I highly recommend Dr Gin! I decided at the age of 54 to finally straighten my teeth. I was very nervous but Dr Gin answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with the decision to start Invisalign. I am completely done now and am so happy with my results. I thought they were great a couple of months ago but Dr Gin is a perfectionist and I am so happy she is!

I get so many compliments on my smile now! All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Chrissy who always made the extra effort to make me feel comfortable when I was nervous. Thanks to Dr Gin and all the staff!

They offer Invisalign or braces, for the same price. Go with braces, Invisalign here anyway, doesn't produce the same results, and no matter how many times you tell them that your kids teeth don't look as straight as they should be, they really don't care. I've seen several kids that got braces here they have decently straight teeth. My son who went through the Invisalign process needs more intervention, and we're getting them somewhere else, his teeth are nowhere near as straight as they should be. We are also leaving their dentistry practice, as customer service and appointment follow-through is really poor.

I went here from the age of 7-17 and always had terrible experiences. The front desk assistants are great, and most other works were fantastic but the acually quality of care was terrible. When I got my braces off for the first time they over scraped my enamel and I was left in so much pain. They ruined my trust in dentist and my comfort around doctors from a vary young age.

Can not recommend, I have many other friends and family who have had equally uncomfortable experiences with them. I have not gone to them in 3 years but I know two people who are currently going and still have bad experiences. Take my advice and really think hard before choosing this location. It might be for you but it definitely was not for me or my friends. Hopefully they will leave their own reviews soon with their own experiences but this was mine. Thanks for reading

I'm not the person to leave any reviews, but after my appointment with Michelle from the Naperville office, I feel the need to. I floss maybe twice a month. Needless to say, going to the dentist is always a painful experience. Through the entire appointment with Michelle I felt no pain. She was very precise in her attempts to avoid harming my gums while giving my gums the best clean I've ever had. Thank You.

I love the way everything is handled at Innovative Orthodontic Centers. Very organized. Staff are welcoming and friendly. It was fast & easy to get my son in for a consultation and a second appointment for his braces. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family. Buyer Beware! This is a bait and switch practice. My treatment was originally 18 months which ended up over 3 years. I was referred to this practice to see to see Dr Ibrahim for my treatment which I ended up seeing her maybe 3 times over the 3 years. (I have a family orthodontist I could have gone to as my fiance went to him but she came highly recommended).

Throughout my appointments I was continually treated like a child with my cheeks pinched calling me cutie when I would actually see her. I am an adult patient, I was never shown the respect of an adult. Each time at my visits I was never informed at the appointments what would transpire just hands in my mouth. Continually, I would hear the staff stumbling over my treatment needed.

No notes were put into my chart so the staff never understood what my appointments were suppose to be each time. I would have to tell the staff, "no, you're doing something you did last time". I had multiple appointments that the staff would ask me why I was there and what I needed done after they are the ones who made my appointment. I had at least four appointments where I came in for an appointment or to pick up my trays and I wasn't on their even schedule or they didn't have what I was there to pick up.

Each time I had the confirmation texts that were sent to me 24 hour before to which I confirmed only to show up and them tell me sorry go home. Who cares about my time or the hour car ride. After countless attempts during my treatment to reconcile my grievances with not only the managers (Angelis) and Dr I herself, with no notes ever noted, I finally got a short response from Dr Ibrahim breezing over me and telling me she is sorry for my feelings.

I have emailed her twice since only to be ignored as I have asked for a refund due to my horrible experience. Unlike most other patients I paid in full before my treatment. So maybe because I wasn't paying every time I came in I was pushed aside. Think before you commit, and pay with caution.

Been going to Innovative Orthodontist for years. So far, 4 family members have/had the pleasure of receiving their services including me (got Invisaligns in my 40's). Some braces, some Invisalign. Always great service. Always accommodating and return calls promptly. They treat each other and everyone like family. Lots of long term staff which is a great sign. Highly recommend!

We were lucky to find this place three years ago for our family's needs what comes in keeping beautiful smiles. The office is very inviting and comfortable for all ages. The staff is group of exceptional human beings with understanding, care, friendliness and absolute masters of their field. Staff never rush to answer questions and always kindly waiting for you to make your mind about the treatment.

And if you decided to change something it is never a problem. My two daughters ages 8 and 11 love going to dentist or orthodontist appointments. We always feel welcome there and it is always a lovely experience!

Took both my son and daughter age 10 for a consultation for braces. I couldn't get over how beautiful the practice was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The kids were taken back for a full exam with the most current and innovative technology. When we met with Dr. Ibrahim she was so informative about each treatment my kids needed to have done to accomplish the perfect smile.

The technology they have is futuristic and informative it allows them to identify any problems. I was so very impressed. My kids were so comfortable with their treatment at the practice they wanted their braces put on that day. We can't wait to see the finish product but have 100% confidence in their ability. I highly recommend Innovative Orthodontic.

Innovative Orthodontic Centers provided me an exceptional experience. I had a very unique personal case and they handled it perfectly. After starting my Invisalign treatment, I accepted a position in Switzerland which I thought would complicate my 2 year treatment tremendously. I was pleased however with their level of communication, adaptability, and willingness to ship internationally to make sure I finished my treatment.

I love the results, I'm now waiting my final few trays and my retainer. I would certainly recommend them for any orthodontic needs. The staff is great, and Dr. I really knows her stuff.
