I made an appointment for a chipped tooth. Prior to coming in I mentioned I'm on a covid unemployment budget and wanted to know what the costs would be before i sat down, because they do not take insurance at all. The team was aware of my situation, and seemingly knew that I wasn't going to be able to afford it, but insisted i have an evaluation at the cost of $300.00 anyway, only to find out minutes later the simple procedure would be out of my budget. I would not recommend going here.

I have never met such an honest and trustworthy dentist before. I am in the Hamptons for a few weeks and noticed that my tooth started rly hurting. I saw great reviews for this practice and decided to call them. The staff was super friendly and booked me an appointment. I go in and the dentist was completely honest and trustworthy and gave me great advice on how i should handle my tooth situation. He did not charge me for my visit which was amazing. Oh and the place was also super clean! I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Mambrino returned an emergency call on Thanksgiving morning and got me in Friday morning. The pain from an infected root canal (done elsewhere) not yet sealed was almost unbearable. The doctor took a lot of time cleaning and disinfecting after ascertaining the problem and I walked out of there feeling great. In my humble opinion, he is a great and compassionate doctor.

David and his team are first rate. I lost a cap and couldn't get to my prior dentist so went to EHDG. David was meticulous about insuring the new cap matched my existing teeth. I highly recommend this group and David in particular.

Unfortunately, due to an accident, the crown of the tooth broke off leaving the root still in my jaw. The situation was compounded by the current pandemic. FORTUNATELY a friend recommended East Hampton Dental Group on Pantigo Rd in East Hampton. Because it was an Emergency they made a quick appointment. In my 91 years on Earth I have been to many dentists over the years and it was never anything I looked forward to.

The Front Desk/Receptionist, a wonderful young lady, Tasheena made sure that I was appraised of the pre surgery requirements. She called a few times to make sure that all was set up prior to me coming in. I was SO impressed with all the precautions taken to make sure that my health was not compromised. Upon my taken to the room where the surgery would take place I was impressed with the office's general atmosphere.

It was a pleasure to meet Tasheena in person and her cherry smile put me at ease. Dr. Ven came in and introduced himself and his explanation of what would take place left me reassured. Dr. Ven was professional yet concerned and the surgery went without any problems due to his professionalism. The chair assistance, another young lady Dolce by name, made sure that I was OK by coming in Very often.

Later Dr. Ven came in made sure that all went according to plan and when he was sure all was well, dismissed me sending me off with instruction for after care. I left the office with the knowledge of complete satisfaction and the feeling that they ALL had treated me just as if I had been a family member of the Team at East Hampton Dental Group. cja

As my wife and I recently moved from Manhattan to the east end full time last September, it was obvious that we needed to find quality new healthcare providers. A good friend recommended that I reach out to Dr. Dave Mambrino, one of the owners of East Hampton Dental Group. At the time, I had cracked a rear tooth and was in pain. I made an appointment to see Dr. Mambrino and upon entering his office I was immediately impressed with not only the warmth of the decor, but the professionalism of the staff from moment one. Dr. Mambrino greeted me, explained in great detail what procedure he needed to implement and what the outcome would be.

One hour later, my onlay was in place and my pain was gone. I left the Dr.'s office that day saying I have my new dentist! Fast forward to this past week when it was possible to receive a cleaning after the Covid 19 lock down; I was now in the hands of Maria, one of the hygienists on Dr. Mambrino's staff. Maria outlined the new procedures the office was implementing to insure the safety of their patients due to the pandemic; I felt safe and extremely comfortable in the thoroughness that was provided. Maria performed a combination of regular prophylaxis and quadrant cleaning due to some gum recession.

As soon as I winced, Maria excused herself from the office and returned with a numbing agent that I was never previously offered by any dentist; I hate needles so this was a most welcome alternative. I cannot speak more highly of Maria and the entire staff at East Hampton Dental. It is such a comfort and welcome relief to know that if I ever have any dental issues, I can turn to Dr. Mambrino with confidence.

My mouth was a warzone. Heredity & smoking had rendered it a tangle of caps, crowns & bridges, teeth absent in many cases, and my gums extremely compromised. It was time to put my money where my mouth was. Throughout a painstaking (though not painful) process from complete extractions, to surgical bone-grafting, to temporary dentures, to complete implants-- Every step of the way, Dr. Mambrino's & Dr. Nelson's level of expertise, and the extent of their thoughtful care never wavered.

Their support staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive in their caregiving & assisting. The end result for me is a mouthful of full, straight, gleaming teeth-- with which to actually bite, chew, and smile effortlessly, confidently, comfortably-- way beyond my expectations. I experienced "the works" in the dental realm with not a hitch, so I know I can recommend The East Hampton Dental Group without reservation-- for any dental need.

I have been with the dental group for more than 10 years. My entire family is treated by the wonderful Tara. I absolutely love the staff and the new location! Dr. Mambrino fixed a porcelain veneer on my front tooth because it did not look right from the previous doctor. Although sometimes you have a slight wait, that's life. The services they offer are top of the line and execute in a very professional way. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

For starters, the receptionists are some of the kindest, friendliest people I have ever met. The entire staff is highly knowledgeable. I've had a tooth repaired, teeth whitened, and my fiance has had extensive implants, root canals, etc done by this group and every single time it has been nothing but professional and the ease of the procedures compared to other dental offices I have used is exemplary. Would absolutely recommend (and have!).

Dr. Mambrino and Dr. Ven run the most comprehensive, state of the art dental practice in the Hamptons. They are familiar with the newest techniques and technology. Not only are they excellent cosmetic dentists, but they have a warm, friendly staff that makes you feel at home. The specialists work in the office so you don't need to go anywhere else. By far, the most top notch dental experience I have ever had.
