Dr Lee and his team did an awesome job and Giuliana's teeth look amazing

So thankful for them. They did an amazing job with my daughter and fixing her teeth. She was so excited and now she has a bran new look for HS.

Their FREE ortho consultation is NOT FREE. I went to get consults from 4 orthodontists in Long Island and this office is the only one that claimed a FREE consult and ended up submitting a claim to my insurance company for $750 ($500 for Dr. Lee to take some pictures and $250 for him to explain why my son needs braces). If you do not plan to use this office, be very aware that this is NOT A FREE consult like they claim when you make your consult appointment.

When I filled out the paperwork during the consult, they said they needed my insurance in order to confirm my benefits in order to give me an accurate picture of the costs I would have to pay should I move forward. My insurance ended up paying out their claim, which essentially reduced my lifetime ortho benefit. SHADY business practices and I would NEVER recommend them.

Great experience all around! Dr. Lee did an excellent job with my Invisalign and the staff is lovely. Very accommodating with scheduling also.

Dr. Lee is an extremely knowledgeable professional. My three children smile brighter because of his great work.

Dr. Lee is a warm, patient, and very talented orthodontist. My daughter's braces came off today, and he did a wonderful job. Additionally, Marilyn, at the front desk, and his dental assistants are always very polite and professional. He runs on time, and he makes himself accessible for accidental orthodonture emergencies. I highly recommend him.

We interviewed several Orthodontists - most said my daughters case was too difficult or the insurance was not sufficient to cover the cost. Dr Lee was confident and created a co payment plan that worked for me. He is kind and helpful, always runs on time and simply the best experience. Many doctors seem to be unhealthy / over weight / stressed and generally not practicing healthy lifestyles. Dr Lee is the opposite happy and healthy and it shows in his work!

Dr. Lee is Amazing! My son was playing football and got hit in the face that caused his bracket to brake off, he cracked one of his baby teeth and the wire was so mangled and bent it poked through and went into his cheek. I called dr. Lee at 9:30 at night way after the office was closed and he was SO nice that he opened his office for us to help my son. I am so thankful to Dr. Lee for going out of his way to make my son comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Lee!

My daughter recently finished orthodontic treatment from Dr. Lee and she is thrilled with the results. Dr. Lee has gone above and beyond with his attention to detail and his ability to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. He made a stressful experience almost fun. He's kind and thorough, professional yet personal and make you feel like your time is important. Can't say enough great things, highly recommend!

We love Dr. Lee! My kids are so comfortable with him and their teeth are looking amazing (even better than I expected). He did my older daughter's braces, is doing my younger daughter's and will also do my son's. I never hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Office is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, we never have a long wait and Dr. Lee will not try to sell you on unnecessary work and appliances. I've heard of many orthodontists doing this and you can trust that Dr. Lee won't. Bottom line is that Dr. Lee's results speak themselves, highly recommend!

Dr. Lee is a wonderful orthodontist. As an adult, I carried a lot of issues with my teeth into his office on my first visit. The results have been amazing thus far! Also, the whole staff is friendly and professional, and it's very easy to have any questions or concerns answered right away. The office is kid- and adult-friendly, and there's an easy rapport among all patients and staff. The best!

My daughter had braces with Scola & Caplin in the Syosset office. As soon as they came off, her teeth started to shift. I called a month or so after they were off and it was just like - oh well. We can put them back on for $4,000. Save some frustration and try someone else. Be sure you talk to them about what to expect after the braces come off.
