Dr. Sullivan has been the best orthodontist! She and her staff are always extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and understand the next step we're taking with my children's teeth. I highly recommend bringing your kids to Dr. Sullivan and her team!

Highly skilled, excellent team who are also very customer focused. I just finished my Invisalign treatment plan to correct an out-bite. My top and bottom teeth have never been able to touch (even after braces in middle school) and now I can bite down and chew like a normal human :) 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Great experience, wonderful staff, clean office. So glad we went here for my sons braces. They made him feel so comfortable and overall they are just awesome here.

I took my nervous 8-year old daughter for her first orthodontic exam and she loved the bright, fun atmosphere and super friendly staff. They even had her name on a chalkboard welcoming her as a new patient. As a parent, I enjoyed the streamlined functions of the check-in and evaluation. Dr. Sullivan had a positive attitude with my daughter and offered a reasonable plan of care related to her current needs. Bravo!

Very unprofessional. Every single time I went to a checkup on my braces they have done something wrong. For example, one day they didn't put new rubber bands on after taking the old ones off, which caused me to miss an important AP test as I had to go back to get the new bands on that they completely neglected to put on. Employees are also far from efficient.

While getting a braces checkup, the lady working on my braces would stop whatever she was doing to talk to her colleague about taco bell instead of doing her job. Overall, very unprofessional. (Name is a pseudonym)

Dr. Sullivan and her staff are amazing! They are professional, explain everything and they are all so friendly! My daughter actually got her braces off today and it was sad leaving knowing we would not be seeing them until her follow up in five months. I highly recommend them!

We had a great first experience at this office. I was impressed at how Dr. Sullivan interacted with my daughter and really talked to her on her level. She came in very anxious and apprehensive and left saying that she loved that doctor. Thank you for making this experience great for all of us from start to finish, The whole staff at this office is great and professional.

Dr Sullivan and her staff are wonderful. My son was very happy with his experience. Whenever he needed an emergency appointment they would try their best to schedule him. Very cooperative. I would definitely recommend them.

I love Sullivan Orthodontics. They have been nothing but phenomenal with my care. My case is a difficult one due to tons of crowding and me being "older" but I am so happy with how my teeth are turning out. They are flexible with scheduling and everyone in the office is awesome. Dr Sullivan is so so nice and always keeps me updated on my plan of care. I would recommend them to anyone who needs braces. I have not been disappointed.

Dr. Sullivan's office has been a wonderful experience for our family! They are very professional and friendly. We always felt comfortable and welcome at the office. We were always seen in a timely fashion and were very accommodating with appointments. I have worked in the dental field for 15+ years and I think they have a wonderful office. My daughter "shopped around" for an orthodontist. After leaving Dr. Sullivan's office she knew that Dr. Sullivan was the best pick! Everyone in the office is inviting, warm and friendly. Dr. Sullivan and her whole staff make you feel like so much more than a patient or client. My daughter's braces just came off, and her smile is simply perfect. My other two children will be in her office soon. This office is the BEST!

Dr. Sullivan and the whole staff are always very friendly and helpful every time we are there. I have 2 children with braces and have been more than happy with the process so far. They have a way of making the whole family feel like "family" even if they aren't the patient. Infact, my one doesn't need braces, but keeps begging because they make it look and feel so special! Here's my opinion. I tried to schedule an appointment with this practice and the people who answer the phones were bullies. I had a simple question -- how much would a specific treatment cost. Instead of providing me (the customer) with a cost they mandated that I take several hours out of my day to come in "so we can see you". When pressed as to what that would accomplish they repeated over and over again "we need to see you, we need to see you".they would not explain to me exactly what they needed to see me for.

I explained that I would need to know what I was being charged before I came in and they refused to tell me. They seemed to assume that they already had my business. It was very uncomfortable to me.patients are customers and deserve to be treated as such. I don't like to write negative reviews but I'll pass on this one.
