Since I don't have dental insurance and I am a loyal patient who goes to every 6 month cleaning Dr. Chang has a wonderful savings plan for folks like me. No lectures or pressure to use fluoride. My mom lost a cap from her tooth. She was a patient here and recently had a cleaning and an exam within the last year. She called because she was in pain. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful. She insisted my mom needed another cleaning and appointment even though she had already had one on file. She just wanted the cap fixed to get through the holidays because she was in so much pain.

The receptionist, Sarah, was so rude she even hung up on my mom. This was confirmed when my mom tried to call back and reach her. The other receptionist said Sarah had walked away. When she finally called back, she told my mom they couldnt get her in for 10 weeks. Outrageous! My 78 year old mom did not deserve this treatment.

This is the best dental care I have ever received. People often have the idea in their head that holistic is somehow less advanced that is not true at all. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist so much I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time at the dentist post Sars-Cov2 so I was a bit nervous not to mention I had never been to this dentist as I had moved to Snohomish just before the pandemic. In any case I was wonderfully surprised. I was greeted by my hygienist, Rita who was nothing short of amazing. She was gentle, professional and also explained everything so well.

She really helped in my understanding of dental hygiene steps that I could take which would improve my dental health. During our visit Dr. Chang came in to check on me and discuss my next appointment- he too was amazing; impressing me with his thoroughness and his approach to dentistry - it stuck me that he was saw the "art" in dentistry and I so appreciated our brief discussion. I can't tell you how grateful I am for having visited Live Well Dental. I would give them more stars if they were available.

Due to a job change, I tried to find a new dentist close to my new home. What a mistake! Traveling the extra miles to Dr. Chang is worth every minute. He and his staff are the best. Thank goodness they let me come back.

I love Dr Chang's natural approach, knowledge, and ability to explain things to me. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful and kind. You can tell everyone working here is passionate about helping clients.

Live Well has superior materials and a beautiful and clean interior with an air purifier which I appreciate. I moved, but still go here because it's 100% worth the drive! If you have the opportunity to go here -do it! :

What a wonderful place to receive dental care! It is such a peaceful environment with very skilled and personal staff, from reception to doctor. Rita, my hygienist, always takes great care to explain what and why she is doing each treatment and is very respectful of personal space. Dr. Chang is also very gentle and skilled, such that you hardly know he is doing an exam. Don't look anywhere else!

I was looking for an alternative to a root canal for my teen and Live Well Dental Center was the perfect place to go. Dr. Chang was very helpful and explained all the holistic options. We felt confident right away that he would take good care of us and keep my teen in top health. It was worth the longer drive and extra out of pocket cost to get the best care. Highly recommend!

Dr Chang has a very natural approach, never pushing unneeded procedures. He's right on top of the newest research in natural dentistry. I LOVE my hygienist, Laura. She is fantastic. I drive quite a distance to go here but I feel like I am visiting a great friend! Then I usually plan a bike ride on the Centennial trail and a lunch on the Snohomish river. What a fun day! I'm so glad I found this office!

Live Well's Staff is always professional and friendly with our whole family. My kids look forward to going to the dentist! Dr Chang is concerned about the whole patient, not just teeth. I am comfortable with their procedures and protocols and did not feel that those detracted from my treatment in any way.
