This review is not an exaggeration by any means. I trust Dr. Lo with my life. I used to have the worst experiences with dentist. I have probably tried over 30 dentists throughout my life. I'm not a difficult or picky patient by any means. The issues I had faced with dentists was 1) the feeling they gave me about my terrible quality teeth 2) the awful journey my tooth went through after said tooth was "fixed".

I have been visiting Dr. Lo for over 10 years. Every tooth Dr. Lo has fixed for me has been perfect since. His bedside manner is hands down the best I have experienced. His hygienists are fantastic. He is always up to date with technology and research. My teeth have never felt better or healthy. I can't say enough. If he has an opening and you're looking, I HIGHLY recommend

I've been a patient at Redmond Parc Square Dental for probably 20 years, and have been very happy with the service and care of everyone in the office. I'm never kept waiting, and everyone is so nice. They are even replacing my crown at no charge, because I currently don't have dental insurance. We moved from Redmond to Burlington 2 years ago, and are still driving down to Redmond for our dental care. Thanks Dr. Lo and team!

Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lo and his team for many years. Dr. Lo uses latest technologies to minimize discomfort and provide the best quality care, right down to warm bottled water for rinses. The team is always courteous and on time, I have never waited more than 2 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Two years ago we moved 70 miles North of Redmond and still travel to this office for our dental needs. We have always appreciated the dedication of this team to provide fantastic service! This dentist and his office are awesome. They all are professional yet friendly and seem to genuinely care about their patients. The office is bright, clean, and inviting and, best of all especially during COVID, sanitary! Definitely a great dentist office for the entire family!

I've been seeing Dr Lo as long for well over 10 years. He always takes the time to show interest in my welfare - and remembers what I've said from previous years! Dr Lo is a fantastic dentist. He makes sure you are comfortable and pain free before doing any procedures. He also makes sure you understand how best to take care of your teeth by being upfront and patient with his explanations. If you are someone who is stressed or fearful about having work done on your teeth, then you'll love working with him. He'll make you feel at ease.

I recently cracked a tooth in half and was told by another dentist it could not be saved. That the only option given to me was to do an extraction and later place an implant (costly, painful, a last resort). I was so overwhelmed, but I called Dr. Lo's emergency phone line over the weekend for a second opinion. Without ever meeting me, he consulted with me during his day off and got me into his office first thing on Monday morning. It's been a six week process, but he was able to do with other dentists said was impossible- HE SAVED MY TOOTH!

The crown is beautiful and I feel so grateful for finding my permanent dentist in a new area. He's an amazing dentist, the staff are kind, and his office is nice and clean! Highly recommend Dr. Lo to anyone looking for a dentist.

June 6, 2021 I started going to Dr. Lo, DDS the fall of 2015. He was so very kind, gentle and thorough. He has since remained that way every time I visit his office. My last visit was to fix a chipped front tooth (which he had worked on the last time I was there). There was no charge because of a guarantee for the work he had previously done in August of 2020. Dr. Lo would be the dentist I would definitely recommend to all who are seeking a thoughtful, caring and all round expert dentist.

I have never written such a bad rating on yelp but I feel I have to. I had a crown and filing treatment at this place. The staffs are friendly and fun but not as fun when they are chatting about something else during my entire treatment. They tried to get my teeth model for my crown, and we tried for 5 times to be able to get the perfect one. I got it its holiday season and we want to get a perfect one now so I don't have to come back for doing it again. but 5 times for the same thing?

The staff poured Peridex on my hair by accident. To make it up, she didn't offer another cup to rinse my mouth by the time I need it, but gave me a bottle in the end of the treatment. The left corner of my lips was dried out and started feeling hurt after 2.5 hours treatment. Well. they are really friendly and nice, but I doubt their professions by the way they acted.

Been going here since my son was 3. Dr. Lo is kind, gentle, smart, and a damn good guy. I recommend him for families. Will never leave this dentistry.

Long time I was looking for professional experienced dental office where their priority was not to only make money of you but rather care about your health first. Folks this is the place. I am a happy camper, I hope the Doctors and assistants here stay the same for long time.

Dr. Lo and his staff are great. I have been going to Redmond Parc Square Dental since I was very young. Dr. Lo took over for my previous dentist that was there and he hasn't dissapointed. I recommend this office to people of all ages.

I have come to be very picky about who I let poke around at my mouth and teeth. Moving back to New York state soon.only wish I could move this office there, as I am not looking forward to trying to find another dentist after being spoiled by this dentists expertise. The best dental clinic in Greater Seattle area. I found Dr. Lo by chance when moved here from San Antonio, TX in 2005. Initially I tried other dentists in the area, but then I realized that the first match can(!) be the best. Highly recommend for average or advanced dental work.

I have been going to Redmond Parc Square Dental for 15 years and can't say enough good things about them! Karen, my regular hygienist, is amazing. She's fast, efficient, and gentle but effective (her cleanings feel good!). The entire office is friendly, approachable, and welcoming. They don't "try too hard" by offering fancy gimmicks to entertain me, and they never try to "up-sell" me on unnecessary dental work, but do offer realistic guidance on how to to best utilize my insurance benefits. They transformed my smile in these 15 years! If I ever move away from the area, I can't imagine finding another dentist office like RPSD!
