I am so impressed with the staff. They are so warm and welcoming and made me feel at home. This is the best experience I had in visiting a orthodontist office. Dr Hugh is very nice to me taking me through the proceeds. He was such a gentleman. I recommend and will refer any one who needs a dental care. They are simply the best. Even though I didn't get what I needed but I am very satisfied with the staff I encountered. Thank you and see you soon.

It is always a pleasure to take my children to Hughes Orthodontics. The staff and doctors are on-time, polite, and professional. I've taken four children there for braces and Invisalign, and would highly recommend Hughes to anyone needing Orthodontics.

Hughes always does a great job! They have been wonderful with both my children. They don't ever make you wait long and they listen to and take great care with all of their patients.

Was referred by my dentist for braces, through out my treatment the ortho techs and receptionist were extremely nice and well accommodating. I recently had and issue after my treatment and Dr. Justin was quick to reach out and make sure that I was well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Came here as an adult for a replacement retainer. The best customer service I have ever experienced, they go out of their way to help and I could not be more pleased with my choice. I have since moved to Arlington and would still make the drive if I needed more orthodontic work. Highly recommend.

They took me in for a last minute, same-day appointment to get my permanent retainer fixed. They were super quick and efficient. Hughes is very welcoming and the staff were all so sweet to me. Dr. Hughes is amazing and even smoothed out the rough edges on my teeth for a better smile as a Christmas present. Highly recommend paying them a visit.

We love Dr. Hughes and his staff. They are very professional, friendly, and top of the line orthodontists! Many people in our family have gone through them and we all are very happy and satisfied. I moved to Ashburn but when my son needed braces, I decided to drive an hour for appointments but keep Dr Hughes as our designated orthodontist. It's about trust! I highly recommend them!

This isn't a dr office but a local hangout for private school kids. The Father and Son dr are verbose and quick to dismiss any concerns or questions. Magic is an act to distract you from the lack of care they are giving. We received an email that they are no longer following COVID precautions. We are out of braces and don't have to worry with this place. But heed warnings- the pictures from Vegas and the owners car parked in the no parking - just too much flash and cash.

Dr Hugh and his son Justin are amazing. The entire team is very dedicated to making every experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. The magic tricks always make my children smile and relax before treatment or adjustments. Someone always phones after having something new done to make sure my daughter is feeling ok. They give you all the options before you commit to anything!

Recommend them 100% UPDATE! My kiddo's treatment is now finished and I am beyond satisfied with the results. These are the orthodontists you want to go to! I loved them!

While I cannot speak to Dr. Hughes' orthodontist's office specifically, he recently put on his proverbial magician's hat and made a visit to the young students of the Washington Jesuit Academy for a top-rate magic show. We gladly rate him with Five Stars! Dr. Hughes performed his magic free-of-cost for a middle school population that has been historically under-served.

He held their attention for nearly an hour, performing illusion after illusion and even impressing our teachers. Days later, our 5th and 6th graders still talk about Dr. Hughes and try to figure out how he did his tricks. We would wholly endorse Dr. Hughes for any school function or birthday party, as old as middle school. He was among the nicest gentlemen we have ever hosted and hope to have him here again.

I was 42 and my teeth were really crooked and then started to break. Dr. Hughes made me smile again and I have the perfect smile. He is called the Magic Ortho Doctor, maybe this is because of his magic tricks, which are way cool, but I believe it is because of the magic that he made when he corrected my teeth to perfect teeth. I just can't thank Dr. Hughes enough. He changed how I feel about what seems like a little thing, but isn't, a smile.

Dr Hughes is a great orthodontist! I would highly recommend him. We have moved many times and we come back to him every time we return to the DC area.

Dr. Hughes is Amazing! I visited 3 other orthodontists before I found Dr. Hughes. Hughes orthodontist impressed me from the very first phone call I had with them to make an appointment for consultstion. They told me "once you visit Dr. Hughes, you won't go anywhere else", and they were right. Dr. Hughes is professional, skilled at his job, super friendly & even does magic tricks for his patients.

I never felt rushed as he always took his time with my invisilines treatment. All the staff in his practice are super friendly as if they are on happy pills. I would highly recommend Dr. Hughes for your next orthodontist visit.

Dr. Hughes' practice was a great fit for my family. I've given them 5 stars, but that's not the same as saying he is right for everyone. If you find Disneyworld or David Copperfield to be highly irritating or if restaurant waiters singing birthday / anniversary songs at others tables makes you tense up. then Dr. Hughes is not for you.

But I used to work in entertainment (and at Disney) and I think the effort they put into creating a particular atmosphere and culture succeeds in making the orthodontist an (almost) fun appointment. I thought all of the staff were great; I always felt treated with respect by Dr. Hughes. In the end my daughter had quite a transformation, the communication was great, she never dreaded going to appointments (as I did during two separate bouts of braces, one as an adult), and understands why she has to wear her retainer.

She didn't like it so much she ever wants to go back. Win win. I'm sure you can find less expensive treatment, but I thought the investment was fair for the work, the 'extras' (singing and presents and magic tricks) and for this area.
