and gave pics of what my smile should look like. They will just do what they want and ignore what you wanted. So if you have 4k to throw at teeth that will most likely look like everyone else's including your grandmother's this is the place for you.

My mother went in to Mulcahy Dental today and made sure to put me as someone that her information could be shared with. MY mother has returned from her appointment very upset and in tears because no one would explain much or give her any preventative measures to take in the meantime. I did call and speak with the front office staff and asked if I could please know what went on at the appointment and what the next steps need to be in order to get my mother out of pain and to arrange for any financial help.
The woman would not give me any information and was not truthful about what they had done today. I asked to speak with the Office Manager and was told she was gone for the day (the office did not close for another 40-50 minutes). I then asked to speak with the doctor because I would like this resolved in a timely manner. Again, the doctor had left (which was not true because I could hear them speaking when she took me off hold).
I am so disappointed and sad that my mother and I are both being treated this way. especially since I am her privacy contact (The woman at the front desk (LAURA) stated Well how am I suppose to know you are who you say you are?!? That is a HIPPA Violation. I was willing to fax a copy of my DL or any other information that they may need! As I stated my mother had already advised and given written permission for the office to speak to me) Being in the dental field myself for over a decade, this was BEYOND insulting.
They stated that they will not give me any information at all. At this point I was very frustrated and the woman and office were not willing to resolve any of the issues. It is to the point we are both now in tears over this. My mother and any other patient that comes into the office deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. We all only want what is best for our family and so far. I can't see it.

As someone who always loathed going to the dentist, so much so, that I don't believe I've ever had a regular dentist, this place has changed my perspective and opinion. Not only were they (Laura) very empathetic over the phone when scheduling an appointment, but they were also very accommodating. I was given an appointment for the next morning for an emergency extraction.
The facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff were so, so kind. Laura is my favorite. She did everything with insurance within minutes of my arrival, explained to me what all was covered and even went as far as dates for when I was allowed to have things done in the future per my insurance. She was so compassionate and went well out of her way to ensure that I felt comfortable.
All my life, I've always been knocked out whenever anything more than a cleaning needs to occur and this time I wasn't and my anxiety was off the charts. The dentist and assistants were very friendly and supportive. The actual extraction was honestly not that bad. After this one experience, I genuinely consider this to be my first go-to. They've earned my trust and satisfied with them doesn't even cover it. From beginning to end, this place exemplifies how all medical facilities should run. Thank you guys!

The absolute worst experience at the dentist. and I lived in many different cities and therefore have been to many dentists. Im out $400 and none of the things I went in for was done. They actually worked on the wrong tooth to make things worse. The other positive reviews must be from family members or employees. PASS ON THIS PLACE

I cannot express enough thanks to Dr. Mulcahy for giving me my smile back! He and his staff are compassionate, professional, kind, and always know how to make the patient feel at ease! People always tell me that I have beautiful teeth and I love telling them that I wear dentures! They also cleaned my families teeth with precision! Super clean environment as well! Thank you again Doctor and Staff as we will be seeing you for many more year's to come!

Filthy environment for a dental business. Seven visits to have a partial made (still unacceptable) and now I have run out of dental leave at work for the year. This last visit I was left sitting an hour after making an 8 am appointment. Had to get to work and couldn't wait any longer. They do not have weekend hrs and seem to care less about your problem. Should never have gone here. $1100 down the drain! Considering an attorney now.
