When it comes to replacing failing or missing teeth, dental implants are considered the modern and most ideal solution. Dental implants are placed within the jaw bone for a secure and natural fit that improves functionality, appearance and oral health. Without replacing missing teeth, the jaw bone can deteriorate and surrounding teeth can shift, altering your bite, appearance and oral health in a negative way. At Gloucester Dental, we provide full service dental implant procedures and are able to both place and restore dental implants in-office.
If you are experiencing multiple failing or missing teeth, or are already missing all your teeth, you know how difficult everyday activities can become. Without teeth, self-confidence can suffer and it becomes difficult to eat, speak and even smile. Often, patients choose dentures as a tooth replacement option, allowing them to have a more natural appearance and improved bite.
A common concern for those interested in receiving dental implants is the amount of bone volume within the jaw. A proper amount of bone must be present in order to successfully place a dental implant within the jaw, but it is oftentimes lost due to missing teeth or gum disease. Since the bone will not grow back on its own, we offer effective bone grafting treatments to help patients return to a healthy oral state. Bone grafting is commonly performed in preparation for dental implants or immediately following a tooth extraction.

So happy I found this dentist. He is honest, skilled, kind and even funny. I have an amazing new smile thanks to him. As much as no one likes being at the dentist I generally find myself laughing in his chair at least once per visit.! His in house oral Surgeon Dr. Lan (please correct my spelling) is also so kind and skilled. He even called personally to check up on me after my procedure. It's the little things like that you remember. The whole staff is so friendly and amazing. From the front desk to the dental assistants. TOP NOTCH!

Dr. Samiei has a great reputation, but we couldn't see him for many years due to obscure out-of-state insurance. Once our insurance changed we switched over. We're happy we did! High points: - Excellent staff: friendly, positive, accommodating - Apt reminders by text (crucial for me) - Clean, high tech office environment - WONDERFUL with kids and anxiety On this last point: my child was nervous about having their first cavities filled. (Really nervous.
Anxiety began weeks before the appointment. Asking the same questions over and over, and to multiple adults.) Once in the chair, they still had a million questions. Dr. Samiei and his staff answered each one patiently. He allowed my child agency to ease their nerves (counting down to the Novocain shot, deciding on hand signals in case a break was needed, etc.).
The appointment took longer than necessary due to all the questions, but never once did they rush. My child left happy and relieved. Can't recommend them enough, especially if you or your child experience anxiety at the dentist.

I have worked in the Dental field for many years. Recently I took a position outside of the private practice. Suddenly I had to find a dentist. My first choice was Dr Samiei not only because in my experience he is the best around in his field but because of his character and integrity. I can't say enough about Dr. Samiei and his staff. Everyone here is warm and welcoming. The women at reception are wonderful. My whole family is going to this office, and everyone is very happy with the care provided. The office is impeccably clean and has the most state of the art equipment. Thank you Dr. Samiei for making dental care not suck!

I lived 5 years in Boston when i was a student and i had the opportunity to have a Dr. Samiei as my dentist in those 5 years! He is such a good dentist i was so happy until i moved to Las Vegas. but next spring i will go over to Glouscester just to have to molars implants i couldnt be in a better hands that Dr. Samiei.

On the initial visit for both my wife and myself, it was recommended that we each have several of our fillings replaced. Other dentists we saw subsequently felt this would be unnecessary and potentially harmful. While my wife continues to use his practice, I do not as I feel it is difficult to know if decisions are being made in my health interest or his financial interest. I agree that the office staff is very nice.

I drive 45 minutes to get to my dentist, because he's the best. Dr. Samiei is very knowledgeable, high tech (I'm still very impressed with the onlays) and very friendly. He makes sure his patients don't feel any pain and he makes them keep coming back. The receptionists are VERY friendly and nice. My hygienist, Caitlin is awesome. I always ask for her.
