Dr. Cagle and and the hygienist were great. However, the billing and payment experience was bad. Before I scheduled my cleaning Dr. Cagle's office told me they take my insurance. My insurance only ended up covering $60 of the $126 cleaning. I followed up with Dr. Cagle's billing office and they told me they're out of network with all insurance. Would have been good to be told that when I first asked.

Dr. Cagle and her staff are Awesome. She is very understanding, gentle, and a Perfectionist who obviously takes pride in her work. She cares and goes above and beyond to make you proud of your smile. I just had 6 dental implant caps placed. They are Beautiful. The first cosmetic dentist I had (Dr C.) Did a horrible job on my lower 4 on 4's. They were not even placed correctly misaligned. I had a cross bite. Thanks to Dr Cagle, I am No longer biting my cheeks and free of headaches from my jaw being misaligned too (from prior dentist).

A friend referred my wife to Dr. Cagle, and she in turn suggested I go. That was one really great suggestion. I have been to some dentists that I would never recommend, but Dr. Cagle is definitely in a league of her own. In addition to her skills, she has a very accomplished team of assistants, both in the technical and the administrative areas. You can put aside all negative connotations of 'going to the dentist' when you have an appointment with Dr. Cagle.

They are the absolute best in town! A very caring, smart, professional dentist with all of the latest equipment and training. She has a lovely office staffed with outstanding people. Dr. Cagle and her staff are outstanding. Every single one of them actually care about you and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and explain to you each step throughout your dental needs. You never have to wait long and you are given the necessary time for your appointment. You will find a smile on everyone's face and the atmosphere is very soothing and welcoming. I have extensive work to be done and have always feared dentist but Dr. Cagle makes sure you are comfortable and has a beautiful personality.

I love having my teeth cared for by Dr. Shirley Cagle, and her team! Every person I've encountered is extremely polite, cheerful and kind. The office is always clean and peaceful. I never have a long wait because they schedule appropriately. Dr. Cagle has never pushed me to consider services I don't need but has encouraged me to consider wise options, which is balance I appreciate. Kim cleans my teeth and helps me do my best to take care of them. Debbie at the front desk is awesome!

Always prompt which, to me, is very important. That lets a patient know that your time is as important as their time. The services provided are "top-shelf" so to speak, worth every penny (or dollar) spent. I have been using Dr. Cagle and her team for many years now, so this is not just a one time overview. Debbie in the office is absolutely excellent with her end of the practice. Try it - - - you'll like it.

Absolutely the best! My wife has visited three other dentist in the Woodlands area and one of them was ok and the other two were butchers! We finally found Dr Cagle through a local MD who told us that all the Drs in this area trust ONLY her for their families. WOW! She is the most thorough and professional dentist I have ever met. Her office is state of the art equipment and she has the very best personality of any Dr. Dr Cagle and her entire team are excellent at what they offer. If you have had trouble finding a great dentist, your search is over!
