They're amazing! Dr. Florian and his team are the best in the Cleveland area and I highly recommend everyone to go here. If you need any type of work done don't think twice, just schedule the appointment. He makes sure you're comfortable through every step of the way and he's done a great job explaining step by step what I needed. They use modern technology and I was able to see everything that needed to be fixed.

I had a lot of work that needed to be done and not once was I uncomfortable. Dr. Florian and his team are really professional and treated me like family. They will take care of you.

I went to Dr Florian for the first time today. I was very impressed. The cleaning was awesome, thank you Shari. I have a follow up appointment soon for some needed dental work to repair my previous dentist poor service.

I went to a dentist prior that absolutely ruined my experience. I was hesitant and nervous to try a new dentist, but I decided with all the positive reviews that Dr. Florian's service has, it was worth a shot. I am profoundly grateful to him and his staff for the wonderful work they do and service they provide. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone, they are wonderful. They truly care about the patient and want them to have a peaceful experience.

Dr. Daniel Florian is a great dentist. He communicates well with all ages, and always makes his patients feel heard. He is very professional and listens to any worry you have. His office has a great staff. The office is also very clean. I definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Florian is amazing! I am very pleased with the outcome of my Invisalign and Zoom whiting treatment, that I recently completed with Dr Florian. As an older adult some people questioned my decision to get Invisalign. Dr Florian supported my decision, and he was confident that it would not only improve my smile for cosmetic reason but also a good thing to do from a dental health perspective.

After the treatment was completed Dr Florian did some minor cosmetic work to lengthen some teeth that, through the years of crowding, had not grown evenly. He matched the color and shaped the teeth perfectly. The office staff was always personable and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Florian.

Best dentist I've been to. He really makes you feel comfortable even when he's drilling into your teeth. Very thorough and will answer any questions you have. I feel very comfortable when he's working on my mouth. Plus, he really pushes flossing which I've learned is more important than I thought compared to other dentists I've been too who mainly push only brushing. Dr. Florian and his dental assistants are the best you could ask for. I highly recommend Royalton Dental Associates.

A few years back, our previous dentist who was a long term family friend, retired. We just loved him as he provided exceptional care. I was very nervous to find a new dentist who would measure up. I thoroughly researched dentists and decided on Dr. Florian and am so glad we did! We've been coming to Dr. Florian for several years now and have received exceptional care.

Even though my son moved to Oklahoma, he still prefers to wait until he's in town on visits to go to Dr. Florian. Elena, our hygienist does a wonderful job. Over the course of several years, we have had cavities filled, caps, and have gotten referrals for a root canal and wisdom teeth extractions too. As a result, I feel I speak from a great deal of patient experience when I say Dr. Florian and his staff are top notch and would highly recommend them.

Excellent dental clinic in North Royalton. Me and my family members have been regularly going there, not just for basic dental cleanings but also for other issues like teeth fillings and placement of bridges. The treatment we received from the doctor and his staff are outstanding and I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Dr. Florian and Dr. Ghobrial are more than amazing in many ways. Feeling patients is the most significant trait that distinguish doctors. This is what we experienced with Dr. Florian and Dr. Ghobrial. According to Dr. Florian, "I will treat you as I treat any of my family members." The attitude is as important as cleverness, capability, and experience.

Their positive attitude brought comfort that defeated the fear and the anxiety of going to dentists' offices. The front desk staff members are so friendly and professional. The place is clean and organized. Since we decided to see Dr. Florian, and we feel that we are in trusted hands. Hands that are gifted. Thank you Dr. Ghobrial for recommending Dr. Florian. I came across Dr. Florian's office after my previous dentist sold his practice in Seven Hills and I didn't care for the one that took over. I have been in twice now and have had a great experience with Dr. Florian and his staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they make you feel very comfortable (as comfortable as you can be at the dentist!)

I would recommend this office as a Dr, but as a business it is horrible. I called at least 3 weeks ahead and made an appointment, and stressed I did NOT want to pay anything out of pocket. I was already scheduled with my own dentist in Jan for some fillings, but was under the impression I had a cleaning left to get before the end of the year, and my regular dentist couldn't get me in.

I was assured over and over prior to the visit they would clear it with my insurance. When I got there, they said they couldn't get through to the insurance company because the computers were down. I again stressed I DID NOT WANT ANY OUT OF POCKET COSTS. They told me if the insurance didn't cover the xrays, they would not charge me, but that yes, my insurance allowed two cleanings a year.

So of course, after the visit, I got a bill for over $250.00. I called immediately and spoke with Alyssa, who told me that they would remove the xrays but the cleaning I had to pay. I told her, "I told you I did not want any out of pocket costs. If my insurance wasn't going to cover it, I would have walked out. YOUR OFFICE told me not to worry about it.

I even called ahead so you could clear it WAY before my appointment!" She replied "Your file shows the insurance wasn't called until that day." How is that MY fault? They are supposed to be the professionals, and I could not have been more clear I was NOT going to pay out of pocket. She said she would speak to the doctor and get back to me. Well, today I got another bill (with the xrays removed), but Alyssa has never called me back.

What horrible customer service. So guess what? I will pay the bill, because my credit is too good to ruin, but I will make sure I cost them at least that and then some through bad word of mouth. Totally unprofessional behavior, and I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE EVER. Hope it was worth the hundred bucks, because I was looking to change dentists, and guess what? Even though the Dr and hygienist were great, it won't be to this place.

I came here after a dental dry spell of more years than I care to admit. I was very impressed from the start with how well I was treated by all the staff here, from reception, to hygiene, to the dentist himself. I cannot say anything bad about my experiences here. They make you feel welcome, and address things if you have fears of the dentist, which I do. I've also never been to a dentist who was able to inject Novocaine without any pain at all. Highly recommend!
