Duncan was warm, professional and talented and I came away with a set of lovely teeth that make me proud to smile. Swati was also a kind and efficient assistant, as were the women at the front desk (Heather & Melanie) and Francine in billing; all worked in tandem to provide a pleasant and satisfying experience.

I had both upper/lower dentures made with A One Day Dentures. They look nice in but are not functional. I can not eat with them, I returned several times for re-linings, they could not get them right. I am in the process of purchasing another set of dentures from another dentist. They constantly kept mentioning implants. I actually considered getting implants with them.

I decided not to, if they can't get my dentures to fit correctly after paying $3000, I don't feel that I can trust them to do a $20,000 procedure. The staff and Dr. Duncan were pleasant, they make you feel comfortable.

This was a horrible experience from the front desk staff to the dentist himself. With the exception of the dental assistants, who were exceptional, the rest were very rude and unprofessional. I experienced being talked about right outside my dental bay by my dentist to his staff as if I was deaf or something. Don't have a problem with your dentures or fitting, or ask a question. You will pay for asking and having a problem. While I wanted to support, I truly regret I did.

Went in for a broken metal clasp. They looked all in my mouth, gave me an xray and then said they couldn't fix the clasp. You knew that before it cost me $77. A RIP OFF OFFICE.

I have been a patient here for more than seven years. I have always been impressed with the punctual service time. As a business owner, my time is valuable. I detest getting injections; however, Dr. Duncan has a unique, exotic method of numbing that makes it tolerable. His support staff is competent and friendly. The facility is clean and well mantained. Covid protocol is followed.

Very bad I payed $500 for what I was supposed to be put to sleep for but didn't when I told the dentist he told me after he already took 2 of my teeth out that I could have my money back and I could leave. Very professional huh. but what do you expect coming from Detroit Michigan

My wife used to work here and she had nothing but horror stories! She said the dentist is mean and very inconsiderate. In regards to teeth, she refused to even get free services from them because she didn't feel they were clean enough

I cannot say enough good things about our experience today at A 1 Day! 3 years ago, my Mom had a horrible time with Aspen Dental which cost her over $5000 and her Dentures never fit. This was the exact opposite experience we had today with A1 Day Dentures. The incredible ladies at A 1 put her at ease and explained everything before they did it. The Doctor was very caring, gentle and had such a pleasant personality! Everyone was friendly, professional and excellent at their craft. My Mom's Dentures turned out beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you all for a job well done!

Worst dentist office I've ever been to. Rude staff, rude dentist with zero compassion or empathy. I got my dentures done here and it was a complete nightmare. They refused meds that I was told I'd have administered at the beginning of the pulling, and he broke many of my teeth while pulling which resulted in me having glass-like shards of my teeth emerging from my gums for a year after the pulling.

My dentures didn't fit well from day one, when I called for an adjustment they wanted to charge me an insane amount of money and were rude, so I ended up going somewhere else to get them adjusted. DON'T GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

I went to The Southfield location. They don't actually open until 9 although they advertise 8. I needed a partial replacement. It literally took about 9 hours. They made a bottom instead of a top. The final partial hurt like hell. I had it adjusted a few times. It still hurts to chew on it after about 3 months. Vivian gives you the hard sell to finance more dental work. Dr. Duncan is good but overbooked. Got sick of the chick taking impressions when she wanted to do a 3rd one. Very annoying. Needs training. Moving on.

Alhough the staff was very friendly and the hygienist, Pam, was very thorough and professional, I cannot believe I went to a dentist appointment and the dentist was not even in the clinic! I asked the hygienist if I will be seeing the dentist and was told he's not there. Are you kidding me? If thats not enough, then another lady kept coming in asking if she's done yet?.Really? You'll know she's done when she's not working on my teeth! Very very unprofessional way to run a business. With all the dentists around the area, no way I will be returning here. This was my first and last appointment here.

Bad experience! Had teeth pulled for partials the numbing medicine would not work continued to give me shots than as if didn't know what I was talking about she went to pull my teeth while I was trying to tell her n tears I feel it I feel it. Never going back. My mom went shortly after me and experienced the same thing. I don't know if its the medicine they use or just Dr. But my son had the same experience up stairs from them. My family is completely done with A1 dental and Dental inc.

I went to A One Day Dentures about 6-7 months ago because I needed a partial or so I thought. They took an x-ray and pulled a tooth and gave me a partial that didn't fit, it hurt like heck so they then made me a 2nd partial that does not fit right either. They charged me $1900 cash for this. Yesterday I went to my regular dentist for a cleaning and he said I can not believe they sold you a partial your teeth are not worth saving you need dentures.

I could have gotten a whole upper plate with getting all my teeth pulled for less than the $1900 they charged me. They also charged me for pulling a bottom tooth which was not pulled and I asked for my money back because I no longer trust this company and they are giving me the run around. They charged me $159 to pull this tooth and my dentist will pull it for $84. I originally came here because my friend referred them to me. Well I can tell you that I will NOT be referring them!

They put dentures in my mouth supposed to be one day dentures. It is a total rip off. They do poor work. I had the dentures adjusted 27 times. In 6 months, they left bone in my mouth and sores on my gums whats worst the dentures have an over bite and they re discolored. They never fit it was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Luckily i was able to get a refund and able to go to a great dentist. They suck and should be closed down

When I made my elderly fathers apptI asked them if they took straight Medicaid. when we arrived they took a xray and examined his mouth for dentures. then after they served us a bill and said I was mis-informed and they do not take Medicaid. she then tried to get us to sign up for a loan. the office is money hungry and do not care more about your wellbeing. they treat you depending on what type of insurance you have.

I work in health care and I have never had a worst experience. if you are looking for an office to go above and beyond, this is NOT the office to go to. I just wanted to give my dad who was diagnosed with cancer a set of teeth and all they talked about was money and had the nerve to be nasty about it.

This place USED TO BE terrible, until they changed ownership. Now it's MUCH better than it was before. The people there are very nice, and my only complaint would be that they do not offer nitrous oxide gas. They do numb you up with Novocaine pretty good, but other than that, the only option they have for anesthetic is an oral one, a pill that takes time to kick-in, and also costs $200 out of pocket.

I really wish they would offer the gas for patients like me who have had bad experiences in the past, so I sometimes have panic attacks. Basically, for being a cheap place that accepts medicaid, they are friendly and their facilities are clean. Again, the ONLY complaint I have is they don't offer the gas, but they do a very good job of numbing you up with the Novocaine.

For the person below me. It is NORMAL for things to change after they do an exam. They estimate what they tell you on the phone based on what you say, but if you get there and your teeth are worse, then things change.
