Renton Denture Clinic

My uncle came here and was turned away because he spoke Spanish. Interpreting services weren't offered, they simply turned him away and told him to come back with someone who spoke English. He walked MILES for his visit. Was the language barrier not clarified it'd be an issue when the appointment was made? In 2022, a healthcare facility doesn't have interprering available? Odd. Needs to be fixed!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. In 2022, why is it that a clinic in a very diverse city, let alone STATE not have interpreting services for their patients?! At least Spanish! You turned a patient away because they didn't speak English? Didn't even offer or care to get him help? GARBAGEEEE. It is mandatory in this time of age that these resources be available for QUALITY patient care.

And Nancy? Their front desk lady, needs better training on QUALITY care, compassion, and empathy! You don't belong in healthcare if you lack the bare minimum qualifications. Choose a different career path, clearly the simplest of tasks is too much for you to handle.

I scheduled an appointment three weeks before the scheduled day. Based on my mom's referral, I scheduled the appointment for her temporary denture replacement. However, on the day of our appointment, we were told they don't see patient without insurance. I was upset and requested if they can see us and we pay out of pocket for everything ( which I anticipated), they said they still can't see us due to their policy with the state.

My complain is not due to this only, they simply didn't mention this at the time of scheduling the appointment and instead expected me to have it checked with them at that time. I felt like it was a complete waste of time to wait for three weeks just to find out that they don't take patient without insurance even if they are willing to pay out of pocket.

It sucks! Please be professional and if you expect your patience to show up when they schedule an app with you guys, do the same and be apologetic and don't show attitude instead! Will never recommend my other patients or people I know of to this clinic!

My upper teeth consisted of a broken bridge and lost crown. It was a complicated mess. I knew for years one day I would need dentures someday and dreaded the thought of it. This last Wednesday I had all my upper teeth and bridge removed. It was all done with a local anethestic and I felt no pain at all. Dr Carlson the oral surgeon is super with his technique and chairside manner.

I had some discomfort the evening after but it was relieved easily with the prescribed oxy codone and Aleve. Morning after all I needed was the Aleve. The staff are all very personable and very helpful with any concerns. I would give them more stars than the provided 5. Thank you Renton Denture Clinic for giving me an easy, relative painless experience.

These doctors are the nicest! The staff is second to none! Awesome practice! Great standard of care!

I wish I could give them a 10 star! It really cannot get any better than this. From the initial panicked phone call that I made, I received the most wonderful care. I spoke with Nancy, who in no exaggeration, changed my life. I do not have dental insurance and have literally put off my dentures for 14 years. That was until my dog ate one :( Nancy found a way for me to be able to afford the new absolutely stunning top of the notch dentures.

I love this lady! Dr. Andrews was the most gentle, warm and personable dentist, actual human being, that I have met in a very long time (Not hard on the eyes either lol). Every single person on that staff was beyond fabulous and I honestly will miss seeing them. Do whatever it takes to have your dentures done here! I am just trying to pay some goodness forward to you :)

Amazing! Dr Scott made me feel there was hope came in crying and embarrassed walked out feeling i had hope and could stop wearing my mask that i have had to wear the last 2 months because of very horrible experience with my previous dentist the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you matter.

I recently had a set of dentures made by Dr. Andrews and the process was absolutely wonderful. The dentures were molded, measured and completed within a three week period. The procedure was flawless and the dentures look and feel great. I have a beautiful smile and if I ever need other services I will return to Renton Denture Clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Andrews and his staff, they are caring and very skilled.

Dr. Andrews is awesome. so friendly and easy-going. He came to my home, as I am disabled and was unable to go to the clinic. He was able to examine and fit me, all within 3 visits! I highly recommend him.

I recently had dentures made by Dr. Andrews. He made several home visits and he and his assistant Tammy and Robert were great to work with. I ended up with the nicest dentures, everyone compliments me on them, and they fit very well. I would highly recommend him.

This denture fits perfectly, is comfortable, looks natural, and the color matches my original teeth perfectly. It is prettier than my original teeth, and no one can even tell that it is a denture. Dr. Andrews is a "top notch" dentist with a long history of denture restoration, he keeps up on the latest techniques and procedures, answers all questions, and gives great advice on your care and treatment.

He follows up carefully on his patients, is caring, gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and a delight to have as my dentist. This has been an easy, painfree, transition for me, and I would recommend "Smile Seattle Dentures" and "Dr. Scott T.
