Had my first visit and everything was really nice. Met four different people who had different duties, one was the doctor.told me I had a cracked tooth that we need to keep an eye on, may need a crown.another Haymarket Dental office that I went to prior, doctor told me I needed 4 crowns.wonder why he would tell me that? Bottom line, I'm 63 and have been to many dental offices, this ranks up there.this WILL be my dentist.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Olsen for years and we all agree she's the best dentist we've had. She is highly competent, always learning, and has superior communication and people skills. She's genuinely interested in the well-being of her patients, even beyond their dental health. Just a pleasure to be around. In addition, the staff are phenomenal.

They are highly competent professionals, also interested in their clients, and actually can make a visit to the dentist enjoyable! I would give the entire office 6 stars, if it were available.

Saw Dr. Forgetta, she was really kind and welcoming. Been impressed with the whole staff, seems like a great team. This office is not in my network but it's more important to have a dentist that you can trust and who respects you. Glad we found their office!

Being seeing Dr. Olson and her team for many years now! Everyone is patience and caring! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Olsen is the BEST dentist around! She will make you feel comfortable and talk you through every step. I've had two root canals and a couple filling by her and they were painless! I am very picky on who works on my teeth. She is now the only person I trust. She is beyond fantastic!

My husband and I have gone to this practice for several years. Well after today never again. I made my appt for a cleaning and asked to have some gum pain checked. When I arrived I was told by the hygienist that I was only scheduled for an emergency appt (sans the fact I did not have an emergency). I said that is not correct. They had me talk to the office manager who immediately got defensive and said I never told her I needed a cleaning.

I said that is not true. I specifically said I needed a cleaning and to have some gum pain checked. At that point she got even ruder (and louder). So I grabbed my purse and walked out. I'm not sure what kind of game they were playing but I'm sure they thought they could charge more for what they deemed to be "an emergency visit." Well there was no emergency and I had made it clear when I called that I was coming in for a cleaning and wanted my gum pain checked.

I used to wonder why they had different hygienist almost every time I came in (and now a new dentist) but now I see why. If the staff are treated how I was treated/spoken to today I wouldn't want to work there either.

I can't say enough nice things about Greenhill Dental, Dr. Olsen and her staff. I was going out of town on Monday night and around 4:00 my crown fell off. I called the office and Belinda was very welcoming and showed no frustration that I was calling with a 911 issue before they were going to close for the day. She simply said "no problem, will fit you in".

Within 15 minutes I was at the office and getting helped. The care provided was exceptional and she made sure everything was going okay with frequent check-ins This was a very unfortunate situation to be in, but the entire staff at Greenhill made me feel at ease. Also, I was able to be on time for my flight with a temporary crown in place. Thank you all! I highly recommend this facility for your dental needs.

I took my three children to this dentist and was told there were 8 cavities between them all. I was not shown any X-rays to prove this. I took them to another dentist to get a second opinion and paid for new X-rays, there were NO cavities found on any of them. I would demand proof if you don't feel certain about their opinion. They would have given my youngest laughing gas for a cavities that didn't exist. This is very scary idea to me.

Dr. Olsen and Dr. Pham are wonderful. Last year, I switched to them and I am so happy about it. I now bring the whole to Greenhill. The office is super professional. They do a great job.

Dr. Olsen and her staff are the best. I visited several dentists in the area before Greenhill and always left disappointed. I am a picky patient and Dr. Olsen and her staff are caring, cost conscientious, and thorough. I couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough great things about GreenHill Family Dentist. Everyone is very professional and they really make you feel like you are at home. I don't really like going to the dentist but they really do a good job making sure that you feel confortable. I don't know everyone's name but I recently was there and Ellen and Belinda really deliver great customer service. Everyone there is so nice and I highly recommend them.

Dr Olsen is the best dentist I've ever had and I miss her dearly since moving away from the area. She is extremely caring, honest and trustworthy and I've even gotten compliments on her work from other dentists I've visited. You will feel completely at ease in her hands.

Superior customer service at Greenhill Dental! Everyone from the receptionist, the insurance specialist, the hygienist to Dr Olsen. They understand the experience from a patients perspective. Thankful to have found this one of kind dental office.

Entire family has been going to this practice since they opened (several years now) and we adore Dr. Olsen and her staff. Family has dealt with a variety of dental issues and I can speak to gentle treatment, sedation as needed for the kids to allay any fears (no pediatric dentistry needed for us as this practice goes above and beyond for children), and thorough follow up. Referred a wonderful Orthodontist that a family member has seen for a couple years, successfully, which has been an added bonus.

One of my children has terrible anxiety with dental visits and I cannot express how sensitive and calming the entire staff is with their patients. So pleased to have Greenhill to call on for dental care!

I love Dr. Olsen! She is so nice, friendly and polite. She isnt pushy with unnecessary dental procedures. She always takes time to chat with you. Super super nice. Her staff is awesome too, so kind! So happy I found a dentist I like.

Visited for the first time today. Going to the dentist can sometimes be nerve-wracking. The staff at this clinic are very nice and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Keane is a very nice man. Experienced, soothing, and knowledgeable. Very good experience.

We go to Greenhill Family Dental for care for our entire family. The dentists are wonderful. They are very soothing and calming - which is great because I have some dental anxiety! They are also great with the kids, too. We also love the front office staff. They are super friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Greenhill Dental!
