I guess you could say orthodontics is in my genes. Both my father and grandfather were orthodontists, so I came by it naturally. What I love the most is helping people feel better about the way they look. It's a great feeling to watch the transformation that occurs in someone who is embarrassed to smile and then after treatment feels confident enough to give the largest smile in the room.
I feel fortunate to be an orthodontist. I look forward to coming to work every day: while the overall goal of creating a healthy, functional, and beautiful smile is the same for each patient, each patient is unique and requires an individual approach to care. I appreciate the variety of my days, the laughter and friendships of our wonderful patients, and sharing in this exciting time in their lives.

After spending over a year in the course of an Invisalign treatment, I have nothing but rave reviews about Dr. Lashgari and Dr. McKenna. I have probably never had better medical care in my life (let alone dental care), and I am thrilled about the results. They explained every step of the process to me and I always felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

I went to McKenna Orthodontics back in 2014 for Invisalign treatment. I always received the best care from not just the orthodontists, but the rest of the staff as well and walked away a year later with straight teeth and pure happiness from this practice. Just recently I misplaced my retainer, and unfortunately living a decent hour away from the locations I was nervous I was not going to get an appointment convenient to my work schedule, but they were able to fit me in right before the holiday weekend and I was super thankful for that!
The appointment was super quick and the staff was just as nice, accommodating, professional, and personable as I remembered. I am looking forward to working with them yet again and 1,000 times over recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing orthodontics practice!

McKenna Orthodontics - all the offices - are fantastic. My son just finished his braces treatment with them. First off, both of the doctors are wonderful with kids and parents alike. They are friendly, personable, take time to explain everything, and most importantly put the patients at ease. Secondly, they are not pushy. Prior to coming to McKenna, I brought my son to another orthodontist who wanted to pull teeth and put in a retainer prior to braces.
All before his adult teeth came in! I didn't like this idea and brought my son to McKenna for a second opinion. They suggested waiting a few more years, and did a complimentary consultation every six months until they felt it was time to begin treatment. During treatment, my son was never in any pain and had an overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this orthodontic practice to everyone.

4 of my children have had or are having Orthodontic work with McKenna Orthodontics. I have greatly appreciated their care in honest fees and often times communicating that work is an unnecessary expense. They have gained my trust. The financial trust is what I appreciate most about them, but having great doctors that are kind and fun is a nice plus too!
