Love, love, love Dr. Cadorette and her staff. Brittany from McBain is back in the office, and I got to meet Dr. Ball for the first time. They always care about me and my teeth and I really appreciate them.

I can't rave enough about the quality care my entire family has received here (husband & two children, ages 3 and 6, and myself). Quality care - delivered by quality people. Everyone we have encountered here has been compassionate, knowledgeable and child-oriented. This is an *excellent* dental office for your little ones. I'm so glad this is our dentist!

I brought my 13 year old son in on an emergency basis. He had 4 teeth knocked out in a hockey game and our dentist unfortunately had COVID so she sent us to Heather's office. We were blown away by the care and attention we received. They got my son in right away and did 4.5 hours of work to make sure he was comfortable and confident to move forward. They stayed hours after their office closed to attend to him. We are forever grateful for their service, skills and expertise. My son has his beautiful smile back.

Omg! I've been in soooo much pain from TMJ. I went and had botox injections this morning @ 9am.not sure they would work. It's now 431pm and I noticed I have NOT clenched my teeth! Its the first time I have NOT had muscle pain in my jaw! Thank you Dr. Heather!

Very friendly and professional staff all around and the best facilities I've seen at a dentist's office. Every appointment has been very pleasant and efficient and I'm very satisfied with the care I've received. Today I had an old filling break and was able to get an appointment within 2 hours and had it fixed the same day. I would very much recommend this office to friends and family.

I'm always super anxious about my dental visit. Katie was my hygienist today and she was a rock star! Her conversation and interest in my life calmed me immediately. I felt she cleaned my teeth carefully yet quickly which was a huge plus. All around great visit due to Katie!

This is the best dentist I have ever used. The team at Dr. Heather Cadorette's office are some of the nicest people and they are extremely thorough with everything they do. The experience here has been wonderful and they have all been very accommodating for any urgent matters we have had. I can't say enough good things about this dentist office.

I can not express how much I appreciate this office! They were so helpful with getting my son in at a moments notice and he wasn't even a patient : they made sure he was taken care of before he left town for a an extended trip. They were able to make arrangements for four appointments that were last minute. They are very professional, helpful, and able to make room in their calendar when his own dentist that he has gone to for 10 years was not able to. Thank you for everything!

The staff was nice but once dr. Cadorette split with her old partner we would get random bills in the mail for stuff we didn't even know we owed

I have been receiving dental care from this office for over 20 years and have always felt that the staff was caring, well trained and meticulous. Yesterday I had exceptional care from Heather, the Dental Assistant, who crafted a new nightguard for me. I have worn a nightguard for over 35 years and never has someone cared to take the time and had the expertise to make sure it fit properly.

This morning I woke up after having the best night's sleep in a very long time! I can tell that she really loves what she does, and has the patience to go back and forth making micro-adjustments until she (and I) was happy with it. Thank you so much!

Been seeing the doctors at this office for a few years now and so very thankful for the switch. This office is able to provide additional dental procedures and items immediately instead of waiting. That'll be a bonus one day. But for the big news - I HATE having fillings done. This week I needed to have old fillings drilled out and new ones put in. Didn't matter.

I wasn't looking forward to it because I never get numb enough and the shots always hurt for days after. Not this time! They used numbing gel before the shot. So I felt nothing but pressure. Then when the drilling started they were done with 2 of the 4 teeth before I even thought they'd done much of anything. I literally felt nothing and that's never happened - ever.

So I get through the drilling and filling without a worry and am 100% positive that once the novacain wears off there will be days of deep pain where the injections happened. NOPE! Next day and still no pain. Nothing. I cannot believe it and am no longer anxious about having the other 3 done. They're also brilliant at doing the teeth and gum checks. I've had horribly painful checks in the past and when it's done here - so easy and pain free. Love this place and love all the staff - just wonderful all the way around.

Not really sure what to say. They were and always are amazing. Dr ball and I believe her name was Sarah helped me through getting my first cavities taken care of. They both were so amazing I barely felt the numbing and they kept me comfy and relaxed. This is the place to go!

My cousin is a dental hygienist and warned me about shady practices that are just trying to pay for their new lake house or fancy car, but never ran into one until this place. I went here when I first moved to Rockford and want to warn people to not fall for their schemes. Each visit all the dental hygienists and dentists would try to tell me that both my kid and I had lots of cavities and really emphasize that we needed to take care of them right away or else.

Never been to an office so dramatic. I've also never had a cavity my entire life and neither did my kid. After the 2nd visit I got sick of their nagging which seemed borderline threatening so went to a new dentist. Low and behold neither my son nor I had cavities. Been going to the new office for over a few years now and still no cavities. Wow, be careful and always get a 2nd opinion.

Our family loves Dr Cadorette and her staff. Not only do they offer same day crowns, Dr. Heather is also certified through the AAFE to administer BOTOX, which many patients use for TMJ jaw pain, as well as take home sleep studies to determine what appliance is best for clenching and grinding. This office is truly top notch!

My husband and I have both been going to Dr. Cadorette for about 4 years I think, since we moved into Rockford. I've been really happy with their office since my first visit! I've seen a few of the hygienists, but normally I schedule with Brittany. She is so sweet, and we have a great time every appointment. We just laugh about everything, and it makes it so enjoyable. Plus, she's not too rough with the scrapers or floss, which definitely helps.

And if I have any dental concerns or questions she is really knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. The office is nice, clean, and comfortable. They have a good sized waiting area. All the employees are really friendly. Dr. Heather is really nice as well, and I feel like she actually remembers me when I come in, which is nice. They offer a lot of cosmetic dentistry as well, which I haven't done yet, but hope to try the whitening trays this year. Bonus: the lip balms in the post-cleaning goody bags are so good!
