I would definitely NOT recommend this dentist office to anyone! In the process of getting a crown they sent me twice to Fenton to get an exact color match. I live in Lake St Louis so it was quite a way for me to go, plus it didn't match either time. The third time they sent me to St Charles and it was perfect. I have no idea why I couldn't have gone there first but in the process of taking the temporary crown off the assistant chipped the tooth next to it.
I was under the impression that they would fix that tooth and I would not be charged. They did fix it but they also sent me a bill for it. Since I made it aware that I wasn't supposed to pay for it I got a nasty letter from them saying that I would have to find a new dentist that they could no longer help me! Just know if you go there you can never disagree with them or you will be looking for a new dentist too!

Avoid the headache now and just find another place to go. I HATE leaving negative reviews but it's gotten out of hand at this point and people deserve to know that are looking for real feedback. Too many negative changes happening here the past year. Extremely unfortunate because the dentists themselves are very kind, but it's not worth it. Used to be an awesome office, my family and I have been patients for 10+ years now, but I'm unfortunately in search of new dental office.
After having to return multiple times for a crown they put in last year failed, which led to me being out of pocket another $850 this year as it is (that I did not even complain about plus I now had to get an actual bridge now), but they are also now charging me an additional $1350 because they can't figure out how to file the claims right with the insurance company so would rather let me get hit with the insurance portion that doesn't even have the insurance discount included lol.
They legit have now told me there is nothing they can do to stop their billing. this has been going on since JULY. In addition to the billing issues it's not cool going into an office you've been a patient at for so long and the assistants can't even pronounce your name.
