I have no problem with the care and friendly staff. Love Erica she is great. The problem I keep having is the breakdown of what my insurance will pay. I have wound up on 3 occasions paying a lot more than quoted. The last being an insurance problem. The main problem with this is I get a statement 3 months after service and it already has 2 service. charges added.
As far has it goes they are a great dental office but I would definitely check with insurance before proceeding with a procedure. And make sure it gets paid are you will be slapped with service charges before you even know you owe.

Ali and Dr. Clayton did a GREAT job caring for everyone in our family. They truly care about us and our oral health. I am so impressed at their up-to-date research and knowledge about pediatric dental care and how to ensure my children's adult teeth come in the best way possible. I can't say enough about the care on being on top of everything!

I 100% recommend Dr. Sarah Clayton and her team. They make sure you're comfortable and not in pain while providing outstanding customer service. i always feel welcome and everyone is so friendly. The office it self is so clean. After my work was done, they followed up with me to make sure that i was okay. if i could 10 stars i would. they're 5 star rating not only speaks for it self, but every single positive review is accurate. Columbia Dental Group will have my business as long as i stay around!
