Darby Creek did an exceptional job with my care yesterday. They did not rush through my exam or cleaning, they went above and beyond to check everything with my teeth. They informed me I didn't have cavities when another dental office said I did! They did fantastic with my son's dental work as well. Cosmetically they fixed his teeth before they were ruined for good.
Can't wait to get my 2 girls in to see them. Highly recommend them to anyone. Dr Budendorf is an exceptional dentist! I need to give a shout out to Marna as well she was fantastic the whole visit and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Fantastic Job!

When going to Darby Creek Dental, I had a lot of major dental work needed. My initial experience was great but my subsequent experiences have been horrible. One of the dentist installed a bridge on my lower bottom left side but the bridge had a gap which allows food to get in between the bridge and my gums. I continue to get sore spots on my gums and had an infection.
I've mentioned this twice to the dentist which he disregarded. The same dentist is working on another bridge on my right side. During this procedure, he forgot to remove an old crown and almost sent me on my way until I caught it before I left. The new bridge was installed but the teeth are crooked and have turned gray. When I bright it to the dentist's attention, he debated with me.
I had get firm with him and say this is not what I paid for. A new crown that's also a part of that same procedure was the wrong size and had to be redone. They think it belongs to another patient. All of these procedures have costs nearly $10k. Yesterday I had to have the new right side bridge cut out, & temporary teeth installed yet again. I had to reschedule one of my dental appointments due to a work issue and even though all of these subsequent appointments are due to their errors, I was warned I will be charged if I reschedule again inside of 24 hours. I will never go there again once this final work is done.

The Best dental office I've ever experienced! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Not to mention very professional! Dr. Budendorf and Marna always make me feel comfortable and go out of their way to do what they can to help make sure my teeth stay healthy & that my dental appliances are in good working order.
