Great place! The staff are all super nice and very good at what they do. Every time I go my teeth feel brand new. Most definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. They were very friendly, informative, kind, caring, thoughtful, and had patience with every question I asked. I loved the fact that they listen and were very understanding of my needs. I showed up a little past my appointment time and was expecting to have to reschedule and I was OK to do so considering I work in health care and should know better, however things happen when least expected. They were still will to take care of me, they greeted me as if I had been a patient for years.

This is the best dentist I have been to, and I've had a lot of dentists due to changes in insurance over the years. They are friendly, quickly but thorough, and very accommodating with changes in schedules.

I usually have a lot anxiety about going to the Dentist, but they made me feel so much better about it. They were sweet, understanding, and gave me such great advice about how to take care of my teeth. Kim was wonderful! Definitely recommend!

My family and I have been patients at Dental Excellence of Kennesaw since 2005. We were new to the area and chose them and have been happy. We now live in the Cartersville area and drive to Kennesaw for our dental needs. They are a friendly and courteous staff, and are very efficient in getting you in and out. I have known the staff and the dentist for 17 years.

I also love the fact that they have late appointments to where I don't have to leave work early. My oldest daughter, now out on her own, also drives to Dental Excellence for her dental needs. If you live in and around the area and are looking for a excellent dentist practice, this is the place to be!

Dental Excellence is just as it's called, EXCELLENT! I have been a patient for 15+ years and can happily say that every visit.( I never miss my scheduled cleanings).It has been nothing but a pleasure. From the moment I check in, get seated, greeted & treated by the wonderful dental hygienists and examined by lovely Dr K. or which ever dentist is on schedule and finally check out.

I have been treated and welcomed with warmth, kindness & professionalism. I have a deep "rooted"phobia which they are aware of & even during difficult procedures they have gone above & beyond to accommodate me and put me at ease. From a gentle comforting touch on my shoulder, offering a weighted blanket, words of compassion & empathy and of course the Nitrous I have been put at ease, I'm always able to surrender and trust that I will receive the best treatment.

I have never encountered any other dental office that treated me with such great bedside manners and because of this I will always be a patient here. Do not hesitate to select Dental Excellence as your personal & family dentistry. You're going to love it!

My family has been going to Dental Excellence of Kennesaw for over 20 years. They are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable during your visits. That is something I was looking for when choosing a dental practice. They needed to be very patient and gentle. Dental Excellence of Kennesaw has meet that and more. We have a autistic son, who has been seeing them since he was a teenager.

They have always taking wonderful care of he. So much so, that I have don't have any issues letting him go to his appointments by himself. They have gone out of their way to explain insurance. To help us find dental specialist when needed. I can not say enough about what a great staff and dentists they have. Thank you for taking such good care of our family all these years.

My family has been coming to Dental Excellence of Kennesaw for the last 1 1/2 years now. They have a terrific facility and outstanding staff. Their approach to dentistry makes us feel comfortable and well taken care of. They always provide great suggestions to keep our family healthy. My husband had terrible gum pockets when we started treatment here.

We have seen huge strides at reversing these pockets and we attribute that to the consistent treatment he has received at Dental Excellence. We highly recommend Dental Excellence of Kennesaw and appreciate their attentiveness to our overall oral health!

Please be aware of the shady business tactics that the staff use to get the most money out of patients. I was told that I would have to come in every 6 weeks for the next 6 months to get gum scaling done. At that time I was told by Jennifer the office manager that she had drafted up and bill for ALL 4 VISITS and I had to pay $252.20 out of pocket.

They scheduled my first appointment 6 weeks out. They have cancelled on me TWICE both day of/ day before. This irritated me to no end as this was apparently something that NEEDED to be done and nearly 2 months had gone by since I paid them money. I call up to the office and ask for a refund for the services I paid for but never received. Jennifer then tells me that I only paid for services I received. 1. never received any services from that day besides a cleaning which they never completed as my teeth were never polished and was told "We'll get to that on your next visit" and 2.

I was STRAIGHT UP TOLD BY HER that the money I paid for was taking care of all 4 visits. Then she tells me "you're not even supposed to do these visits every 6 weeks, they're every 3 months." Then Jennifer why would you schedule an appointment 6 weeks after my initial "cleaning"? These people will act so nice to your face while overcharging you and lying to you about your dental health.

