Dr. Bart and his staff really are incredible! They worked magic with kids. My daughter was extremely nervous and scared working with another dentist. So we were referred to South Hills. They took excellent care of her and knew exactly how to to handle her worries! It was a complete turnaround and she was totally comfortable and at ease after that. My kids get so excited to see the dentist - we've been with South Hills for years ever since!

Dr. Bart is amazing. We have been through a couple of pediatric dentists and will always be patients of Dr. Barts now. He cares about his patients! All of my kiddos have had some dental anxiety but after going to see Dr. Bart, they look forward to going into his office. After my 7 year old had some recent dental work that was painful, he texted to check in on her on a Saturday. Very impressed. Grateful to have him as our dentist!

Unfortunately, my 2 year old smashed her front teeth but I was able to get into their office quickly! Everyone was so kind and helpful during a stressful time. The Dr. was so gentle my child didn't even budge for X-rays or exams. All of my questions, concerns, and fears were treated so professionally and genuinely. We will be using their services from now on. Their office is adorable and welcoming even during COVID.

Took my 4 kids here a couple months ago. Pretty darn good all the way around. From the quality of the dental work, to the billing with my insurance.

Dr. Skanchy is an amazing Orthodontist, he's been great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to refer all my friends and family to him.

Thanks to Dr. Bart my kids enjoy going to the dentist. He is THE best pediatric dentist you will find. Incredible building with an excellent location. Would suggest Dr. Bart to all parents.

I have a large family, and every one of my children have had an excellent experience with Dr. Bart at South Hills. He and his staff are phenomenal with kids, and really seem committed to making sure kids have a great experience every time they visit the office. The office is beautiful with brand new equipment, and fun things for kids of all ages (including game consoles for older kids). I *highly* recommend Dr. Bart for all your pediatric dental needs. I like him so much, I wish he could be MY dentist too! You won't be disappointed!

My treatment with Dr. Skanchy has been great experience. He and his staff are prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I can tell they are great with the kids. With his office being right next to South Hills Middle School, it is going to be very convenient for me to take my kids when they need their braces. His prices are also at, or below, the other orthodontists in the area.

Dr. Bart and his staff are amazing. They helped my 7 year old that has a lot of anxiety have a great experience. He sang and was overall just an outstanding dentist. I will not hesitate to bring my children back again.

Dr. Sloan was absolutely amazing. He was great in helping my son and undergo a needed and specialized procedure to provide a crown and distal shoe. All of this was done near the Christmas holiday when he wasn't even supposed to be in office! Dr. Sloan was highly recommended for his specialization in pediatric procedures such as this one. Amazing office and great staff. I highly recommend Dr. Sloan to anyone needing quality, professional, and friendly dental work for their children!

I love South HIlls Dental Specialists! They are professional and friendly and treat their patients like family. Dr. Skanchy is knowledgeable and has a wonderful rapport with kids. His staff is amazing. Emily and Regan are seriously the best! No place I'd rather go for dental/ortho. Highly recommended!
