Got there half hour early was able to take me right away love that, professional courteous clean didn't take no time at all to get a new crown no pain great job

I've been coming to Dr. Young's office for a little over 4 years now and I feel very comfortable here. It was hard finding a new dentist after my childhood dentist retired, and I am glad I chose here. All the dental hygienists do a great job - they take their time, and I like that they check in to make sure you are doing okay during your cleaning.

The entire office is very clean - I was also pleasantly surprised by the high ceilings and all the windows - I like that because you don't feel claustrophobic when someone is very close to you/working in your mouth. Dr. Young is very kind and does a great job when you are having any procedures such as a filling done.

My recent appointment with Dr. Young was handled with the same efficiency and professionalism that I have experienced in his office over the years. My procedure started on time and was well done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Young.

I have been a patient of Dr. Young for just over a year. Having moved recently to the area I was hesitant and kind of nervous about choosing a new dentist, and researched for a long time. There are things that I am very particular about, and choosing a dentist and their dental hygienist that look after my teeth is one of them. This was my second appointment with Dr Young for a regular checkup and cleaning, and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Jessica the dental hygienist was wonderful and did a great job of cleaning my teeth. Thank you!

Dr. Young and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The office is meticulously clean. I feel I receive very good dental care there. I would highly recommend.

They hygienists are some of the most friendly and gently I've been to. They do a thorough job and are always on time with appointments. Dr. Young is professional and thorough. My family has been happy with their service for the past 7 years.

8.4.2020 Response: Thank you Dr Young for reminding me to update the facts. Based on the other reviews, there seams to be a common theme of unethical billing at your practice. The facts are simple, you refused to speak with me about the bill and threatened to send to collections. I (reluctantly) paid the bill in full and further pursued the issue through my insurance, Delta Dental. Delta Dental determined that you billed for the same surface more than once within a 12 month period and so you were NOT eligible to receive a 2nd reimbursement per the contract YOU signed with Delta Dental.

The insurance sent you several notices informing you that you were in breach of contract and to send a reimbursement check back to me. After you ignored the notices and did not send a refund, Delta Dental withheld the amount of my reimbursement from your current reimbursement schedule and sent me a check in FULL for the unethical and fraudulent billing charge.

BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE. My brother came in for a ROOT CANAL as per suggestion of another office. He made it evident to the dentist he needs a root canal but the dental office recommended giving him a cleaning and xrays even though he previously got xrays and that's how he knows he needs a root canal. After the cleaning the dentist said "we don't do root canals i'll refer you to someone else." They then proceeded to ask him for $230 dollars.

My brother said he has insurance, he told the receptionist when he made the appointment. After services were done they told him "we don't take your insurance you need to pay" If she had told him we don't take your insurance he would have looked for another dental office. They knowingly took him in and gave him services he DIDN'T NEED, all for the money.

This place is a scam. They didn't tell me my insurance didn't cover a simple cleaning. UNETHICAL BILLING! It is way overpriced and other reviews also say the same. I 100% do not recommended this place.

Dr. Young and his team are exceptionally good at what they do. There is a hygienist there named Alisha, (I think, Who is very sweet kind and quick, but quality results every time. The doctor is also incredible, very upbeat and approachable. When he did my 3 first three fillings I was very nervous, he made sure I was okay stopping every other minute to check on me.

They also always call me back as soon as I sign in and not only that but they are quick with their craft as well. Such a positive experience (kind of). I hate getting work done on my teeth but this team made me feel a lot better about it.

I have never been to any doctor or dentist that is more on time than this one. Dr. Young himself is fantastic and all of the hygienists are great. I have had the same hygienist since I started there and she has remembered me and all we've talked about. Really great people 10/10

Very friendly staff! Did not have any wait time to be seen. Dr. Young was so helpful and pleasant as well. The office is clean and organized. The only negative about this office is how far it is from my home. But I must say I was quite impressed with my visit yesterday.

The hygienist took her time and made sure my teeth were clean. This was no 5 minute rush job like I've become accustomed to at other offices; she gave a full, very extensive gum examination, made sure my teeth were cleaned and polished, and they also did not x-ray my teeth until there was an issue with a poorly done root canal by two former dentists that I'd had done years ago. Young came in and explained everything. He's kind, considerate, and truly care about his patients. Where I had another dentist who wanted to "treatment plan" multiple teeth, Dr. Young said everything looks great save the one cracked filling that should be fixed since it's leaking. They took their time, showed me everything, and definitely take their jobs seriously with the utmost care and attention given to their patients. Ultimately, the greatest testament to Dr. Young's character is that he's honest, which is super rare to find in a dentist. A+

Dr. Young is a great dentist. Always super nice and thorough but also efficient and fast. The office is beautiful with easy parking and the staff is nice too.

Always a pleasant visit at Dr Young's office. My Family and I have been patients for over 10 years. From a cleaning to a filling and any other procedure that is needed, you are treated with respect. Little to no waiting for your appointment time and no issues when you need to see Dr Young for an emergency. The Staff is friendly and upbeat. Excellent customer service by each team member.

I have been going to Dr Young for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and I have never had to wait for over 10 minutes. The same great lady has been cleaning my teeth for at least 5 years and she is thorough and efficient.

I'm 56 years old and my family and I have been going to Dr. Young's for 5-years. This dental office (staff, hygienist and doctor) is far and away the best we have ever encountered. Beautiful facility, skilled hygienist and a pleasant, amazingly talented and extremely proficient dentist in Doctor Young. There is never an issue.short wait times (if any), no "attitudes" and the best.most consistent care anyone could expect.

Always a pleasant & satisfying experience. You're a exceptional dentist and you really know how to run a business. Who knew great "customer service" could come from a dental office.
