Dr. Dunville and his staff are true professionals that care about their patients. This is the friendliest staff from the minute you walk into their office until when you leave. I highly recommend Ridgecrest Dental. Love the new office!

I absolutely enjoyed my visit as a new patient. I recently relocated to Missouri from Florida and needed to find a dentist. I found them via Google. I must admit I was glad I went with Dr. Dunville. The hassle of filling out paperwork as a new patient wasn't a problem because I was provided the paperwork prior to my visit. The office is beautiful and clean.

The desk receptionist greeted me the moment I walked into the door. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and greeted me. Morgan was phenomenal as my dental hygienist. She took her time and she constantly asked me if I was doing ok. She took the time out to explain to me everything she was doing and broke down the terminology so I could understand. Dr. Dunville came in and he was extremely pleasant.

He also took the time to make me feel welcome. I was asked how I heard about the office and I told them through Google. So I know the importance of the Google reviews. I definitely will refer this dentistry to everyone.

WOW- what a caring, knowledgeable group of professionals! My personal story makes it very hard to have any work done in my mouth. But having avoided a dentist office for the past many years has left me with some needed dental repairs. Ms. Sue and Dr. Rash were so gentle with their exams/x-rays, etc. They were understanding and explained everything they were doing.

Then they explained a plan they felt would take care of my needs and gave me choices! I have eagerly scheduled several appointments for the next few weeks. If you are looking for experienced dentistry-Ridgecrest is waiting for you!

This was my first dental appointment in many, many years. I was very anxious and a little fearful. When I called for a new patient appointment, I was able to get in the next day. When I arrived, I was instantly put at ease by the staff. Their Dental Hygienist, Chelsey, was very gentle and ensured my comfort throughout the cleaning process and X-rays.

She demonstrated great professionalism, skills and knowledge. Dr Rash was very personable, knowledgeable, and provided me with treatment options that best met my needs. Gwen at the front desk was very friendly and nice. She provided me with a detailed printout of projected cost of future treatment, along with suggestions on timeline to start in order to have the insurance support. I can't give enough stars to this team. I am so glad I chose Ridgecrest Dental!

I can't believe I'm giving a dentist a five star rating, but I am! Start to finish, this business is the best! Receptionist on phone was kind and helpful. never made me feel as if she was in a hurry. Checked in and no paperwork to fill out because they sent it to me on my computer and I could fill it out at home. No more awkward boards and writing in a chair.

The dental assistants were professional and personable. I had some medical issues they needed to be made aware, and not once did I ever feel that it was a burden to them. The dentist was completely thorough and explained everything. A plan was drawn up and pricing discussed. This is what other dentists need to model their business after. Best. Experience. Ever.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed as if I had been a patient for years. The dental care they provide was solid and straightforward.

This Doctor is a hack. He may be good at general dentistry, but DO NOT approach him about dentures. You'll be sorry. He doesn't even remember the patients hes messed up. His staff is not that great. I suspect he had the staff do the positives Google reviews about said staff. His last landlord is happy he moved out.

As a new resident of JC, I hadn't established with a dentist until making my appointment, on recommendation of a friend. She didn't steer me wrong. Excellent facility, and an awesome staff from check in to check out! Great care, excellent bedside manners from both the hygienist and Dr. Dunville. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Dunville and the staff are awesome. I feel so comfortable going to the dentist. Didn't think I'd ever say such a phrase, but they all make such an effort to make sure your comfortable!

I received wonderful care at Dr. Dunville's office! I called with severe dental pain, and the office was able to get me an appointment same day. When I arrived, Ashley and Dr. Dunville were very caring about my condition, and Lauren in the office helped with my current and follow up appointment. I was very pleased with my experience.

Chelsea was great! I know I'm not the bravest or easiest patient but she was wonderful.

I had a crown replaced. Everyone involved with the process took good care of me, and from what I can tell did a wonderful job; especially, Anna and Dr. Dunville.

I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Dunville has gentle and patient hygienists who know the sensitive areas of my mouth and treats them with care.

They're always very professional. Good experience even though we don't always like going to the dentist. Going here for 15 years and they have always treated myself and my family well.

My cousin referred me to your office and I was blown away by how friendly everyone was. Gwen had me set up with ease and was a warm welcome when I came in. Jennifer Holzer was sweet and patient. She had my teeth feeling and looking like a new set! Dr. Dunville was also very friendly. I will be back and will pass the word on about how great they were.

Wonderful experience, as usual. Dental hygienist does a great job and is always super nice. I've been going to Dr. Dunville for many years and have never had a bad experience. Dentist is fantastic - caring and knowledgeable. Office staff are very welcoming and efficient.

Once again, the staff was outstanding, professional and friendly. Jenny has always done a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and this visit was no different. Highly recommended.

I had my first crown done today. Jason and his team are great! My tooth is beautiful! Shout out to Anna! She narrated the process and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Dunville and his entire staff are simply amazing. I have never met a more positive, caring and compassionate staff who take those extra steps to make you feel like you are their only patient. Big shoutout to Anna and Gwen who went above and beyond to make my experience such a positive one!

Appt was right on time. Staff is always awesome! Cleaning today was great! The staff and Doc are friendly and professional while always understanding!

So glad to have a dentist office that will take the time to explain to my child what they're going to do how they're going to do it and why. now he is not scared to go back to the dentist. I highly recommend done those office. All of the staff is amazing they treat my kids like one of their own
