Carrie, the receptionist needs a break or something. Rude. Short answers. "Do everything online and then we'll talk to you". Just trying to make sure before I fill out papers that my family of FOUR would be able to be seen in 2022. If that wasn't possible then I didn't want to waste everyone's time. My goodness. I'm sorry that this unpleasant woman is the face of your practice.

Excellent workmanship! Dr. Desai installed a crown, filled a cavity and repaired a chipped tooth and all of the work fit seemlessly with my my existing teeth. My bite and teeth feel like they always did. Nothing to get used to, just a great fit and finish. I'm glad I had the work done and would highly recommend Granby Dental Center.

Dr. Ungerleider and staff are amazing! He's so knowledgeable and excellent at his job. All of the staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend Granby Dental Center!

I have had the best experience with this dental office and their dentist. I have been using Dr Lapowski and have never met a kinder or more talented dentist in my 50 years of visiting different offices. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is super kind and accommodating. Rates are reasonable, and I have never got the impression that they are trying to drum up business. They really are all about the patient. I couldn't recommend an office and dentist more.

The best around, hands down! These are the kindest, & all around most qualified people I've ever dealt with. They're gentle and explain everything you need to know. If you look around, everything is state of the art equipment. Extremely clean and organized and Staff treats you like family.

Dr. Desai placed bonding material on my lower front teeth to prevent further wear on the top edge of each tooth. She and her assistant worked quickly and efficiently to perform the procedure in a comforting manner for me. Most importantly Dr. Desai returned my teeth to their original appearance and protected them better than the original enamel that had eroded.

I Was a fairly new client of this practice when l called this morning at 9:15 on a Sunday due to extreme pain in my jaw. I left a detailed message and was directed to a number for their on-call dentist where l left a second message. After 2 hours I called again. It is now over 7 1/2 hours later l have not been called. I am extremely angry and still in considerable pain. I do not recommend this dentist at all.

I've been a patient of Dr Ungerleider a long, long time. He is highly skilled at the regular dentistry as well as the cosmetic dentistry. He put my veneers on 15 years ago and they still look great! Dr Ungerleider and all the staff make you feel like family.

Covid is circling the globe and I had a tooth emergency. Luckily I have the most qualified kindest dentist in Connecticut. I called, Dr. Steniger told me to meet him at the office, an hour later, tooth fixed, thank you's said we both returned to social distancing

I simply cannot put this dental office on a high enough pedestal! My entire family loves both the dentist and hygienist. Diane makes you feel like you're with family when she's cleaning your teeth. My cheeks hurt from laughing with her, but my teeth are sparkling clean! Dr. U is amazing! He is a God send for having the technology right in his office to create crowns while you wait.

There's no temporary crown and waiting between appointments. I appreciate that more than he knows! He is very kind, patient, and thorough. In my opinion, he's simply the best there is. My respect for him grew even more when I learned that he volunteers to treat the homeless for free once a year with a few other dentists.

My husband and I also have been going to Granby Dental Center for years. The dentists are excellent and caring. The hygienists are terrific at what they do. We both go to Diane McNally and always enjoy our time with her on top of her doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend this practice.

Went back recently. Staff must have been in a better mood. Everyone was on top of their game. So, this time they get five stars instead of four. Dr. Ungerleider tells it like it is. I wish I had him years ago, he could have saved me a few teeth, instead of my previous, "conservatve" dentist who didn't mention signs of real trouble until it was too late!

So here it is in a nutshell: Two years ago, bumped into an old high school friend at the reservoir. We discussed many things and I mentioned I was looking for a new dentist and immediately he blurted out Michael Ungerleider. So I made an appointment. X-rays were taken, the staff and dentist seemed friendly. Hoever, the plan for me was impants, and the prices were way of my league.

In any case, I never got a bill because my insurance paid 100%, fine. Now, the trouble started. I found another dentist. FOUR times, twice in writing and twice over the phone, I requested my x-rayed forwarded. Granby Dental promised, but did not deliver. WHY? There is a huge staff here, but why? Maybe they were upset because they lost some business.

If you are going in for a cleaning you NEED to ask for Lauren B as your hygienist! She was the most knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I came in with bad stains on my teeth and left with a pure white smile. She is a miracle worker. She is so nice and gentle I will only go to her from now on!

Granby Dental Center has extremely friendly and helpful staff. The place is very clean and comfortable. Dr. Ungerleider is very caring and knowledgeable. Everything is very updated and high tech! I've never been to a dentist I actually enjoyed going to until now. I highly recommend them!

The doctors and staff at GDC are amazing. When we moved to Granby we needed a new office and they have not only met our needs but exceeded them. We were looking to have the entire family in one office to make things easier. My children ages 16,14 and 6 are comfortable and love the high tech instruments, fillings done by laser no shots! Invisalign treatment instead of metal braces! Can't say enough good things about them.
