I had severe Dentist visit anxiety which prevented me from seeing a Dentist for far too long. I'm paying the price now but because of all the wonderful kind and compassionate people here my fear has greatly diminished.

Dr Bailey is an excellent Dentist. She and everyone at Wheatfield Dentist go the extra mile. So glad she was recommended to me by a family member. I highly recommend her 100%.

My first visit. Everything was explained to me each step and from there we developed a plan that made sense. I felt relaxed and the overall vibe was very positive. Oh and I loved the music ( no elevator music). I'm so relieved to find a dental practice that absolutely suits me.

Excellent service, Hygienist was personable and took time to clean teeth using the latest technology. Dentist was great too. Very positive experience.

Went in for a regular cleaning, with Mariah, and a checkup. Love coming to Wheatfield Family Dentistry. Always thorough and professional. They have restored my teeth to a healthy condition and I trust them completely for continuing this along with recommendations for needed work as it surfaces.

I would highly recommend Wheatfield Family Dentistry. The whole staff is professional, patient and understanding. My kids actually like going to the dentist now. The injection pen is amazing way better than a regular needle and doesn't hurt.

This place is fantastic, and it bothers me to say how much I like it. I hate being 40 and dealing with extreme dental anxiety. Heart rate at 120, sweats, and no sleep for a week before an appointment kind of anxiety. Dr. Hepner is amazing Dentist, who actually cares about her patients. Takes time to answer questions and explain procedures and options. I've dealt with a lot of dental offices, this is the one I'd like to stick with. Never feel judged. Thank you Dr Hepner, Miranda, Eileen, Rob and Kelly.

My daughter Olivia had her first ever apt at a dentist (2 years old) and they were so amazing with her! She played with everything and I felt so comfortable there. Great first experience.

Front desk and most staff is very kind and helpful. Do not go to Dr. Bailey she has the worst bedside manner. Very rude and stuck up.

The person anwering your phones should have some level of customer service skill. It's a shame, I didn't even get beyond the receptionist. She seemed annoyed with my call and had ZERO personality. I would have been a new paying patient with dental insurance. I found Boulevard Family Dentistry was very accommodating and has excellent customer service.

I love this office! The drs are fantastic & my hygentist, Miranda, is the sweetest & most gentle one I've ever had! Would recommend this office to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone is kind, compassionate, and genuinely happy to help. The office staff is amazing, the doctors and hygienists are the best that I have ever experienced. I actually look forward to going there, which you don't usually hear people say about the dentist. Their attention to details that make you comfortable is amazing. The art on the walls, the exam chairs have massagers in them, the awareness of anxiety or discomfort are all incredible. I will never go anywhere else.

I love Wheatfield Family Dentistry and that says alot from someone who has had to be sedated in the past just for a cleaning. It's a 30 minute drive for me, but well worth it. Everyone there is extremely courteous and patient, and every time I am there, they explain the what and the why of everything they do and/or everything they find. It feels like a family who cares!

This was the ultimate dental experience. As I explained it to a colleague this morning; I had a real dental exam, a physical whole mouth exam. This was the dental exam I've paid for but never had. The dentist was very informative. Her staff was very nice. They all tried to walk me through the process of what needed to be done to have the best possible mouth for my situation, which is something no other dentist ever explained! It was nice to be treated like real person. My only issue is that if they have a rule about 3 missed appointments and a no-show policy of permanently canceling a patient after three no shows with a $50 cancellation fee applied to each, it should be explained before each appointment is made and especially to all new patients additionally it should be posted on their website, otherwise the patient that missed an appointment before receiving this knowledge should not be marked as having 1 no show with cancellation fee when they had no knowledge of the policy previously.

Great staff and superb dental work! I find the office warm and inviting and everyone is very professional. Any work I have had done is painless and superior quality.
