Not very good results in my experience. I've had people tell me they could have been better. Although the staff is very friendly, I would go somewhere else if I could do it all over.

I have been going to this doctors office for three years with my girls and I never had a problem the staff is really nice the doctors excellent and my daughters love to go there

I am very pleased on how my teeth are looking! I got my braces off yesterday and I love how my teeth are looking! My experience with braces from Dr. Kiss and his staff was so good, and I just want to say thank you to Dr. Kiss and his amazing staff members for helping me have nice teeth and a beautiful smile.

I wish there was a star for -1! Where do I start? Dr. Kiss is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my 19 years of living! He tried to be little me as if I was a child! He must only treat people kind of his own color I don't know how he even has a license he has no human decency! I am so disgusted I hope this business shuts down immediately!

Dr Kiss is a thorough, wise, sweet. nostalgic and very patient orthodontist. I love that he not only is quite knowledgeable at his craft but takes interest in the patient and invests time to give great life advice to my sons. My boys have had their smiles corrected over the course of the past 14 years and our experience has been overall very positive!

Have a wonderful experience getting my braces done at Dr. kiss office, the staff and the Dr. always had a great energy and they were amazing at their job. I will 110% recommend Dr. kiss if you want excellent care and beautiful results. Thank you Dr. kiss and Staff for all you did for me in this 3 year journey.

My daughter had an appointment here and as soon as i got there realized i had forgotten my mask at home.my fault i know, but what really annoyed me was when i got there my daughter went inside and asked one of the lady's if they had a mask they could give me the lady proceeded to tell her that they don't have any. How is it that an Orthodontics office doesn't have masks, find that very hard to believe. Anyways i will be taking my business else where. I spent a ton of money for her braces, the least they could do was give me a mask.

Dr. KISS is orthodontist for my kids. My son just got his braces off and we are extremely happy with the results. Very professional environment. Extremely hardworking staff and overall very competent team. Dr. Kiss himself takes time out and explains everything in great detail. Now he is the orthodontist for my daughter. Can't ask for a better one.

Got my braces from here and the staff are so friendly and always nice and so helpful about them. They play fun music and have a great scene. Dr. Kiss was very nice when looking at my teeth and I love my teeth now because of him and his staff

This has to be one of the biggest mistakes I have made when I chose Dr. Kiss For my child. He is mean and disrespectful. Looks down his nose at people who he assumes are low income. I paid my childs bill in full in 9 months, I had a question about a late charge on my account that i felt was not correct. His staff pulled money out of my account twice in one month, in which i DID NOT give permission for.

I became so upset with them constantly playing with my account i just paid the whole bill off. I stated I would like to speak to him about the situation. As I walked into his office, he was already irate. He began yelling and trying to belittle me. I remained calm and stated, all I want to do is talk to you, I asked him why are you yelling at me and tried to explain that I am a paying customer.

He then got up from his desk, walked around to where I was, stick his finger in my face and continued to yell while spitting in my face. In front of my minor child. So much so that I needed a paper towel to clean it off. He is the worst Dr. Ever! His service is poor as well. He's staff are rude and he is fine with it. If I can rate him 0. I would.

Unfortunately I am paid in full and he will not refund my money, if I leave, I would have pay all over. so I'm stuck with him till this nightmare is over. I hope that no one has to experience what I had to today.

Staff is rude and they seem to follow the lead of the rude orthodontist, Lance Kiss, as well. Violent tendencies are apparent when he gets an attitude and disrespectful which is most of the time. Speaks negatively about low income patients with condescending tone.

I used to live in Danbury, where I had braces when I was in college. I have since moved to Plainville. To my own irresponsibility, I lost my retainer and my teeth shifted. I went to Dr. Kiss for help. I'm no orthodontist, but I was under the impression I may have only needed a new retainer; I didn't think it was a huge deal. I soon learned that I needed more than a retainer replacement in the most demeaning way possible.

When I was in Kiss's office, he berated me with insults regarding the route my previous orthodontist took to fix my smile. I tried to explain that my previous orthodontist saved me an intrusive jawline surgery and was able to perfectly position my teeth by simply removing two of them and moving several teeth backward. I was very grateful for my previous orthodontist's work.

Kiss said, "I wouldn't touch your teeth with a ten foot pole", before shooing me from his office. This happened a few years ago and I still think about it to this day. I can't get over how terribly unprofessional this man was. I hope he retires soon.
