They always do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The Doctors are the most excellent at what they do as well! The whole office was fantastic! I had severe tooth pain like I had never experienced before & my dentist wasn't available. I called Smilemakers at 7 am when they opened because I had been unable to sleep due to the level of pain. They got me in right away! Which was amazing because I was a new patient. When I arrived Shayna & Dr. Kerwin told me I needed a root canal & a new crown.

They took care of it right away & Dr. Kerwin took the time to explain everything that needed to be done based off of the xrays. He was very knowadgeable & patient answering all my questions. I have now found my new dentist & will not go anywhere else from now on. The level of care I received was amazing. I felt that everyone I interacted with truly cared about my tooth pain & wanted to fix it. Best of all I am pain free & can sleep & eat again. Would reccomend this office team to anyone looking for a caring experience. They are amazing!

I appreciate Dr Joel and Sam at HARTLAND Smilemakers and the rest of their team so much. They did an unexpected crown replacement for me today and it was so comfortable and painless. An amazing team of professionals! I am so grateful for them!

I don't think I can praise this office enough! Chris is awesome I have had some trouble over a holiday with a tooth he came into the office and fixed it, Ryan has done some work on my teeth also and has done an outstanding job, the hygienist are amazing as well, they are sociable fun GENTLE! And all staff are very compassionate. They even give you Lil balm to make you comfortable this in itself shows your attention to detail and compassion for your patients, I have recently been to the office and have had the pleasure to meet Joel the new dentist he is a great fit to the office and will blend with your staff well, over all I give different praises to different staff because I think I have had all of them work on me at some point or another and all have been great, our whole family has been here and they are awesome with our kids, they have a great dental office and also a great presence in out community and are involved with Hartland not just as a Buisness they do a lot of community support events through the year!'

Hartland Smile Makers came highly recommended by a friend at a moment of intense tooth pain. They got me in right away to help relieve me from pain on short notice due to me leaving on vacation in just a few days. The team is beyond friendly and attentive. Dr. McDaniel even texted me later to see how I was doing. They go out of their way to show they actually care about their patients and genuinely want to help and take care of what ails you as soon as possible. I couldn't be happier about find Smile Makers in a town where there seems to be a dental clinic every 500 ft for a stretch down M59 in Hartland.

The staff is all wonderful here! They are welcoming, friendly, and I always leave feeling informed, cared for, and scheduled for the next appointment. This past time, I asked about my two-year-old and they explained how they make sure kids have a great experience at the dentist with visits prior to their first dental appointment. I am excited about bringing my son with me next time!

We just had our first visit and I cannot say enough good things about this business and everyone there! I've already recommended them to a friend! I had to switch my young children from their pediatric dentist because they could no longer accept our insurance, and Hartland Smilemakers was recommended to me by several others so I decided to check them out.

My three year old has never been a fan of the dentist. Her visits only consisted of sitting in my lap as they checked her teeth and then did a quick brushing- not even the actual cleaning. She would cry and scream the entire time, but I figured it was a pediatric dentist and they specialized in children so it was the best it could be, right? Well today, she didn't even shed ONE tear.

Everyone there made my girls feel like stars, and like we've known them all for years. Super warm and friendly staff! They let my youngest watch her older sister get her X-rays and exam done, and then sit next to her and watch as they did the cleaning. She was only supposed to be there for what they called a "happy visit", but ended up actually sitting in the chair all by herself and get her very first real cleaning done, and willingly!

They were so good with her, told her she was the boss, showed everything to her and explained each step they would do; I was amazed at how well she did and how everyone interacted with both of them. So happy that we chose Hartland Smilemakers!
