We consider it an honor to care for your dental needs and greatly appreciate the trust you place in us to do so. Your first visit begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation. If you are moving into the area please ask your former dentist to send a copy of your records. The doctor will develop a comprehensive treatment plan to help you achieve the healthy smile you have always wanted.
During office hours, immediate attention will be given to your situation, and you will be seen as soon as possible. After office hours, please give the office a call and follow the instructions provided. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you are experiencing a serious or life threatening emergency, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.

Went to Dr. Nick on recommendation from a friend. He was terrific. He showed me close up pictures of my problem teeth. Esther the hygienist was fabulous. She was gentle and continuously asked me if I was feeling any pain. I am a baby when it comes to the dentist but they make it as painless as possible.

Dentist does great work however the billing is a mess. They made a $1,000 mistake on my Invisalign contract and expect me to pay for it. They have not submitted all claims to insurance and expect me to pay for it. I have the contract to prove the mistake plus a conversation with their billing person who admitted to the mistake yet claimed it is my responsibility.
They have not returned several phone calls over the last year regarding billing issues. Then they send me to claims. Completely irresponsible on the billing end. Such a a disappointment.

Cracked my molar and needed to find a dentist right away. I have been to many dentist and this office was OUTSTANDING! From the front desk Marissa to Courtney Dr. Nick assistant. She was so sweet and kind, it help me feel at ease. Also what a beautiful and cozy Atmosphere. Not like your typical cold, unpleasant office. Thank you so much for making it so pleasant.

My dentist of 35 years retired and I found Dr Nick and Dr Donna in Chester. From the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr Nick everything was a 10+! Excellent customer service and highly professional care in a beautiful and clean office. Staff were very welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend this dental group! The hygienist was amazing - gentle and thorough! I'm sold! Thank you for a stress free cleaning and warm introduction to your office

Being new to Chester it's always so hard to switch doctors and create new relationships. The team was unbelievable! Marissa is awesome! Maureen was amazing and Dr Nick was great! Such a pleasant surprise to be so pleased with a new doctor on the first visit. Will be back in a few weeks to visit Dr Donna!
