The secretary was very rude I made and appointment that got mess up and asked why they didn't call to verify the insurance coverage. She said they did with an attitude and asked if I wanted to reschedule. At this point i said I don't seem to have a choice and asked what number she had in file as my contact information. She got even more rude and told me not to pacifier and that she was going to hang up. Very disrespectful the staff with no accountability nor customers service.

Dr. Herberger has been the orthodontist for 2 of my grand children and I have always wanted to have my teeth straightened so I decided to allow him to do so. Dr. Herberger is the ONLY Orthodontist that will touch my kids! He would not do anything to my kids that he would not do to his own. He is 100% motivated by what is best for his patience. I have trusted him with all three of my children and my wife and I are completely satisfied. His pricing was competitive, but honestly, that did not matter. Dr. Herberger IS the best Orthodontist in Lorain County, Period!
