I brought my daughter there for a filling and the doctor came in and took a bunch of X-rays and tried to convince me to pull the tooth. Also said needed 2 other teeth pulled in the mean time. Then when I was told that he said oh by the way go to the childrens hospital to get it done. Felt like he didn't want to be bothered by a filling. Took my daughter to another dentist and had it filled no problem. I will never be back!

I had a little bit of a hard time scheduling the appointment because my son had just been approved on his insurance so I didn't have his client ID number yet. It took them a little while to know how to deal with that. They probably never had this specific situation happening with them so it's ok. Going to the place I was kinda worried because it was my kids first time at the dentist and I wanted a good experience for them.
Everyone was soooo NICE, GENTLE and very very professional. I left the place really happy and my kids loved it too. My kid extracted one tooth and the other one had a plaque removed. They were amazing at doing that and the kids felt comfortable!

The staff and Dr. Idlibi were very nice and professional. My daughter expressed to him that she was nervous and he took care to make her comfortable and put her at ease. Also, while most places only allow one parent at this time, both my husband and myself were able to accompany her during the visit which made it easier for us to not have to relay information to the missing party and helped reassure our daughter. I am so far, beyond pleased with the level of service we have received and hope this continues in the future.
