I had a very good visit the other day at Dr. David's Dental practice. I have an unfortunate aversion to needles and with the use of a variety of strategies, the team working with me completely eliminated that anxiety. Dr. David and her very competent assistant, Nicole, were very caring and professional in handling my case, I was in for work that required a duration of 3 1/2 - 4 hours of time and all the work was completed wonderfully.

One part of the procedure included a crown and they were meticulous in making sure the right color was used so as to match my surrounding teeth. They both were very caring and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire visit. I am kind of particular about who works on my mouth and I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dentistry by Dr. David. The staff puts me at ease and always fits me in for emergencies. They take the extra care and time to ensure that I am satisfied and work with me until issues are resolved. They are always looking to improve their practice by asking for feedback. What I love most is that they are passionate about providing the highest quality care investing in the latest technology and holistic approach. Very friendly staff!

Really really awful experience with Dr. David. Had a very small cavity filled, one which was in no way painful before it was filled, and after the procedure, I was in a serious amount of pain. When I went back to have it checked out, Dr. David was unresponsive, and took no responsibility whatsoever for what had happened. I kept asking what happened--before the filling there was no pain, and after the filling there was a lot of pain--and she just kept staring at me and saying, "sometimes this happens." What an awful response for someone who is in a lot of pain. Additionally, Dr. David didn't explain what she was doing to try and figure out the problem.

I explained that I was in a good deal of pain, and *without any explanation* of what she was going to do, she proceeded to stick things in my mouth that caused even more pain. I understand that sometimes diagnostics will cause more pain, but it would be nice to be informed of what is going on as the patient. Dr. David's bedside manner is abysmal. Even though I have been on time for every one of my appointments, I have always waited at least 30 minutes to be seen. Last, a word of caution to those who would like a true biologic/holistic dentist: when we were discussing options to deal with the problem, she suggested that I may have to have a root canal, and to treat my teeth with fluoride - neither of these options should even be on the table for a true biologic dentist. I will never be trusting Dr. David with my oral health again.

One of the most thorough dental exams I've ever had. Dr. David takes a look at the mouth in relation to the whole body and takes extra care in answering questions and concerns. The office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Pleased to find this practice!

Always treated with kindness and professionalism. Everyone is invested in providing excellent care and service. Questions are answered, information is explained, follow up is offered. Scheduling is not difficult and changing an appointment is not treated as an inconvenience. The is a lot of attention to detail in the environment and the care. I highly reccomend this practice. I have had nothing but positive experiences over the last 10+ yeards

Went to him as a last resort for my baby's lip and tongue tie. Everyone I had seen said it wasn't a big deal and not needing to be fixed but I felt something was wrong. He wasn't nursing right, was gassy and couldn't latch. Dr. David confirmed my concerns, comforted my instincts and released the ties that day. He is so knowledgeable and very well versed in his trade. Highly suggest!

All of the staff at Dentistry by Dr. David are welcoming, congenial, and professional. I feel like a person and not an account. I've been going here since before Dr. David purchased the Bolton Dental established company. I highly recommended this dental practice to anyone in need of any type of dental dental work or sleep therapies.

Very nice and professional staff. Clean office. Doctor took his time for explanations regarding my concerns and even took intraoral pictures. Very satisfied with my visit and the procedure done to my baby boy.

Nice office, friendly staff, and very nice dental assistants, however Dr. Alhossin was awful. I went in for an initial appointment and regular cleaning. Dr. Al performed the cleaning himself and was extremely aggressive, making my gums bleed like I've never experienced before. It was also the most painful routine dental cleaning I've ever had in my life.

I do not have any gum issues at all, something that Dr. Al even commended me on. However during the cleaning it was extremely painful and Dr. Al kept having to wipe blood from my gums with gauze. After the cleaning my gums felt injured and inflamed, and I could taste blood during my entire drive home. I couldn't even brush my teeth later that evening without pain and bleeding.

The inside of my cheeks too have cuts due to the pressure Dr. Al was using to hold my mouth open. A day later and my gums and inside of my cheeks are both still inflamed, raw, and sensitive to food and temperatures. I have to eat carefully and I still occasionally taste blood too. Brushing my teeth this morning resulted in a lot of bleeding again.

There was also nothing holistic at all about my visit here, which was disappointing. I was looking for a dental practice that offers something other than just fillings at the slightest sign of dental decay. Dr. Al even admitted that the one tooth that he recommended I get a filling on had only minor superficial decay and that most dentists wouldn't bother filling it, but that he'd like me to get it filled anyway. I can't imagine what someone with real serious anxiety around dentists would experience here. I'm definitely not going back.

I am glad Doctors like this exist! We met dr Kaplan today because my daughter had lip tongue and cheek tie still @almost 8 months old, he did the procedure which took seconds and we got to hold her couple minutes later, he explained us what to look for further and how to care for her, I just can't find the right words to show my grace for him!

Dr Kaplan was fantastic, and the reception staff were very helpful and kind and friendly. Dr Kaplan was very personable and I loved how much he explained the procedure and kept me involved in my baby's care. The one drawback was the lactation consult afterward, I received very little helpful information on breastfeeding, I asked a question about a breastfeeding challenge we've been having and got a non answer didn't address the issue at all.

On top of that, I didn't leave with a clear idea of how to do the exercises. I also felt like she thought she knew what was going on with my baby better than I did, even though some of the things she said about him and what his challenges are, just weren't the case. I think it may be helpful for someone with no experience breastfeeding, but for mamas who have experience and just need help with a problem, plan to follow up elsewhere

When my dentist of many years retired, I became a patient of Dr. David in Bolton, MA. For the past year, I've been in a process with Dr. David and her Team to remove all the mercury from my mouth. and replace old, worn out crowns with new ones. I take very good care of my teeth but I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. I've found Dr. David to be highly skilled, expert in her work; she's very sensitive and caring with her patients.

She took the time to explain everything she was doing so I understood what was happening and regularly checked on my comfort level to make sure I was pain free during her work. For me, that alone was no small thing! So, all the mercury is now gone, my new crowns are complete and I'm very pleased I chose to work with Dr. David and her Team. If you're looking for a new dentist who is an expert professional, uses state of the art equipment and technology, demonstrates a genuine calm, caring approach to patients, I highly recommend her. She and her team are just great.you won't be disappointed!

Lovely office - very modern, clean and welcoming. Our tongue-tie consult with Dr Kaplan was very informative and we were happy with his recommendations. He is very thorough and ensures you understand everything prior to leaving.

Dentistry by Dr. David rocks my dentistry world! The staff are all very respectful and eager to please. You can tell that the most up-to-date equipment is used to insure the most proficient results! My hygienist, Ms. Soupharath, was thorough and sensitive to make me as comfortable as possible. My dentist, Dr. Noyes, blends consummate skill with artistic expertise!

I went in for a TMJ consultation ($$$ out of pocket expense for 15 minutes with the Dr.). We were interrupted several times during the consultation by other office staff. She seemed distracted, unapologetic for the interruptions and generally disinterested. I was required to complete a lot of paperwork beforehand about my medical history but it was clear during the consultation that Dr. David had read absolutely none of it which was frustrating. I give 2 stars because the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. If you're looking for TMJ help look elsewhere.

Dr. David is the Very Best! Very happy with her care and expertise. She has done amazing things for my children. I highly recommend her! Also, every single one of her staff is outstanding, the best service at all times, always kind, helpful, and happy ladies. A very pleasant experience! Thank you for what you do!
