I've been going to Wilson &Wilson for about 12 yrs now, the ladies working are always Friendly and Helpful. As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile at the front desk. The hygienist gives you a very thorough and painless experience. I actually enjoy when its time to get my teeth cleaned. Thank you Wilson team keep up the good work!

After switching insurance providers, I called to ensure they would still accept the new insurance and were in network. I was originally told yes, which was bad information. I started receiving large bills for basic cleanings. My husband went in for a cleaning before we caught on on and he paid off the balance at that time. They continued to send bills even after that.

The process was very confusing and we assumed the last bill was a mistake. Months later, I found a new dentist because clearly there was an issue, and needed my records transferred. A very aggressive receptionist threatened to withhold records until we paid the last $150. She followed up two days later, after I already said we would pay it, to then threaten us with small claims court! (Over $150). They seem ill-informed about basic insurance/billing procedures and handled their own bad information very poorly.

I love my new teeth! After years of discomfort and being hesitant to smile I finally got them fixed. The doctors came up with a solid treatment plan and were understanding of my concerns. They ran on time and things never felt rushed either. Great office.

Finally was able to get my teeth fixed with proper care! Super kind staff, clean environment and give helpful information!

They may do acceptable work for some. However not for me. Is it normal to not numb a tooth before installing crown? No no it's not! Yeah that was painful. The crown didn't work the root canal they referred me to didn't work. But they still want their $60 some dollars. Threatened to send me to collections. I would never refer anyone to this place period. 20 yr cust gone!

Super office with a great staff! Doctors are really compassionate and informative as well. I've never really liked going to the dentist in the past. I'm a new patient at their office and yesterday I surprised myself by actually thinking that I enjoyed my dental visit! The cherry on top is that they are great with kids too!

I'm a newer patient here, the staff is friendly and Dr. Wilson was great in getting me set up with a bite guard for my teeth grinding habit.

The staff on this office is very rude! I desperately tried to make an appointment and was denied because I asked if my medical records could be transferred from another dentist. They have so many patients that they don't care if you lose you or how they talk to you.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at ease. Dr Wilson was awesome, highly recommend her and the whole practice.

I've never been a fan of the dentist. It had been nearly a decade since my last visit and I had a crown fall off right before a three week vacation! W&W got me right in, the same day, without ever having seen me as a patient before. They work with my schedule and are aware of financial constraints, helping me make a prioritized plan of what to fix first.

All staff I've encountered are very friendly and happy. Have had both Dr's work on me and they are both fabulous! They are eager to answer any questions you have and calm any nerves. I absolutely LOVE that they talk their way through everything. Knowing what to expect throughout each step helps calm my nerves. SO glad I was referred to their office!