I was told that I was experiencing bone loss in my jaw and that's why I NEEDED gum scaling & come to find out my insurance doesn't pay for scaling unless there is none loss which Dental Excellence never provided. I have called numerous times & sent emails and they just don't care to make things right or anything. I have filled a dispute on my credit card and I am following up with the BBB & State Dental Board as this dental office clearly only cares about making money off of people.

I have been supporting this practice for over two decades and during the most recent years since the practices has been sold, the new ownership has been charging ridiculous prices and recommending procedures that other dentist have deemed as not necessary. Now, I will say the supporting staff is wonderful and that has not changed.

First visit here today; from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Had to have a deep cleaning, and my hygienist took her time to ensure I was comfortable and felt relaxed. Beautiful office, and spotless.

Dr. Wendy and the team are hands down the best dental professionals in the industry! They are very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

One of the things that I look for in a dental office is intentionality and honesty. As a former dental assistant and hygienist - do not come here. I was told that I possibly had an osteoma (shown in x-rays). As soon as I saw it on the x-rays, I pointed it out to the hygienist. Who then went to the Doctor and asked for a panoramic. When he came in, he did not address the fact that there was possibly a benign mass in my mouth.

He mentioned to "keep an eye on it". At this point, they can tell that I am worried and anxious about the situation. The office and hygienist ask for an old pan from a previous dentist to compare. Ive called time and time to ask for updates and trusted that they would call when they had any updates. I call a month later - still nothing. She claimed that she called my previous dentist where she was told I was never a patient there and that she called me with an update (never received a call).

I had enough of it, asked them to email my x-rays and decided to move on. The worse part; the old dental office I attended did have record that I was a patient there. I am so disappointed & frustrated with this clinic - my experience was super unintentional and irresponsible.

I've been going to Dental Excellence of Kennesaw for two years and they have always been amazing! Tara is the absolute best. She's so kind and welcoming and a joy to see each time I go in for an appointment! All of the dentists are great at what they do. Everyone is professional and they are also thorough. I've had to get some fillings and x-rays, which are not the most fun, but everyone here makes them quick and painless. Thank you for taking such great care of my teeth!

Before I got my teeth replaced, I honestly had no social life. I had a few friends but not near as many to be considered popular. After I got my teeth replaced though, I became rather famous in my school. I have been so much more confident and it shows! I have gone from a nobody to someone who is now running for homecoming king. Thank you!

I have been a patient at Dental Excellence of Kennesaw for many years. You won't find a more caring, helpful, and skilled dental office. Jennifer at the front office always makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the office. I've had Emily as my hygienist since I first became a patient. She is brilliant at her job and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Kirshenbaum is an awesome and talented dentist.

She only recommends work that really needs to be done, and gets it done quickly and correctly the first time. At least twice I've had a problem develop over the weekend, and although the office is not open, Jennifer and Kathy have met me at the office to fix the problem. Everyone at the office is there to help. I recommend this office to anyone that even mentions dentistry. Do yourself a favor and give them a try (just don't take my 7:30 am appointments!).

Wonderful experience! Teeth cleaning went great! They make you feel so comfortable. I get very nervous when it comes to dentistry! Had babies natural and can handle that better. The team here is awesome. She numbed me so I would be a little less anxious about my cleaning. They are honest and tell you straight up best not to spend money trying to save a tooth and just pull it. Most dentist would try to sell you on a crown a root canal and then say well now we have to surgically remove. Not Dr Wendy! Highly recommend them!

I just recently started coming here an I can't say enough good things. Everyone here is SO NICE an understanding. Everything is well explained and they don't mind answering all your questions. Both doctors are also fantastic and very sweet. I generally have anxiety before the dentist but things have been much better since I've started coming here!

Great experience as a first time patient today. I was very nervous about a lost filling and had a bad experience at my old dentist office. The ladies in the office, Dr. K and Jana put my fears to rest and took great care of me, mentally and physically! Thanks again!

Dr. Smith was the "best" dentist I have ever used. He is so very gentle and was an excellent choice for people who experience anxiety with local anesthesia. Dr. Smith's meticulous, very slow approach to administering local anesthesia was a blessing.
